We've been through many loans, refinances, and even second mortgages before, and this was by far the most stressful and drawn-out experience. As someone who does alot of flips and new construction and priorities speed, I would not recommend this lender to anyone. The interest rate was also much higher than expected, and we plan to refinance as soon as possible.
