Then, finally, on the 11th time, they actually decided to look at them and ask questions about the accounts and statements. This absolute incompetence caused a massive, last-minute pivot and wasted 2 entire months of my time just to get to that point. Combined with horrible communication along the way, it was an incredibly stressful and unprofessional experience. Of the $300 I had, the ATM only took ONE of my 3 bills. I tried multiple times to deposit the cash, but kept getting the same error message: "Inserted cash is either invalid or exceed the permissible number of cash limit. Please verify and re-insert your cash." I even tried using the other ATM, but it did the same thing. It kept spitting out my $200. So I tried depositing one bill at a time, and when that didn't work, I flipped the bill over and it STILL didn't work. SMH!!! I was frustrated because I get off work at 5 and they close at 5, so I had to go into the branch on a Saturday to deposit the last 200 of the original 425 that I had. What a headache!! I was hoping there wasn't going to be a crazy line since it's payday weekend, but time my surprise, there was only one person ahead of me. Van helped me with my transaction and she was super friendly. We were chatting about my disappointment in their ATMs as well as the Mesa location's ATMs. She apologized for them not working properly, and finished my deposit for me. All I asked WF is to properly subtract my entire principal payment from the balance like they…read moreshould have done on the date of payment. Wells Fargo is trying to commit fraud again! All I asked them to do was fix this so-called mistake and they refused. They just gave me the run around! No idea what they did????? All I know is WF is charging me interest on my incorrect balance! By accepting the principal payment and having it printed on the receipt, WF entered to an agreement to accept the principal payment! I should have been not been told it would go towards my balance if it was not going to be at the time of the deposit! Principal payments go directly towards the balance only, not interest! Principal payment is simple math. The entire principal is subtracted from the balance only! They do not need to contact me to confuse the situation or try and convince me what they did is correct! This is not the first time Wells Fargo has done questionable activities, in fact there is a Netflix (Dirty Money) special just on Wells Fargo illegal activities. This is why they have commercials that state: earning your trust back.... Now the question is how many customers is Wells Fargo doing creative accounting on or hidden fees!?
