I met with a representative of Phoenix Health Insurance and was promised a followup package of recommended health insurance options for my wife and I. I've called and emailed probably a total of five times to see where the materials were. Finally I called the main office and was told that my rep would call me back last Friday. He did not call. I'm unsure what is the issue, in fact in my most recent message I asked that he simply call to confirm he's gotten the message and let me know if for some reason he cannot provide the insurance info. I've given up now and need to find another company as I'll be losing my old insurance in the next few months and want to get the new plan set up. Sorry, I can't recommend this company. read more

I would like to share a positive experience I had with Lynn Marble. My Dad and I met with him and he was very patient and polite in fielding our questions about finding new health insurance. I appreciated very much that he sat there and looked up every doctor I had asked about as being in network, and I also appreciated that he never pressured us into buying coverage through him. It was a very pleasant experience! While I did not purchase coverage through him at that time (my husband's company switched to a cheaper policy) my dad did end up using Lynn for his coverage and he's been very satisfied ever since. I've now referred 2 people to Lynn, and they've had great experiences with him and Phoenix Health Insurance as well. If you wish to find an Agent who is willing to work for your business, do not use this Agency. Stacy is a great person to work with and cares. Lynn Marble the Broker is luck to have her. I contacted Mr. Marble after a referral from Bill Robbins. In July Mr. Marble took my application over the phone and signed me up for health coverage with Meritus (DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY) I asked for Auto Pay and Mr. Marble signed me up and did all the "work" and I fulfilled all requests from him to complete my application and for Auto Pay. I get a letter in Aug. Canceled due to NON pay. I call up Marble. He does Auto Pay again, we do it together ONLINE and he says "GOOD, it's done and thank you for the learning experience Nanette, as this is all new to us". I get my cards, I get coverage. I have all kinds of horrible issues with MERITUS and so I call up Stacy at Phoenix and she takes care of all my 'stuff' and she also says how hard this all has been with MERITUS. Aug, Sept, Oct....I'm have to keep calling as to Meritus and why they are doing what they do. Stacy takes all calls and takes care of the issues. I go to ER on Dec 15, 2014 due to head pain. CAT scan, IV and 6 hours in ER. I come home. I get a call on Dec 17 from Dr's office. They tell me I have NO insurance due to NON PAY and I was canceled in OCT of 2014, I call up Stacy and wish to have MR LYNN MARBLE involved and he's "out of office". Fast Forward. I get a call from MR LYNN MARBLE around Noon. TOTAL ATTITUDE and he's in Tempe at Meritus and he's PISSED. At me. I sense his attitude and I ask him if he has some "problem". Well yes he did.......with ME. He was rude, arrogant and blamed ME for not checking my account and ASSUMING I had insurance. Did MR LYNN MARBLE ever check up on his own work? Why did I have cards, how could Stacy talk to MERITUS for over 5 months if I did NOT have insurance? OR maybe she/they never did shit about calling and only told me what I wanted to hear? Gee, you tell me. The conversation went south quick. Bottom line? Lynn Marble has a problem with anyone who will question him, or take him to task. He is a small office with big attitude and is selective with his service if he likes you. He never once took the time to introduce himself when I came in for the first time, was too busy to ever take my calls and thinks very highly of himself. Narcissist to the max. . He also terminated my business with him today cause he "doesn't like you're attitude Nanette, you are HELL to work with". GO elsewhere ! MR LYNN MARBLE also told me he didn't care what I thought of how he does business and I would be QUIET AND YOU WILL LISTEN TO ME .......YOU HEAR NANETTE...... Okay Dad. I am not shy and I am vocal. This man can't handle it. Real simple and he messed UP he knows it and he wont' accept responsibility. Typical Insurance crap and any loop hole to get out of being responsible.
