Brandon gets the World Cup gold medal of customer service !!! I came here to sort out my confusing vehicle registration and license plate issues and I thought this is gonna take at least 30+ minutes. Brandon sorted everything out in less than 4 minutes. What in the world ?!?! This guy is a true professional. I paid my small fee and went on my way. If you ever need to come here for your registration or auto concerns, maybe you'll get lucky and have Brandon help you. This place is next door to Albertson's grocery store with lots of parking. read more

I just had a great experience here. My husband and I were a little apprehensive based on the reviews, but it was nothing but easy, convenient and enjoyable. We made an appointment and checked in at a kiosk. Before we could we could sit down we were called to counter for help. Becky helped us from start to finish and she was friendly and helpful. She helped us with a number of services from licensing to titling. It was worth the additional service fees for the ease and convenience. I think the negative reviews are from people who showed up unprepared and annoyed. While we were being helped, I witnessed a number of people come in without the proper paperwork. If you come with all your documents and a good attitude, you should be happy as we are with this service. read more

I come from California and we're used to 1-2 hours wait time. Amanda serviced us as soon as we walk in. AMAZING! read more

These guys are great. I called to get my son in here for a road test, and while it took a few attempts, I did get someone on the phone to verify what documents I needed to bring in. I'm glad I did that, because I would've forgotten one of the documents and would've had to come back another time. The ladies running the place are efficient and strictly business when it comes to getting your documents processed. My son did his road test, passed and we were done in no time. Again, make sure you do your homework first on what is needed and it'll be smooth sailing. I would absolutely recommend their service and would gladly come again when my next child is ready to take their driving test. read more

Don't waste your time here they screwed up the name on my title and told me they can't fix it bunch of bs because they hire idiots

Niki was amazing! Patient and efficient. For new Arizona residents she was a true blessing

Do not go here for the new travel Id. Depending on who you get there, you will get a different answer of what is required. Sent us home to get additional documents, when we had all necessary documents, only to go back and a different clerk didn't need the additional documents. Makes no sense!! Husband got his travel id 1 hour before me, no eye test. I was told I need to take an eye test and when I asked why my husband didn't, the answer was "I make everyone take an eye test". So each employee has their own set of rules?!?! MVD charges $25 for a new travel id, they charge $68!! That is highway robbery! Stay away as you will get the runaround and pay a fortune. Take the time to go to a real MVD office. read more

i bought a new car in New Hampshire Had to be registered in AZ before shipping. I usually go to Scottsdale MVD office but neighbor said try the 3rd party in Tramanto Okay. Titled, registered, paid sales taxes and transferred my current AZ fallen officer plate It took maybe 20 minutes. Amanda was very knowledgeable and efficient Why drive to Scottsdale? read more

Checkin is by sending your first name to a phone number that is mentioned on a board as soon as you enter the office. Very less wait, nice staff, staff had mask on their face too. Work gets done so fast compared to visiting MVD's however it comes with a cost. Driving license renewal cost $30 bucks more and same goes with other services with different rates. However they compare and mention the additional charges clearly and seems to be similar across all 3rd party services. Overall it was good experience and can easily recommend. read more

I love having this place right in the neighborhood! It makes something that usually feels like a chore quick and painless. The staff are always pleasant, welcoming, and professional. Every time I come in, they make the process easy and stress-free, which I really appreciate. I'm in and out in no time, and it's so much nicer than dealing with the long lines elsewhere. I have gotten my drivers license, registration, and title transfers done here.Highly recommend if you want efficiency with a smile! Worth a few extra dollars in order to save so much time and stress! read more

Aidee was great and they were all super polite and quick always helpful and would recommend

Very passive aggressive while being asked normal questions. I understand you guys deal with idiots all day long but it's not that hard to be nice. Working at that little office can't be that miserable. If you hate it so much work somewhere else. I am not an expert just asking questions met with bad vibes. Have a better day. read more

Kim was fantastic! We were here for my son's driver's license. She was so warm and set him at ease! Thank you Kim!

WOW SO AMAZING! The people were so nice and so supportive and helpful! I really recommend this place to anyone!

Friendly staff. Amanda was really cool and fun to deal with. Easy transaction. Process was very quick and everyone there treated us well.

Wonderful experience. Quick and easy to get my license as a new resident. Wonderful staff. So kind to me! Clean waiting room and was able to keep cool in the AC. Patience and kindness goes a long way. Come in here with a gracious attitude and you will be treated the same way! I was a walk in and was in and out in 25 ish minutes :) read more

It's obvious someone in the building hates their life and it's infected the other employees attitudes. Overall we came in and we're done quickly which is why I gave 2 stars.. but all of the women were rude and going above and beyond to make it known they are miserable. And misery LOVES company. The place needs an overhaul and serious maintenance to their employees attitude and their work environment. read more

They must be trained by MVD on how to be rude and disrespectful to customers. You pay extra for service and they make it such a terrible experience I will wait in line at regular from now on. Everyone there looks like they hate their jobs. read more

So amazing everyone here is so nice go get your license here! The quality of this place is so nice as well.

Whenever I need to get a vehicle registered, a new driver license or travel identification, I'm a BIG FAN of authorized 3rd party ADOT vendors! First off, you don't have to wait 1 to 3 hours in a crowded waiting area. It costs about $20.00 more for their service fee, but it usually only takes 15 minutes from when you arrive to when you're done. On my visit today, they're operating according to CDC COVID 19 social distancing guidelines, so I didn't take any interior photos. When you first arrive, instead of taking a number, they have you text a number they have on a sign. You text them your name, and then you get a response asking for which service(s) you need. You then text the service(s) you need, and they'll text you back or call your name when ready. I thought this was efficient. If you don't have a smartphone, be sure to go to the counter and figure it out with them. The lady who helped me was friendly and efficient. According to her, you can get everything changed/updated, and receive temporary vehicle registrations, driver licenses and identification cards. The State of Arizona will mail the actual registrations/tabs, licenses and ID cards within 21 days, to your mailing address on file. For those who value their time, I highly recommend authorized 3rd party ADOT vendors and this location in particular. Check their website for current times, services and contact information: http://azauto.biz A solid 5 stars! read more

Worst service ever. I was initially happy when I found this place. I thought it was close enough to my house and I can get in and get out. I was charged $68 for my son's ID that never came. I his ID for a sports camp he was attending out of state. Thank goodness I was able to drive him down. When he returned I called to see about an appointment, because they said he would need a new picture. They told me that I may have to pay. I asked if she was able to confirm if I would and the amount and the representative said no I can not I have a customer just come in. I told her that I would be glad to hold so that she could assist her customer, and she signed and said what is the ID number. She then proceeded to say I better hurry up and get in but would not confirm if I would have to pay. Then finally she said yeah you'll pay $37 or you can just go online for $12. Then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault I didn't get it. I don't understand why a little kindness was so hard. read more

My son and I went to this location on a weekend as he needed a TEMPORARY ID so he could work on a Sunday. When my son informed the lady at the counter what he needed she proceeded to VERY RUDELY tell him that there is no such thing as a temporary I.D.!!! He said that he was informed by his attorney that there was such a document issued in AZ and she again reitterated that he was incorrect. Now, we had no ability to question her as he needed some form of State issued I.D. to work the next day so we went with the State issued I.D. she said he would need. Her demeanor during our entire transaction was snotty and rude and that's being tasteful and nice putting it that way. Clearly her focus was to upsell us and also issue him a travel I.D., something we never mentioned was wanted or needed. She grilled him about having some sort of utility statement as a back up I.D. so she could issue the travel I.D. to him. He informed her that he was not interested in the travel I.D. Then she looked at me and asked if I had a utility statement on me (sure I walk around with them everywhere I go???!!!???) that could be used to issue him a travel I.D. Again, we both told her he did not want that. Yesterday my son's attorney informed him that his State of AZ drivers license had been terminated due to the form of I.D. that this lady TOLD him that he had to get in lieu of the TEMPORARY I.D. he went there and requested to get. Not only did she give us bad information and issue us a document that cancelled his drivers license but we had to deal with her "know it all" attitude. I called the office on Carefree Highway and spoke with another lady there and let her know what had happened so she could inform someone/anyone there that this lady took advantage of us and did harm to my son. She seemed not to care and most likely didn't say a word to anyone, they just don't care! Thankfully, we went to a REAL MVD office today and they unraveled her mess! Two people we worked with at the MVD told us that what we encountered with this mis-informed lady is not uncommon and that many of the people working at these "Mom & Pop" license and registration offices are clueless. They said had she actually looked up my son's information like she was supposed to, her mistake would never have happened. Clearly, she was too focused on upselling him a travel I.D. and did him wrong big time! Stay away from this location, they are not working in the best interest of the public, wait and go to the MVD office during the week. The location on 26th Avenue is great!!! read more

Horrible customer service. This employee named Lily had no customer service skills nor did she demonstrate any sort of good manners, in fact, very rude with a bad attitude. She made Govt DMV employees look like Super Stars. Yes, that's bad! If you want crapy service where you pay top dollar then this is your go-to place for all DMV services. read more

Clearly, I don't understand how anyone can provide less than 5 stars review for this AALS. I can appreciate how many customers have experienced excellent service. The service agent, Mike, was professional, patient with all my paperwork and very knowledgeable regarding the title registration. In my opinion, Top-Tier service! I highly recommend this agency over-and-above any other Titles and Tags service provider. Wait, the best part was trying to choose the custom plates from over 10 options... Keep up the excellent service Mike! read more

The people in this office work very hard. My father and I came in to get our new Arizona drivers licenses, and the staff was friendly, patient, and efficient. Yes, there is a convenience fee, ($50) but for us not having to deal with the lines and wait we're worth it. We had our proper documents, and had new photos taken on the spot. This office was down the street from our house, so proximity was a priority for us. Very easy to get our new DLs here. We will be back to get our new plates and titles here as well. read more

Arizona Auto License Services - Fee schedule for titles and registration. - Registration Services Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Made an appointment for 10:00, start getting texts before my appointment time and get a text (attached) telling me to go to window 4. I approach the window as told via text and an old woman with short hair yells at me very rudely to sit down and wait to be called. I tell her I'm just doing what the text told me. Left immediately. I'm not going to pay double price for "convenience" and be treated like that. Avoid this place. read more

We have used this location on numerous occasions for licensing, title and registration and everyone they are knowledgeable, courteous and I've been able to accomplish what I need to with one visit. If you have questions before you visit, they are great to answer the phone without a long hold and then able to get you the info you need before coming into the office. Great staff! Don't pay extra fees to be treated by rude staff. Blonde lady at window 4 was such a rude c@nt. No thanks !

Recent transplant needing an AZ driver's license. Poked around Yelp and even though this location was a drive from where I lived had confidence it was the best bet. I chose wisely. Wait time was under 40 minutes. You check in by text and select the service(s) you need. Wait and they call your name and/or text when you're up. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and efficient. Answered my questions and had my transaction wrapped up in about ten minutes. read more

Absolutely terrible. Oh my gosh. Look at all the other reviews... and you'll know I'm being honest I would rather go to the DMV than this place. The lady at the last window is terrible to deal with. all the bad reviews are about her. THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I had to get my registration done and it was the most terrible experience I've ever had. She had attitude, was rude, and I was trying to be so nice. I LEFT IN A BAD MOOD! She needs to either change her attitude, or they need to let her go. It's bad. Just wait... don't get the lady at the last window. Her attitude will definitely rain on your happinesses. Just want to warn you... GO TO THE DMV... ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! read more

Terrible service, me and my freinds tried to renew our registration before california as it was the last place open. they refused us service and tried telling us our car is still salvage when we restored it 3 years ago and have kept it registered!!! meanwhile we own 4 dealerships and deal with restored salvaged cars 24/7. These people don't know what they're talking about. I would give a zero out if 5 stars if i could. read more

do not waste your time or money here. i came here to simply get a copy of my title as the state of AZ doesn't provide those when purchasing vehicles. my first visit was back in february, they processed my request and took payment. gave me a timeframe of 10-12 business days and if not received to come back. i returned the end of march, still with no title. i was told the timeframe i was given is not what they tell customers and i will have to wait 2-6 weeks from that date. it is now April 25, 2025 i've been to this place now 3 times. Today i was denied a refund, was told they have done their job and there's something wrong with my postal. i have received all sorts of mail for the last 2 months! i get emails for everything that comes in postal and here's proof that doing things on your own IS ALWAYS THE WAY TO GO! they are a complete waste of your time AND ABSOLUTELY ZERO HELP TO THIS COMMUNITY read more

Every time I go here I get rejected for stupid reasons. The lady at window 4 must want to run that business into the ground. No matter want I'm doing even if it's just a question I don't get anything worth of a response. Overall don't waste your time just go to the real DMV they actually know what they are doing. read more

Walked in and I'm the only person in the place. Instead of going up to one of the windows I just kind of stand there waiting for someone to call me up. After a little while a girl tells me I need to 'check in' at their kiosk. That thing then asks for my phone number and name so they can text me when it's my turn. I enter the information, thinking the real purpose is to sell it to someone for marketing purposes, and finish expecting to be immediately waved over to one of the windows. Nope didn't happen. After sitting down waiting pointlessly a few minutes later I get a text telling me it's my turn (no shit) and a girl calls my name. How freaking idiotic could something so pointless be? For $20 less I can get the same level of stupidity directly from the AZDMV. read more

This place is terrible. I came in March and I still haven't gotten my drivers license I paid for. I came in about 20 times since maybe even more and no one can seem to do their "job" efficiently. They wanna charge me again and again when I shouldn't have to pay for a reprint because they messed up on their end. You'd think getting it mailed to their office would be better but no. Still nothing and They're wanting to charge me again to have it re sent and then blame it on California cause they hold all the power apparently. Like if u are offering something and taking my money I expect what I paid for. Now the job I just got hired for will not be able to finish my hiring process this is fucking ridiculous. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. Lack of management clearly cause they can't resolve anything. Then they say my document is expired oh no shit! I've been In here every week and u couldn't tell me anything then to redo or anything or else I'd have to pay? I hate this place. I want my money back I have no license. Kids to drive around and now possibly no job cause they can't do a simple job. read more
