if I could give this place negative zero stars, I absolutely would!! I have used this location for all of my shipping needs for over the last five years and as of yesterday, I never ever will again! Not only did this UPS store lose my package, they decided to value my package at a zero dollar value, without ever asking me the value of what was inside, and with giving one tracking number for two packages! Even though it was $100 mirror inside of the box which, by the way was never shipped, and was lost on their behalf, but to top it off, I paid $100 to have it overnighted, at which it never was! Then I called and asked for a supervisor to to get help with locating the packages that the employee decided to never ship, never returned, or never even acknowledge apparently, and the supervisor they decided to call me was one of the most incompetent supervisors I've ever NOT had a pleasure speaking with. Not only did he tell me he would file a claim, but HE didn't, he told me that it was up to him if he decided to file a claim, and that there was no claim number, unless HE decided to give me one! I'm sorry, but Dmari (supervisor's name) should not be a supervisor, let alone an employee of anywhere, because he has no respect or manners for consumers... I've never heard of anyone writing a claim for anything, and not have a claim number!! They are not going to be giving me my money back... At the end of the day, they need to find my package or give me a claim number for the package that they lost, they need to be obligated to ask customers what the value of the package is instead of being deliberately able to put zero so that when they lose a package, they're no longer liable, and they need to fire the help because they're not helpful... read more

I needed to visit a UPS store between my family and my house. I found this one and saw the horrible star rating and reviews and I paused. I should have stopped right there and trusted my guy. I don't patron places with such bad reviews on Yelp and Google but it was convenient to where I was going. I need notary services so I made an appointment online. The appointment was confirmed. I arrived with my family and witnesses (it was a will being notarized). There was a sign up saying "Notary Services available." I waited in line, got to the front and boom, my gut was right. No notary services were available. The appointment means NOTHING. She was unbothered, "we don't have anyone to do notaries, you need to come back another day." So their website and signs are wrong. I wasted my time driving there and wasted my families time. They need to contact UPS corporate to remove the appointment scheduling from the site as it's for looks only. read more

This store is convenient and fast. I frequent this location at least a few times a month. The store is short staffed and usually only has 1 person up front servicing customers. I think the staff does a great job managing the long lines and providing good service. Perhaps a bit of TLC of cleaning the carpet and the windows to make it a bit more inviting. read more

Not a very good location. Ridiculous prices I went in to get 4 regular no color prints and the total came out to around $4. That's insane for 4 piece of paper to be printed. When asking the employee why it was so expensive when it says each piece of paper is .25 cents, she was very confused didn't really know what was going on couldn't give me an explanation. Then finally said "the first print is $2.49 here" what does that even mean? And at the same time I overheard another customer saying " $3 for a small bag" so I think this location is charging too much and they need to do better. I don't really have issues except for when this specific girl is up there doing "her job". Took in a package with the return label and she looks at it and says "you have to go to the post office for this". So I'm like okay? I take it to one and they send me back to UPS. Girl at the UPS STORE on Indian School Road was very rude today. Needed a label printed. The second she looked at the printout on my phone she said it was a USPS label which I already knew. It will cost you a dollar! I said ok & then she instructed me to email her the label. At thar point she stepped away from the counter & no longer helped me! Unfortunately, for me this is the closest store to me. I am not sure if it's a lack of experience or employees but this specific location is ALWAYS backed up and has a line that is ridiculously long. To drop off a prepaid package you have to ensure you have a minimum of 25 mins to waste. Most times it's one employee that always seems to not know what they are doing. Go to the ups store off of Estrella instead! Paid for overnight from AZ to CA- (116.00) they sent to Kentucky or what ever. So didn't make it of course. -I put in for refund after delivered 3 or so days later. called store several times but could Never get ahold of owner. Employee told me i was approved for refund in mean time. Called corporate and store - always getting the run around- call store or call corporate. A month later I call corp. today- they told me that they paid store already 10 days after the refund was put in. Called store when manager was in and they don't know anything and they would have to check with owner. I guess i dispute on CC now. This happened at Estrella UPS and I received check two weeks later without all the run around. No body knows nothing here ( lower buckeye/MC 85) and Never any calls from the One that runs the show.- O and she gunna be gone for a week as well-Owner. ***THIEFS DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE**** I would rate this place with ZERO stars if able. I was updated on my UPS app that my package had arrived ($6500 Sony A1 Camera) and when I went into the store the young man could not find my package. I told him to look harder. As I was sitting there waiting for my package another lady with 2 clear plastic bags in her arm was walking out with a noticeable orange box that was labeled Sony A1. I immediately called her out on it and she ran out of the store and gave the package to her ex-husband according to the police report. The man ran off fast away from the store. Clearly stealing my camera. Yes I called the police as there was no way she had a $6500 camera in her grocery bag "according to her". These people are stealing packages from people and now it makes sense after Ive had multiple big dollar packages go missing. The police officer called me back and said they magically found the package. Well when I picked it up the box was completely torn up with no labels at all. My assumption is she knew she got caught and called him to bring the package back and she quickly put it in an old box. I have been coming to this store for about 6 months now, and it has really come a long way. In my short experience with this location, they have added quality staff which has dramatically decreased wait time. This is not my closest location, however I come here because everyone is friendly and helpful. I go just about every day, as I have a UPS mailbox at this location, and they are definitely heading in the right direction. Special shoutout to Yesenia who has helped us since day one. During a time when my review would not be so good. She has handled herself well, especially during times when they were obviously understaffed. Next up is Josh, I appreciate his willingness to get the job done. I regularly bring 30-40 packages which he always offers to help me unload. My wife often tells me how Josh helped her with packages when she had her hands full with our two kids. No matter the time of day, he is always productive. As a small business owner, I truly believe that there is ALWAYS something to do. I was reluctant to give 5 Stars because I want to see these guys continuing to progress, and not become complacent. This store is horrendous. I am sad it is the closest one to my home. I received a package that required signature, but I wasn't home at the time of the attempts. When I went in, they obviously hated their job and took no pride in it as they did the bare minimum to satisfy my inquiries. The girls promptly went and starting web-surfing on their phone while their supervisor looked up my package and tracking number. I will say that their supervisor was the most helpful to me, but the two girls employed there should be fired for their treatment of customers. This place is a total rip off. My husband took a small package there to send to my sister in Alabama. He paid $80! The packet was a normal size and weighed less than 5 pounds.
