My family and I come to this location because it's less than 10 minutes away from our home. It's very convenient located in a plaza next to Domino's, a nail shop and a lot of other stores and restaurants as well. All you have to do is make sure your items are considered in a package have your QR code ready and they will print out a receipt for tracking purposes for your return . The folks in this store are always on the ball and pleasant and helpful. If there's more than one person up front and a customer is being helped, the other person immediately offers to help you. That's not always the case, you know. Sometimes the second person in front of a business doesn't redirect their attention to you. So, it's noticeable that you come first. Very polite on top of all that. Good place to do business. read more

Just wanted to say the staff at this store are awesome. June recently wrapped some fragile items for me that I was sending to my mom. Everything arrived just as it left with nothing broken. Shipping is not cheap these days so having staff that will go the extra mile for their customers is what I want. Rather than cheaper with items getting broken. read more

I HATE writing bad reviews but I highly recommend NOT relying on this store for very important overnight shipping. I dropped off a package in the morning when they opened. I paid $182 to guarantee overnight delivery only to have it arrive two days late. The initial reason I received from UPS was that the package was picked up outside the time window to get there the next day. I requested a refund and now it's being blamed on weather!?! DO NOT TRUST THAT YOUR PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY USING THIS SERVICE. I could have flown there myself one-way for a lesser fee and at least got a visit in while I personally delivered it. My wife told me to use USPS and I didn't listen. It's been 3 weeks, still with no resolution. June at the location has been sympathetic to the situation but unfortunately that's not worth the $182 that it cost me to ensure it got there the next day. The package was lifesaving medication for a family member. Again, I HATE having to write this review. Lesson learned. read more

This is my favorite UPS store. I have utilized them for shipping packages, printing, and Amazon returns. They are always fast, friendly, and super helpful. This is the only ups store that I am consistently in and out of and never has super long lines. Plus, they are open on Sundays which is incredibly helpful and convenient! read more

I needed to ship an iPhone back to Att. Att printed a label and boxed it for me and told me I could drop it off at a UPS store. I check the Saturday hours and it said open until 4:00 pm. My Mapquest said I could get there by 3:53 pm so I drove across town and arrive at the door at 3:54 pm and found them locked. If you are going to post 4:00 pm then don't lock the doors before that. Took a package there on Saturday 9/28. Tracking shows it never left the store. Went back on Sunday 10/06, first I get treated like I don't know what I am doing. Then I'm told I need to file a claim. Cannot file a claim, UPS doesn't recognize the package because they didn't pick it up. Store blames UPS drive. As a customer. I don't care whose fault it is. Either find my package or give me the value of the content and my cost of attempting to shipping it. And please investigate the employees who were there that day. I was asked what was in the box. You can't help yourself to other people's belongings. I will NOT use this location again! I would give it zero stars if I could. read more

Just left the UPS Store in Verrado on Indian School. Brand new store with lots of knowledgeable and helpful employees. No lines, no waiting and we had a nightmare amount of complicated Amazon returns and they were so helpful and quick. The UPS Store in Buckeye on Watson is a nightmare but Verrado is so worth the drive and is nothing like the one on Watson. 5 stars read more

My first experience here was great! Had to return some Amazon items and it was a breeze. The two young ladies at the counter were so friendly and were the highlight of the quick visit. I would give zero stars if possible. The clerk Irma can only say no, yes is not in her vocabulary. I was told by Amazon to take my return to a UPSstore and they would package it and return it using the QR code provided by Amazon. Irma said she can't send the package as is. I asked if she could tape the box and she said no. I said I would take the box home and tape it myself. During this discussion Irma slapped a UPS label on the box and refused to give me the box back. Irma during this time interrupted our transaction to tell two other potential customers no, how rude. Irma finally gave me the tape gun and I finished taping the box myself. I am hopeful that my return makes it to its destination. Irma should not be in customer service. She shouldn't just point and say no. An explanation is always helpful. read more

Having a sign offering us postal services and not actually following that through sucks

i had placed an order for my business and was reassured multiple times that it would be completed in time . when I went to go pick up my order - it was not done / lost . This is so unprofessional and irresponsible especially when it's business related . I would recommend to never bring your business needs here as they are incapable of being reliable . Amazon returnes are great but other services .. find somewhere else . read more

Should be 0 starts. Brought in a store (not Amazon) return with prepaid label and packaging. All UPS needed to do was scan in it and return to retailer. Woman at counter weighed it wrong. As I was leaving the store I noticed my mailing receipt showed it weighed 3.0 lbs. Was a 5 lb suitcase in a box, so clearly was incorrect. I went back in store. She re-weighed it and said it weighed 7 lbs, but said she could not re-do the label. She refused to sign or initial the receipt with the corrected weight written on it. First, shows you cannot trust their weight on packages. Secondly, if a dishonest person on other end opened box and reported no suitcase inside, I would not have a receipt reflecting that the package I turned in to UPS contained a correct weight of item. No wonder this store doesn't have great reviews - customer service is bad. Too many other UPS return options - don't need to use this store. read more

If only I could give them zero stars. One of the worst shipping experience ever encountered. My Next Day Air Saver was dropped off before 5 pm on a Tuesday. When dropped off directly and scanned with the clerk, I was provided confirmation that it will be delivered by end of day Wednesday. Wednesday came along and the package still has not showed up as being processed. Thursday came along and it still has not left. Friday, the package finally showed movement that it was received and being shipped out. This package was probably sitting in a pile they forgot about. No bad weather no issues showing any delay except the facility had processed it incorrectly. My Next Day Air Saver was not delivered until Tuesday, one week after being dropped off. To top it off, I tried contacting the number on my receipt confirming package drop off and it belongs to a someone else not that store location. Horrible experience. Word of advice, use another location if you are needing to expedite a package. read more
