I come here often to print. I came today for notary services. Tiffany threw her arms up when I completed the notary wrong (could have nicely told me) and escalated the situation. She took my ID from me, when I asked for it back she stated "have a nice day"- in a derogatory tone and said she wasn't going to help me and that I could leave. I said again" I am looking for my id". Things escalated from there. She had a screaming match with me as I was exiting in front of customers. One word- aggressive. She is also completed the notary wrong. When I went to Central location, the nice owner asked what I need notarized and why. As this information goes in the notary book. It's a franchise. So we will pay quite a bit more for almost everything. I use to be the UPS STORE. SO I know the cost of all of their services. Mailboxes are alot more than a none franchise store. Packaging. VERY EXPENSIVE. You name it , it will. COST MORE. SO go spend your money. Came here to have something notarized for our car to get a cheaper monthly payment. First time we went the lady who does it signed the wrong year. Ok fine, so I leave work to go again and miss an hour because she only works 11-4. So I'm already annoyed but at least now it's done right? Nope. She messed it up again and had put the wrong day. So we had to go back again today to fix it. I guess 3rd times the charm. Absolutely insane, it would be cool if you had people that actually knew what they were doing. I'll go elsewhere to get things notarized and pay more. At least they'll do it right the FIRST time, not the THIRD. read more

Scanned my tracking, took the box, and gave me a receipt.i left happy as my shoes got returned and the rep was very nice. I came to this location to ship out some boxes. I had previously gone to the post office to ship my items using their boxes that I got in their website. The post office did not accept there own boxes. So I had to take it to the UPS and buy my boxes. The people at this location were super helpful and nice about it. They took off the labels for me and assisted in assembling the boxes. To me I find this to be dedication to their customers. read more

I have been to this location many times. I've rarely had a wait and pretty good service. Nothing spectacular but it's usually just simple transactions. Today was different though. Heidi was amazing and she is the sole reason that I'm giving this store a 5. I was shipping out a return and the computer was being dumb about printing a label because it kept saying it was "hazardous material." Heidi took the time to call someone for further assistance and she had great patience with the other customer service rep. He was not so great, very irritating and little to no help. Heidi was great at thinking outside of the box, no pun intended. She was able to resolve my issue and was adamant about helping me get this done. Love this location. The staff is always friendly and there to help however they can! They have a computer available for customers to use and it's super easy to print your documents, fax services available and mailboxes too. The management is great too! read more

Not a fan at all. I have been in several times and the owner is flat out rude. They charge ridiculous fees to scan a document and put it on a jump drive and the owner's attitude is that she is doing you a favor. Watched her interact with other customers and she made them uncomfortable as well. read more

If you're coming here to make copies, don't come anymore. This use to be my go to for stopping in and making copies really quick because at .14 a copy I thought that was fine. When I went in today I did what I usually do which was log into my email, and print my copies out all in under 2 minutes or LESS I would say with absolutely nobody in the store waiting on me. There was a sign that said if you used more than 10 mins of computer time they will charge you 1 dollar. I came up with my 18 copies which came out to be $2.52 but they also charged me the computer time fee $1.00 even though I was nowhere near the 10 min mark. You're going to charge me almost 40% of what the actual product I came here to purchase with the equipment that's literally set up so your employees do not have to waste time dealing with people sending you guys stuff to your email and you logging in to print it out? That's insane. I know this isn't much money but for someone who is constantly coming in to print things, I would rather not pay an extra 1.00 tax every single I come into their store for less than 2 mins. read more

Worst customer service award goes to Nicole. She was not interested in helping me and every question I asked was like she's saying in her head I already told you we don't have a box for that. Then when I asked to see thebox she respondedI have to get a ladder for that. Not sure why I had to know that but whatever girl get the ladder. I'm in no rush and the store is empty at 4something sooo. I'm already frustrated I have to return this item then having to deal with her abrasive attitude was very unnecessary. If you're not happy at your job just leave. God knows how she will handle my return item but it is out of my control at the moment. Thank you Nicole for not making this easy. I had a UPS Store postal box back in NYC and the people were great, so when I moved to Phoenix I knew I was looking for a UPS Store. I found this location and went to visit it and the people were FANTASTIC! They were polite, attentive and willing to do whatever it takes to make me happy. I've been a customer their for about 4 months now, I've had dozens of packages delivered, I get mail daily and the employees are the best! The reviews were bad but we were running out of time and we went to this location anyway. I am so glad we did and I told the clerk that they had bad reviews. He asked if was about a year ago and indicated that they had different management now. He was SUPER helpful and even had me double check my stack of documents to make sure that my overnight package contained everything needed to sell a car that we left out of state. Thanks to him, an important document I had missed was found in my other stack and he made a new overnight package with the missed document. read more
