Awful place! They appear to have a high turnover of employees. The owners are rude and short and don't care about making a process easier, more efficient and they could care less about their customers! The male owner is very abrupt with females, this may be a cultural thing for him, but hello! You live here now and you have female customers also! I now drive out of my way to take care of my business because convenience is not worth the rudeness I have experienced at this place. The employees here are also rude and apparently just like the owners! I refuse to give my business to people who don't care about their customers! I have heard from a former employee that they would take pkgs for the contents, that the owner doesn't consistently review the cameras because it costs him money to use? And that young staff were getting high in the back with the much older UPS guys. Will the employee there needs to be replaced. Stood in line waiting to be acknowledged and he asked me what the problem was. I replied back, I need your assistance and he said, I didn't know that. As I'm in line in front of him. He scanned my return and asked, what else? I said I have another shipment pointing to the other package on the counter. He replies we don't give receipts for those. That's fine, but can you acknowledge that you'll accept it first? Start with saying hello or welcome in or how can I help? Not, what's the problem? An employee of this UPS Store stole my package that I tried to ship out of state over the holidays, and one of the female managers did not help me despite her saying she would. Cameras could have caught the theft, but the manager kept delaying looking at the footage until the footage expired. Law enforcement is getting involved; this could be caused by a crime ring here. Posting this to hopefully help others avoid the same fate and avoid using this store. Edit: I had a gift card inside the package, and the merchant from where the gift card was bought investigated this and found that the gift card has been entirely spent and has a $0 balance now. The gift card had been spent the day after I shipped the package, and it had been spent at a store that was 45 minutes south of this UPS Store. read more

Tiffany was AMAZING! My husband and I were given a time slot when a Notary would be available; however, when we arrived, we were told that the scheduled Notary had left for the day. Tiffany sprung into action and made the decision to assist her, as she was a Notary and had her Notary equipment with her. It's important to note that in today's environment, customer service is rare; so my husband and I were grateful for her attention to providing customer service. Have been here multiple time since we moved to happy valley neighborhood almost a year back. This is the only UPS in our locality. We have never experienced any delay or issue with the staff. They address immediately and greet you pretty well too. They have almost all UPS provided facilities and services. It's not too rushy here so things get done fast. read more

This is the nearest UPS store to my children's school, and it was once convenient, but unfortunately, I will no longer be using them. A few months ago, I visited the store to drop off a package that had a QR code. A new employee, an older guy, was working alone that day, even though he was still in training. Unfortunately, he didn't know how to use the QR code. Despite the package stating that the store was responsible for packing and shipping, the employee insisted that I had to pack the item before he could accept it. He even tried to sell me a box. I tried to show him the instructions, but he refused. I had to come back when one of the ladies was working to get assistance. Today, I returned to the same store to send another item. The same employee was there, and they had a new system in place where customers were expected to scan, pack, and label their items. Apparently, this was supposed to help reduce wait times. However, even though there were only two customers in the store, the employee insisted that we use the new system instead of doing his job. The first lady refused and asked him to scan her package. When it was my turn, he insisted that I use the new system and even offered to show me how to do it. I just wanted him to scan my QR code so I could leave. While he was teaching me, two more customers came in and had to wait for him to finish. It took an extra 10 minutes, and he said, that other employees had spoiled us, the customers, by doing everything for us. I asked him if he meant them doing their job, and he just laughed it off. I don't have a problem with the new system, but employees should not waste customers' time by teaching them how to do their job. Especially when there is no line in the store, they should just scan the packages and move on. read more

I sent a package Aug 30th through this location to my sister who is going through a terrible divorce. The box was heavy, filled with books and toys for her little daughters (1&3) to have since her husband stole all their stuff. One week goes by, no movement. Two weeks, no movement. Three weeks. Nothing. I have called corporate many times, filed complaints, claims and still the package hasn't been found nor saying it left the location. They have no explanation to what is happening. No answers. I have my receipt and tracking. There is an open investigation now. All I can conclude is someone from the store either worker or customer stole the box. I have no resolution and the girls are now super disappointed. I will never go back to this place and clearly their workers are untrustworthy. Terrible service. Terrible people. If I could give less than one star I would. My husband and I went in to have something notarized and Paige told us that there was no notary on at the time and referred me to another UPS at another location. We didn't have time and returned the next day to this same store and Paige must not have recognized us or something, because then she was able to notarize my husband's paper. I consistently have horrible customer service at this location. The owners have waited on me before and they're abrupt and rude. This is the most disorganized, rude UPS store I have dealt with! I never get all of my packages brought out when I pick up my mail, even if they have been delivered. They get so defensive when you bring up an issue with them and they NEVER take responsibility for their errors. I have been with them since 1998, never had one issue, never a lost package until about a year or so ago when this business was sold. It's been one problem after another, oostvmail, lost packages, billing issues.. SUGGESTION: Match up tracking numbers BEFORE you leave the store to make sure you are getting the packages you sign for, if not they don't give a rats a$$. Their comeback is, "well you signed for it", even though you didn't get it. Everytime i have been in there it looks like a bomb went off, there are packages all over the place, I can see how packages get lost or handed out to the wrong person. The employee turnover is horrible, and the ones that stick around don't care about good customer service. I will not be renewing next month and will take my chances on the USPS. RUN..... read more

Overcharged $18.55 when it should have been roughly $7.50 Not the first time this has happened, unfortunately i sent the girlfriend to do the shipping and she was duped by their shady business practices. The staff here are great and deserve a 5-star rating, but they are unfortunately working for a manager and/or company who is not taking COVID-19 protocols seriously so I would give UPS as a whole a 1-star rating. During a recent visit, way too many people were allowed in the store, making social distancing impossible. Exactly half of the customers were wearing masks while the other half were not. I asked the clerk if they were enforcing mask usage, and he said the staff were instructed not to do so--something with which he clearly did not agree. Sorry, UPS. If you are not going to care about the well-being of your customers or your employees, then I am not going to care about the well-being of your company. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I love this UPS store. It's in a great location at the corner of Happy Valley and 35th Ave right next to Safeway. I used to have a Po box with them but I moved so I got one closer to my place. I still go to this store to make copies, mail stuff and ship via UPS. I come back because of the staff. The girls at this store provide the best customer service at all the UPS stores I've been to. I do business valley wide, I've been to a lot of UPS stores. At this one they know me by name and even when it's been a while since I've been in they remember me! It means a lot for people to extend that level of service in today's business atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend! read more

i usually come to this location to do my Amazon returns but today I needed to come in to grab some boxes considering I will be moving soon. i walked in and not one of the two boys greeted me at first. I stood there for about a minute before they even acknowledged me, let me add the fact that I was the only one in the store as well. When I asked for basic sized moving box they both laughed and said they didn't have a basic size so i then asked what sizes they had and again they snickered under their masks and gave me a long list of different sizes in inches. I pointed to the example of boxes they have located on the wall and I said the "large one that looked like a basic moving box" and they said they didn't have that size. When dropping off prepaid preprinted packages, the service is quick and easy. However, when I shipped something across the country they charged me upwards of $40 for each package (separate addresses). These were not priority packages. I do not know if this is a regular practice or they input incorrectly, but I doubt I will be shipping there in the future given their prices. read more

My fiancé and I stopped in here about 2 weeks ago to ship out a package and our experience was definitely unprofessional and inappropriate. The woman who assisted us was gawking at my spouse the entire time and making comments like "ooooooh you are really getting that workout in" and things like that in an attempted alluring voice. This UPS store is a disorganized uneducated mess. The employees are clueless and zero help in any way.There's a reason there is so many one star reviews on Google!!! I brought a small package with a necklace in to be shipped for my business to a customer. It's right near my house so I figured I'd try it instead of USPS. HUGGGEEEE MISTAKE!!! I shipped my necklace and the guy only charged me less than $1. I thought it was weird and made a comment about how cheap it was and he shrugged. He had sent the package with no postage what so ever and a tracking number that lead to nothing. The number didn't work and my customer waited for the necklace for over 2 weeks before I had to do a full refund of $55!!! I went back in a few times to see if they could help me track the package and the girls were no help in any way. They couldn't even tell me if the package would be brought back to the store or sent back to my house. I finally got the necklace returned almost a whole month later and my customer no longer wants it. If you're shipping literally ANYYYTHING important DO NOT BRING IT HERE!!!! They don't care and they won't help!!! Please educate your employees so this does not happen to others and their stuff. I'd give 0 stars if that was possible. read more
