Notary services were knowledgeable, thorough, and swift. I found that they always have a notary specialist during their hours of service. This was great for me, because I just popped in and was served well. Logan really helped me through the process of documents that needed to be notarized to an out of country institution. Should be called Jack of all trades store rather than the UPS Store. In the age of Covid, this handy little jack-knife of a store has been a bright spot for me a couple of times in the last twelve months. Conveniently located in the Fry's plaza at the corner of 67th and Happy Valley Road, this UPS store opens 30 minute earlier than it's brother in the Safeway plaza at 39th (7:30 am). All kinds of great services here, notary, shipping, packaging, Amazon returns, keys made, greeting cards, and post office boxes. I recently used them to print some color documents for work off a thumb drive and it was painless. Working with the public all day as an essential business can't be fun, especially if you're masked up all day. The staff here has been wonderful every time I've shopped here. Always polite, respectful, and efficient-exactly what they should be. UPS stores are franchises so this is someone's livelihood and I'm more than happy to support a local business that is also supporting this neighborhood and employing a number of hardworking employees. read more

I have been in to this UPS store several times and honestly I have to give this store major credit because not only are they very quick and efficient with whatever the task may be, but the employees have the best attitudes! I have read multiple bad reviews on this site and I really think that you really do not know anything about shipping or transportation. I am an avid amazon customer and this location has been nothing but amazing to help me out. They get me in and out quickly and customer service has been second to none. Quick story. I got a mattress from amazon in the mail and I brought it back to them and they were so helpful in telling me how to return it. Nobody can repackage a mattress from amazon. It will never fit back into the box. They might be young kids but they will find the right answer for you if you ask the right questions. I was once a UPS employee and will never be again for multiple reasons but this is a good store with good customer service. read more

I needed something printed on specialty paper which I had.. we ended up having to remake my template when some of the paper was sized differently than I had assumed . I emailed/ called in a print job just a few minutes before closing time. Brian Jr answered the phone, began printing the papers and explained to me they may not be able to have it bound by my requested time the next morning. I understood the reasoning, and the rush was due to my own issues, not their own. I have my mail sent to this location and I enjoy the convenience of a mail store and the options you have that keep me away from the US Post Office. The staff here is always friendly and they remember me all the time since I am in there daily (usually at 5am before they open to get my mail) It is cool to have a key to the front door to access my mail box at any time. I wish these were still mailbox ext because they would at least take my pre-paid FedEx shipments but now they are in a battle since they no longer offer FedEx for obvious reasons. I think as a consumer we get the short stick on that deal but I still like having my own location where they know me and I can get in and out for any postage needs. read more

I have my business mail box here. The price for a mailbox is average, but the service and willingness for the employees to help are WAY above average. The mail part of the store has 24 hour access (They give you a key). Making it really convenient to pick up the mail on my time. They accept mail and packages from ALL carriers (make sure you fill out the right paperwork so they can sign for your packages). You can only pick up your packages during business hours, but they can send you a text or email if you get a package -- so you always know when you have one. Lastly, you call call and have them check if you do even have mail before making the trip.... saving you time. A little tip - I even have a few of my personal (non-business) packages delivered here. Living in Phoenix during the summer months, it gets HOT. Having my packages (esp if food, wine, etc) delivered here allows them to be a little more temperature controlled...rather than sitting on my hot porch all day! read more

I had a package diverted here since I wouldn't be home to sign for a package and even with opening new p.o. boxes mailing packages they still had me out within a few minutes, I have also been here before for notary and it is a fast in and out. read more

I have been going to this location for as long as it has been open. I've watched the service steadily go down hill. It seems there are always things broken or under repair. Whether it be the internet down or copier or the mail for some reason is late its always something and it always sets me back and forces me to go someplace else. Needed a fax yesterday in a hurry as usual and as usual their phone line was down and I needed to fax a document how about that. My solution was to down load a free fax app to my phone. Quick free (they charge 2 to 3 dollars a page at the UPs store) and instant conformation of the fax sending. I strongly encourage everyone to download free fax, scan and office friendly apps and save your time and money at these obsolete UPS stores who just dont keep up with the times or busy demand for these services. Office Max is just down the road where I found superior copying services and great staff. I hate to go someplace else and not support my local small business owner but it seems this particular location the owner just doesn't keep up invest money into keeping services current, equipment working or pay their phone bills apparently. read more

This place is has really gone down hill. Business is so bad that they have been forced to raise their rates. Their counters are over run with chotskies and the place looks to be in a complete state of disrepair. The service has really dropped off as well. I have been driving out to the 17 for my copy and shipping needs. It's a shame what happened to this place. read more

I come here often and I would say it's OK. Out of all the times I go and make copies using their computer and my USB, I've never been charged to use their computer. Now they charge you to use their computer plus their inflated copy prices. I'll be going to other locations from now on. It's too bad because it's closest to my home and I would rather support business nearby. read more

Honestly the worst UPS store I've ever been to. I've tried this location several times. The same person is there every time and he is the grouchiest person. He looks and acts as though you are a nuisance to be there. Prices are higher too!! It's incredible to me the lack of customer service. I will never go back. Never ever come here for a fingerprinting . The teenager guy who supervised me wasn't interested to offer more help than telling me how to roll my own fingers from the ink to the card. It was my very first fingerprinting and I ended up making smudges. The worst part is, the guy didn't sign the card and didn't even check if all the information at the top were correctly filled-out. So basically, I was paying them just to use a little bit of their ink and do the rest on my own. I should have done it myself at home. I am so disappointed with this place. So the second time around, I went to the UPS store a few more blocks down the road, by 67th and 101 and thank God, those people know what they're doing. They even have a little desk where you can set down and fill out your application and the card. You ask questions and they have all the answers. They took my fingerprints and sent the application to DPS for me. I can't find any service better than that. read more
