Every now and then I have to copy, fax, print, or create something that is above and beyond the realm of what I can do in my home-office... and luckily, this FedEx Kinko's is right around the corner and comes to the rescue. (It seems there is a FedEx Kinko's around the corner from everyone now-a-day... kind of like Starbuck's - well, not quite!) I happened to stop in twice today and Ryan took care of me both times. He was friendly and patient during both my visits. 5 stars for Ryan; 3 for consistency on this one-stop shop... if only they weren't so expensive! read more

Worst location I've been to, ever. Called the cops on customer for no reason. Go anywhere else but this location. Absolutely ridiculous. I stopped in here to ship a package which needed packed up and shipped. A lady named Laura was working. I went in and said hey I need to ship a package, going to use the restroom first and she said yeah, ok. This was at 2PM on February 15th in the middle of the day. Went out to my vehicle needing to email my customer and also pack up the item. A short time later the cops show up to my vehicle asking what I'm doing here. I said I'm just here to ship a package. They said the employee said I'd been here for a minute someone called the cops and they were seeing what was going on. I said nothings going on, I'm just here to mail a package. If the business has a problem they can ask me to leave or could have asked me instead of calling the police and abusing resources. I have to email customer and pack it up here. We all went inside as I wanted to see what was going on and why the cops were called on me. The employee said I made her uncomfortable by using the restroom and she didn't feel safe. Then said she would like me to go to another location because I was being mean to her and being aggressive in my tone. I was as calm and polite as could be, despite having armed police be called on me for no reason. Bewildered I said I'm just here to mail a package, not aggressive at all, trying to figure out what's going on. Then she told the police she would like them to remove me from the property and now I guess I'm banned from this location. I filmed the whole thing. The management has hired someone with internal problems. I think this lady has issues that need addressed and shouldn't be at work. Save yourself the crazy games and twilight zone experience and go somewhere else. Now I have to waste my time and gas traveling to different location for no reason. The only reason I am not giving them zero stars is because I have been there several times before, and it was not a problem. I usually avoid FedEx Kinkos because it is expensive and takes too much time to simply make copies or send a fax. So here was my experience this morning. I had to fax 1 page since my fax at home was broken. There are 2 kinko guys and 3 customers. All I wanted to do was fax one page and did not have my debit card on me so I couldnt use the machine on my own and I was not about to put my $10 bill onto one of those cards. After 2 unsuccessful attempts to break my $10 because no one would help me, I became increasingly fustrated. The other customer there finally started yelling at the kinko guy to help him because he had to leave. The kinko guy began raising his voice as well, and it became pretty tense. I conveyed also that I was unhappy and just wanted to fax 1 page. After 15 minutes of standing there, it finally got done. Long story short, out of the 3 customers they had on a Sunday morning, the guy and me were completely dis-satisfied with our service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!! read more

Awful customer service from Stacy. She kept trying to convince me I should have been charged more for my order, did not care that the order was completed incorrectly, and seemed to care more about confronting the customer than creating a good customer service experience. The one star is for the previous employees I encountered here, who were at least friendly and tried to help with the requests. Sure, one of them made a mistake on the above order, but at least they didn't treat their customers with an attitude. read more

Rude! The man working here today had no interest in my business. I simply wanted to ship some documents, but instead of outlining options or helping me he just pointed at a display of envelopes and said I had to buy those first. When I grabbed a single express envelope he just said I couldn't use that instead of explaining that I could use that to ship express. When I said i would go to a UPS store instead he just said "yeah" and walked away. Horrible customer service- I won't be back to this location! read more
