Great convenient location. Friendly associates although many times the machine to scan packages is not working so have to wait in long lines. Sometimes the packages have taken forever to be delivered from this location and that has caused a lot of anxiety. Air Conditioning is also weak and really warm in the store especially in the triple digit weather. read more

I came here on this occasion to return DirecTV equipment as I finally cancelled the service after not watching TV for years. Staff processed return quickly, gave me the receipt for my return and I was on my way shortly. I probably stayed here for less than 5 minutes. I've been here several times in the past as they offer notary service. While a bank offers for the same service free of charge, a few dollars they charge seems expensive but they are always available. Located at the Desert Ridge, plenty of parking is available at front. read more

Occasionally I need services like theirs. They do offer it all which is nice. My biggest pet peeve is with respect to their partnership with Amazon for returns. I seem to get the most hassle from UPS with respect to "proper packaging". Kohl's makes the returns easy and doesn't require packaging. Whenever I go here they scrutinize the packaging and in some cases have not accepted my return. So, I try to avoid them if I have to return an item to Amazon. read more

I came here to ship a Christmas gift. I was asked what was in the box by two young men which I told them it contained a gift card and several presents, I asked them to tape the box as I didn't have any tape at home. The young man informed me they didn't "insurance gift cards" which I thought nothing of. My package just got delivered cross country to find out the gift card was stolen out of it! Everything else was delivered but the giftcard...even the wrapper it came in was there but not the card itself! Someone from this location clearly pilfered my giftcard. I usually have great customer service in this store, but today was not one of them. Melyssa H. (according to the receipt) a store clerk I have never seen or dealt with before was rude and was not listening. When she asked what I needed help with, I informed her that I needed to send the package to a different address and was hoping I could use the packaging it was already in instead of having to repackage (it was an amazon order). Her response was, "this is a amazon return?". (I was doing my neighbor a favor and sending to their other house in a different state. Item purchased on amazon isn't readily available, otherwise they would have repurchased and returned the other one when they came back.) After providing a new address to send to, she told me ground shipping was not guaranteed, but expected to be there Friday. I asked what my other options were since it needed to be there before Sunday. The only option she gave me was the most expensive one (next day air). I asked, "Do you not provide 2-day air shipping anymore?". She proceeded to tell me nothing is guaranteed except next day air. I'm well aware that nothing is guaranteed, especially with current times. Logic would tell me 2-day air would POTENTIALLY be faster than ground shipping and I was willing to pay for 2-day air and take the risk. I was not in the mood to argue with someone who couldn't be bothered and didn't want to provide all my options. So I paid for next day air. I was the only customer in the store, so it's not like they were slammed and trying to attend to other customers in line. read more

Awful customer service every time we have been in! - Employees are not helpful, or trained in any level of customer service. -no shipping envelopes like those found at fedex stores and even the post office. -Over priced services ie; $10 notary fee, when literally any bank will do this for free weather you are a client or not. - When the employees aren't hiding in the back office area their attitudes and demeanor are generally poor. read more

Be careful , they don't enforce wearing masks. Otherwise service ok. They do have a sign in front wearing masks is required. Recently, one customer was without mask , and another time, customer with completely loose mask. read more

I go here all the time to return my Amazon purchases. they charged me $3 dollars to ship a $15 dollar item. All they did was print the emailed printing label even tho Amazon states no charge. Do not go to this place.. other stores don't do this read more

I went to Ups store to mail a package Ups on Wed. Paid for 2 day delivery. After 2 days and no delivery I called Ups and realized they sent my package USPS and wouldn't be delivered till Mon. The women who helped me had a poor attitude and her mask was pulled down exposing her nose and most of her mouth. Will only use Fed ex from now on. read more

This UPS location prominently advertises its printing services. Upon printing a shipping label, I was inexplicably charged $2.50 because the file was on a thumb drive, requiring the employee to spend an extra 20 seconds to retrieve it. No mention was made of this absurd charge prior to printing. I'll give it a solitary star, because it is conveniently located. read more

I have been to this location two separate times with the same problem. I needed to return through UPS, a product I purchased online. The first time I went they were going to charge me over $3 to print the return label for me. I drove down to FedEx on Rose Garden Lane and Tatum Boulevard. They printed the label for me and they did it for free! Yesterday I went in to return another item and the employee said he wasn't receiving my emails to print my return label for me. I again went down to FedEx. They printed it and yet again did it for free. I went in this morning to drop off the item at UPS and asked for a receipt and the employee told me they don't do receipts for items like this. WTH? What do you do customer service related? If I didn't have to mail it back through UPS I certainly wouldn't have taken the time to do so. I only did it because the company required it of me to receive the item back. Customer service here is definitely lacking here. read more

3/4/2014 -- I had 2 boxes shipped with UPS. Upon knowing they were signature required. I notifed UPS and redirected them to the UPS store 2 miles from my house. I paid UPS $24.10 to do this. Normally I use FedEx Ground and there is no charge to do the redirect hold at a store. I paid the $24.10. I went to the UPS store, and the person there Kay Bani, said, yes packages are here, great. She then comes back and says, there is a $10/fee per box (I had two boxes) for a "hold fee". UPS never made any mention of any "fee". Since they said "we signed for them" and held them, (for what 1 hour or so), that there is a "fee" to release them. I had no choice but to pay the ransom for my 2 boxes. Thus far, UPS has not returned any call backs. Unless I paid "their" fee, I was not getting my packages. So I feel, this charge is not appropriate, as I was never told of any "fee". The UPS Store has been uncooperative and will not return phone calls or refund this "fee". Be warned these people are not friendly, not customer oriented either. You have been warned. Be smart, use FEDEX, FEDEX GROUND. THESE SERVICES ARE FREE. NO FEE. read more
