Seller is not proceeding to an exchange and has stopped communicating. I found a listing on e-bay for a top of the line Aireloom Riviera California King and was asked by the seller Cody to avoid eBay payments to save on the fees. Payments was difficult with Zelle restricting payments limits to his wife Breanne Martin and PayPal flagging the transaction as a potential scam but I went ahead because of the positive reviews and my faith in the common good. The signs were there and I am now paying the price of dealing with an unfortunate situation. Since the mattress was shipping from AZ to CA, I explicitly asked Cody and his wife Breanne Martin to make sure the right mattress was loaded onto the truck to avoid dealing with a return. Guess what.. I received a much lower end mattress in the wrong size! The mattress condition is also not great. At that point it is obvious the intent was never good. I called Cody right away who seemed confused and unclear with what happened and promised to get back to me the next day. He has since stopped corresponding all together. He won't pick up my calls, call or text me back and won't respond to emails either. Save yourself the trouble of having to deal with a credit card dispute and move on to buy your mattress elsewhere.

When I reached out to the salesperson who handled my order, he was dismissive, made false assumptions about the cause, and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Before my purchase, he even tried to talk me out of applying for the store's Synchrony financing, telling me I'd "need really good credit." I applied anyway and was approved for $8,000 on the spot -- which says a lot about both my credit and his professionalism. The quality control and customer service here are equally disappointing. I've filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and Synchrony Bank for the defective merchandise and lack of accountability. On January 4 I ordered and paid $1500 for a mattress. It arrived late and damaged . The company was good in that after I sent several photos they agreed to replace it. Since I was out of town I asked that delivery of the replacement mattress wait until I returned. About March 15 I called and asked that the replacement mattress be sent. Matthew agreed. When the mattress did not arrive as anticipated on March 28, I inquired about the status. I repeatedly received the same email response from Sarah, "our team is actively working on getting an update and tracking information , and at this time there are no new updates to share". Now on April 10, after 7 emails I still have no information. Each response has been exactly as the above. I called but the customer service representative, Matthew, said he could not help me and that the "logistics team" only communicated with customers by email. The Murphy bed that the mattress is for will be installed Monday. If and when I actually get the mattress I will have to pay for the installers to come out a second time to secure the mattress to the bed.

They said that they consider this a transfer of ownership that voids the warranty.

They simply leave you be to shop and seem to really work with you on pricing as well as financing if you choose to purchase with them. I ended up purchasing a couch & rug from the outlet section, and an entertainment center from the main store. It is frustrating that you're required to deliver items from the outlet and new items from the store with a different delivery service. The reason for my 2 star review is the sales reps are either extremely uneducated or plain lying to get you to buy furniture. I was told the delivery for my outlet items would be ~$150, it ended up costing $270 and I was told there's nothing they can do since it's through a 3rd party delivery service. As for the new store items, I was told the entertainment center comes assembled and the sales rep advised me to opt for the drop off delivery rather than the white glove delivery to save a few bucks. But upon unboxing the item, it is not fully assembled and required assembly, which presented an issue for me as a disabled person. I get a sales rep wants to go for a sale and earn his store revenue, but I would have happily paid a bit extra for the white glove delivery had I known there was additional assembly required. Furniture is pretty solid, delivery services have been a huge miss. If you opt to purchase anything here, I'd highly advise you only do so if you're able to pick up & assemble items on your own.
