Unfortunately, my package was lost. Initially, the driver failed to deliver it to the correct location and then returned it to this UPS store. I called and let them know how to deliver my package correctly. Then, for some unknown reason, it was sent to some unknown address in Peoria. I have never received my package because of their incompetence. Now, my package appears to be hopelessly lost. The worst part: this store couldn't care less! I would NOT trust them with anything!! Unfortunately, there isn't an option to give zero stars. A few months ago I shipped headphones to my friend in California and the tracking number mysteriously never left the location and the earbuds miraculously disappeared. Not sure how that happened.... Contacted management and corporate. All of whom were completely useless and I was out 150 bucks to someone else's benefit. Went in today on another occasion to simply mail an Amazon return and one of the girls was relaxing sitting at the desk or should I say on top of the desk... while the other man working ignored me until I was standing there waiting with no one else in the store and not one word could be said to greet me. I walk in the store at 8:08 the door is open and say the hours of operation is 8am. The worker rudely tells me "I am not even open yet!" I explained the door was open and said 8am. I have been waiting for a call back from the manager of the store in Phoenix on Bell Road - store 4910 since Thursday. It's now Tuesday. I had a package shipped to me which was boxed by the employee at the store. It was so horribly packaged that the items were shattered. Irreplaceable items my mother made before she passed away. Yes, I know I can get reimbursed but I want the manager to know the horrendous way the employee packaged my items. The employees have been stonewalling me telling me the manager will call me back - yet, they don't know the managers name. I spoke to Jasmine yesterday afternoon who said the managers name was "someone above me." She said this unnamed person would call me back within a half hour. This was at 2:45 PM and there was no call back. I spoke to the owners wife/girlfriend/assistant. His name is Victor and his number goes to another business. I explained all to her and she said she would call me back immediately. That was on January 20 and still no call. I assume my claim has been completed since I gave the employee whom I spoke to at the Phoenix store on January 19 all the information. However, I have not received a check or any kind of feedback. Never once has anyone said they were sorry except the employee here in Cleveland who said upon seeing the box that it was "shocking" how terribly it was packed. read more

I needed a single piece of paper printed today and the lady working told me it would be $5. I reasked the question to make sure she heard me right and yes it was $5 and repeated that's what her boss says. I've never heard of $5 to print a single paper but will never be to this location again. read more

They charge $1 dollar for a strip of tape to secure your package and $5 to print out a label if you did not being your own. Victor Okorie you are a dirty crook for running a business like that, extremely shameful business practice. UPS franchisee stores recieve FREE supplies and marerial from the warehouses and this guy is shady enough to profit off of it when we are already spending money using their services. I've spent well over 6 figures in shipping charges with UPS and have been to atleast a dozen stores and have never been burdened to spend more money on free material like a strip of tape.. today 06/20 /2025 Friday at 1/30 pm I went to this ups store the employee was hiding behind the column until I called he came out and I said hello and he did not even answer I said I need to print a duccument he said 5 $ and showed me a printed email on the side of printing machine and I did it but it did not go through I said I had eye surgery would you please check what I wrote he came out relactantly and looked and said this is wrong and went back behind the wall this scenario was repeated four times and I said you are ignoring me and you are not helping me and I said what is your name he did not tell me and said I refuse to do it for you leave the store I have never seen a rude employee like him his face was acne scaring he was short looks like Philippine or Hispanic I will never go back to this store then I went to fedex store it was just 22 cents and great customer service we need to boycott this store . read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I went to pick up my package from this location. A "sorry we missed you" tag was on my door one evening after work. it stated the date of that day and that I can pick it up "tomorrow " so the next day I went in the store to get my package and the claiming "manager" lady was rude as hell, arguing and yelling at me that it's tomorrow not today, I'm trying to explain the date and she kept talking over me so I just left. luckily the following day I want in and a nice gentleman helped me instead because she was arguing with another customer about some boxing issues being rude to the customer and telling her to shoosh and talking over the poor lady. I hope the owner finds out about this and fires that horrible lady that claims she's a manager. Worst store I've ever been to, I will never go back to that location. read more

It's important to remember that the women who work here are ladies. A lady never rushes, but instead, walks as slowly as possible picking up random packages, examining them, and walking one at a time over to the bins. Nevermind the peasants in line. They can wait, and they certainly don't need to be acknowledged. If boxes are in the way, they should be kicked and then stared at for another minute. Does a customer need a photocopy? That requires taking one sheet at a time and just looking at it front and back, over and over, avoiding eye contact with the people still in line. Does a parcel need a piece of tape? So I read another rating about print out labels being $5 and I wanted to see myself since I was in the area and needing to mail out two small packages. The guy at the desk was super nice but he did confirm that each print out by email I sent would be $5 each for a service fee. Thats ridiculous! He also mentioned if I wanted to print out myself by self service there it would be $3 instead. Any other UPS location they only charge a dollar to print email labels. Why is this location price gouging? I would give no stars but the employee was nice and tried to help me but I can't understand such a price difference so I'll wait to mail my things from a different UPS location that I trust instead. read more

Very dirty store. Poorly maintained, Store smelled like a nasty ashtray.Unprofessional staff during this visit. Counter attendant was a female who was out back smoking, and talking to the UPS driver trying to load up his truck while there were customers in the store waiting in line!!!! Who takes a smoke break like that?? In fact there were two drivers there, and one of them expressed a few concerns to the attendant about the way some items were packed, and she was extremely rude to the driver while customers where in the store. The driver tried to show her a large package that was torn to pieces and said he couldn't take it due to it's condition along with a list of other packages that the driver explained were not packaged properly and could not leave the store in their condition. Counter attentand got extremely rude with the driver and was teying to argue with him. The driver handled the situation as professionally as he could considering the store employees actions and attitude, and walked away as the store employee kept going on a rant about contacting the drivers manager or supervisor. read more

This store needs some serious help. This branch is always understaffed and the employees have no drive. They are stuck in first gear. I can't tell you how many times I have seen numerous people walk out of the store due to not being helped in a reasonable amount of time. I say this time and time again, someone in management is not paying attention. I'm aware that hiring a new employee costs the company a lot of money; however, the customers walking out of the store would pay for the additional employee being hired, the company would restore their reputation, and UPS would make even more revenue. Connie went out of her way and walked me through the website to figure out how to register for my card. This was out of her scope of responsibilities and yet she went out of her way to do it. Very disheartening visit to this store today. Not sure if this lady has a racial issue or just hates people. There were two people working, a Hispanic woman and a young man that was black. When I arrived I was 4th in line so I had the sad opportunity to watch this woman demean her clients and the young man she was training. (He was totally sweet and trying very hard.) The first girl in line was trying to take care of fingerprints. The woman could not have been more rude to her and told her she didn't have time to explain things to her but she would call her boss. She told her to step out of line while she helped other people. The next person was also doing a return from Amazon. Her return COULD have been handled by USPS but she came there because so does the UPS store. She rudely told her that USPS means POST OFFICE and that she should have gone there. In the meantime, her trainee made a sale and as the client was leaving, she glared at the trainee and said, "Did you charge them for the envelope??" He shook his head no so she yelled at the client and said, "You have to come back and PAY for that!" No kindness in her at all. The third woman was also Hispanic, and she got a "Hey mama, how you doin?" Sweet as pie to her. That's what made me wonder if she hates other races. Very kind to her own, rude to all others. Then it was my turn with my Caucasian face. She was so snarky to me... "is this an AMAZON return,...yes, (insert her eyeroll here), did you tape it properly???" Yes, I taped it properly. Ok then here is your receipt. So Everyone has a bad day. I hope this was just a bad day for her. I hope that her boss who was ON the phone with her heard how rude she was to everyone. The Employee was very professional. 2 days later I get an email from UPS saying they can't deliver my package due to weather delays. Ok then. Now I get a new email saying my package weight and size was more and they are charging my credit card an extra amount. I received a huge package to my apartment that did not belong to me. In fact, the address on the package isn't even the address to the community I live in so they completely delivered this package to the wrong place. This is the second time they've done this to the same guy, I received some medical equipment of his last time that I just gave to the office. This package is the size of my door so I'm not able to move it. I called UPS to tell them of the mistake and she told me that I'd need to call customer service and arrange a pickup. I became a customer of Mail Boxes Etc (now called the UPS Store) in 1980 at their store #2 location. They are a franchise operation and I get it that every owner will have their own style. At the store I originally went to the service was above and beyond, including calling me at home if I received an urgent looking letter and even bringing my mail to my home once when I was too sick to get out of bed. Now it's almost 2018 and good customer service is rare, and store #4910 is my nearest UPS Store. I've been going there for about 10 years and I don't think I've ever seen the same employee twice. I have no idea who the owner is and no one there has any idea who I am. I have owned small businesses and I fully understand the need to make a profit but what this store tries to get away with should be against the law. Two examples: I wanted to send a book to a relative one Saturday. I told the deer-in-the-headlights kid there was no rush, since it was only a $10 book just send it the cheapest way. He said the cheapest way would be $256. I said I didn't want him to fly there and hand deliver it, there must be something cheaper. He said no "because of the holiday". I was beyond belief by this point but I bit and asked him, um, "what holiday"? "Mother's Day" he replied. "But Mother's Day is on Sunday and UPS won't be here to pick up until Monday" I tried to explain. He was adamant, it would be $256 to send the book! I went to the post office. The nail in the coffin was last week. I wanted to return an item to Amazon using a prepaid label but I had thrown away the box. The item was a broken cheap plastic file box with a value of $20. It didn't need any packing or insurance or popcorn, it was already broken. They quoted me $9.49 for the empty cardboard box and $11 TO PUT THE ITEM IN THE BOX!! What planet are they living on? They obviously get away with all this since they're still in business but I wonder how, I rarely see any customers in their store. read more

Why would anyone continue (I won't visit this UPS Store again) to send a return when the store makes you buy non-branded expensive envelopes and boxes? UPS has brown branded envelopes and boxes FOR FREE but THIS STORE makes you purchase their packaging. I just paid $11.55 for a BOX!
