came in to the store a couple of weeks ago to get my finger prints done, I was told by CONNIE that the man behind me was next, even tho he walked in seconds before me and went straight to a table to fill something out as I got in line. CONNIE was checking someone out and when they were through I was next so I started walking up and CONNIE tells the white male behind me that shecan help him, the white male seems confused but him being the white male he accepts to go next even though he clearly knew he wasn't next. She proceeds to tell me he was next and I just let it happen? I was thrown off, Just seemed weird being I was the only POC and CONNIE is white and the other man was too. I sent a return through this store which wound up lost. The lady had accidentally given me someone else's return slip. And my return was NEVER scanned and they lost my package. An investigation was opened on the package so I gave the lady all the paperwork and emails about the package and the receipts I had from the package and from the store for having printed the label there. I had to give the SAME paperwork 3 times now. And now UPS is claiming they don't have the paperwork and closing the investigation. The lady at this store assured me she gave all the paperwork to her boss. So SOMEONE is lying. The poor lady at this store told me the driver who picks up the packages from here NEVER scans them when he picks them up. DO NOT use this store. The employees are great but whatever kind of management is going on I have no clue but now I have to dispute the charge. So let's see what happens when the sellers contract gets involved now. I told the investigator on the package she could Check security cameras when I was there with the time stamp on my receipts and see for themselves that I left the package there. I shipped a computer (custom built!) with these guys and purchased additional insurance for the value of the package ($900). When I brought the box in, it was still open so they could inspect the way it was packaged. When I brought it in, they said the packaging was fine, charged me about $70 plus an additional fee for the declared value insurance on the package when they asked if the value of the contents was greater than $100. Then they sealed it up with their own packing tape right on the counter. When the package arrived at my location in California, the box was soaking wet, holes were punched and ripped at various portions of the box, and the edges of the box were ripped in some places. When I opened the box to reveal the computer, the entire metal frame of the computer was tweaked from various severe impacts (the door on the side won't even open without having to pry it off), all plastic casing on the front of the computer was shattered/damaged and destroyed, and there was a large puncture wound in the top of the case (stabbed?) in the METAL FRAME! Needless to say, the computer won't even turn on any more! When I called the store to have my claim filed, the people there were very obscure about what the process was for the claim. They never called back when they said they would. I ended up having to send in photos of the box as it was received directly to UPS via e-mail (using someone else's computer of course) because they didn't want to send an inspector to my location. By the fourth week of the ordeal I had to call at least three or four times to figure out my claim was denied at the end of it all for "insufficient packaging". I was of course completely infuriated. What gives these people the right to completely destroy people's property? My box was labeled "Fragile" and "This side up" on every side just in case it might have helped in transit. My box had been clearly mishandled with puncture wounds, tears, etc and the damage to the frame of the computer is evidence of severe impacts (drops from 4+ft and/or kicking/slamming) and was more than well packed enough with 2-4in of cushioning on all sides of the box and bubble wrap wrapped around the computer case. The computer was in mint condition inside a brand new shipping box and now it is completely destroyed! If I wanted to have a brand new computer destroyed, I most certaintly wouldn't have paid these people to do it, let alone pay ADDITIONAL INSURANCE for absolutely nothing! These people took my money (for shipping and insurance!) for a service that involved completely destroying my property. They've provided me no additional recourse to collect on my wrecked computer. Now I'm out about $100, a brand new computer, and a ton of wasted time! I can't believe this is legal. I would stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this store and probably from any UPS service in general! read more

The most recent problem that my wife had there was with printing a large document. She had requested the document be bound with binding, like a book. When she went to pick up the document, the binding was broken. Since she paid extra for the binding, she asked for them to fix it or give her a refund. They did neither! Instead, they told her to go to another store to have it fixed. Thank you UPS for making someone else fix your error and making my wife drive around while it's 110 outside! I'd like to preface this review by saying I don't and haven't ever sent a large package or any package, anyway, ever. I ordered way to many goods from a landscape lighting store. I needed to ship back what I did not need back to the store in Florida. I'm in Phoenix. I was going to ship 15 lbs worth of goods and packaging in an oversized box for almost $90 until Gloria and Fran came to my rescue. They not only got me into an appropriate size box and correct packing material which reduced the cost considerably, they did it with a smile. The worst. I went in to ship an iPhone and the girl behind the counter told me to buy a bubble envelope to ship Via the postal service. I went to a UPS store to ship via UPS. If I wanted the mail I would have went to the post office. She was very rude, and stopped helping me to help another customer with a package pick-up. That's horrible customer service, they can wait there turn. I do when I'm picking up a package. I ended up walking out. FedEx shipped it for me without attitude. read more

As a new business owner, he explained my options for P.O. boxes (which they list as "Suites," allowing me to use that suite address when starting my business. The state commission will not accept P.O. boxes as business addresses). Very pleasant staff; nothing but positive interactions. Have used this store in the past, but won't in the future. They have really turned me off on UPS. Shipped two items at the same time. One went to Indiana, delivered okay and within the expected time frame. The other got lost. It was recorded as accepted at the store, but that was it. Finally complained enough after a couple of weeks to get them to call central UPS to do an investigation. The verdict - it is lost... The $100 insurance just means that I am due a refund for the $30 item (does not include my paid sales tax.) But wait - now they can not find the check they were to send to me. It was to go to the initial store, who would call me that they had it, and then I was supposed to go there to pick it up (does this sound like customer service?). Now I am told that maybe the check came, but they have new owner now, so could have been forwarded to the new owner. (Or maybe they shipped the check via UPS???) In short, item lost since June 5, and I still have no check, nor idea when I will get it. Awaiting call from old owner who now has store in Flagstaff. read more

Had a note left on my door to go pick up my package, called the store to see if my package was there, they asked if they could put me on hold and I had no issue with that, after waiting on hold for 10 mins I decided to drive to their location (still being on hold) and the two ladies working there are in the back talking and the phone was sitting on the recycle been up front. I walked in and told them I was the one on hold for the past ten minutes and neither of them would own up to leaving me on hold. Then to continue with an attitude and wouldn't look through the packages to see if mine was in the pile. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Just recently moved to the area and needed to establish a mailing address with a PO box really quick. I picked this UPS store and really liked the 24 hour access. The employees here are not very personable and seem like they are just collecting a check. Today, I was returning from a trip from out of state and I was rushing to get to the store to pick up some packages because I knew they closed at 4pm. I called the store at 3:58 and told the employee that I was literally 2 minutes away and asked if she could stay 1 extra minute to pick up my packages. She said nope, we're closed. Then she asked if I was dropping off or picking up and I said picking up, she then says "oh yeah, we're closed." I tell her that's lame and not good customer service and she said ok. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! Showed up to print 8 pages from my email but only 5 pages printed total after logging out. ABBY the uneducated cashier requested that i swipe my card again for another 3.25$ and print all over again! Now i am no professor at Harvard but im pretty sure if the printer stops printing then you add more paper! So after ABBY has taken another customer instead of finishing up with my order I then ask her for my reciept since she will not print them for me then it susdenly dawned on her to add more paper! wow what a mess will never shop UPS again! read more

A package that was supposed to be delivered in 3 days actually took almost 3 weeks because the UPS-created label was wrong and no one bothered to read the correctly addressed sender-created label that was easily visible on the package. This meant my 90-year old aunt's birthday present arrived long after her party was over. When I requested a refund of the $18.22 paid, the owner, Michele F., offered only a 15% discount on my next shipment - even after I pointed out that I'd paid hundreds of dollars to them for prior shipments. In my opinion as a business owner, this is a an example of a business that isn't willing to pay $18.22 to satisfy a long-term repeat customer. read more

Karen was very helpful as I had to get 3 boxes out of my car. Not only did she get them out, but she noticed I could get a lot more in the boxes.
