Rating their public friendliness - was having problems trying to find a parking space for a Veteran's Day event directly across the street. Not from the area so I asked one of their employees / managers if I could park temporarily in their seemingly large & vastly available spaces for the event. Not just because I am a Veteran, but thought it rude when they said "no" and I will NEVER utilize their print, etc. services in the future if needed, nor recommend them or a close by other business I couldn't park at a couple hours. I called them to see how long it would take for them to print three photos on canvas, as well as make 30 copies of the prints on paper, and make 50 thank you cards. They said it would be 2-3 business days. I have two days off, Sunday and Monday a week. They are closed on Sundays so I go in on Monday to start the process. Two weeks before my Art showcase, to make and have everything ready. Lady at the front was very informative the first time I went in, but that quickly changed. She said everything will be done within 2-3 days, with a guarantee date Friday 8/4, and they will call me when done. I told her I am renting a large truck to bring these paintings to the shop and will be renting it again on Monday, due to their size and my only day off. She said no problem we will see you then with it all done. They are 48in by 60in oil paintings on canvas. I never got a call all week. I work strange hours, yes I should have fallowed up on Friday, when I didn't here from them, but even then I couldn't have done anything because of my hours. Long story short, I called first thing the following Monday (today). A week from when I dropped everything off, the lady said, oh we printed everything yet it's not done, because we need your approval for the color that will be on the side of the prints on canvas, and we have not rapped them on the wood yet. We agreed already it was going to be all light blue, and it turned out green. I show up, all 30 copies they scanned with their scanner and the three prints on canvas came out horribly, the did some cheep color correction that you can do on a smart phone and made all the blues green and turned everything to black that you couldn't see any of the color. I know they are prints and can't get a 100% match but it was so far off. I said is there anything they can do to fix or make changes the lady was so rude, cold and a robot behind the counter, did not care. Did not help with any problem solving, or coming up with other ideas. She even admitted that they dropped the ball in not calling me on Friday to inform me that we needed to come down and look at the color for the sides of the prints on canvas. I was going to drop about $1200 for this first project and then be back to do others. I would have easily spent about $10,000 with them this year due to all of the oil and watercolor paintings I sell to customers and art galleries. It was such a horrible experience all around. I was about to take one out of the three prints to just show a print at the showcase, and try and work on the other ones but due to the lady being so rude and heartless I walked out. I asked can we expedite this stuff then and make it right in a day or so, I can see if I can have someone pick this up for me. She said not we have other customers and work that we have scheduled and won't be done for another 2-3 days. After that I was done with this whole experience. Unprofessional, rude, lack of emotion, messed everything up, took responsibility yet did nothing to fix it. Didn't want my business at all. I was so very professional the whole time, never yelled, raised my voice, asked detailed questions. I am so shocked, never go here for any of your projects. Stay far away. read more

I went here 3-4 times and the first time I had a great experience (night staff) and they even gave me free copies onto vellum (didn't even ask for it!) and advised me with what I needed help with. 5 stars! The second time I got major attitude from the lady that works the front counter and I had told her exactly what I wanted. She later had a man talk to me that was just as condescending. Left the place feeling like I didn't get what I wanted. You know I am a paying customer too. Learn that students are your clients as well. Went down to 3 stars.. Then the third or fourth time I went in, explained to the lady again what I wanted.. Her nose was up in the air... Yah I got my copies but don't be a complete snob to customers and clients (be friendly - I gave you a couple of chances... there is a way to explain things in a nice way and when you mess up my minimal order and pass me over to the guy again.. you got issues) 2 stars If you go there, go in the evening - it's a skeleton crew but they are very helpful. If you go there during the day, they will still get it done - just avoid snobby lady! Overall they do good work. read more

I needed a few copies of black and white 8 1/2 x 11 standard sized paper. I was greeted by a friendly sales person who asked me what I needed and I explained to her. She grabbed my sheets of paper and walked over to the copy machine. When she came back she asked if I'm paying in cash or card. I asked her how much is it and is there a difference between cash and card luckily. She stated there is a $5 cash minimum or a $7.60 minimum on a credit card. If I knew this I would have walked right out and gone to a ups store or someplace else. These are the most expensive black-and-white copies I've ever made. Everywhere else in town charges $.10-$.20 apiece. I had about 20 copies made (sales person didn't even know how many as she asked me afterwards) and the salesperson told me I'd have to put them in the right order myself. I'm not even sure how they could have gotten out of order in the first place. I walked out to my car to get cash so to not be poached for any more money. Lastly I had to ask for a receipt which was handwritten as I suspect the employees aren't ringing in those types of sales. Very shady. I'll be taking my architectural prints elsewhere and definitely not having copies made here when in a pinch away from the office. read more

I had a special project I needed to have completed for my parents' 50th anniversary. At first I was treated very well upon my first visit but then when my order was completed and I went in to pick it up I was kept waiting for close to 20 minutes. Then a very rude English woman emerged not apologizing for keeping me waiting said my order was finally completed. I told the young man who rang me up how badly I was treated by her and he said to the effect that she's that way to everybody including the employees. So I asked for the manager's contact info and he provided it. So later I left the manager a voicemail describing in detail my experience and I never received a callback. This has been a month since writing this review. The expression "It takes a lifetime to find a customer but a minute to lose one" definitely rings true in this case. This place does great work, and provided excellent service. We have a huge map (4 feet by 6 feet) that we couldn't get mounted anywhere else. The price was very reasonable and work was great. read more
