I just want to give a huge THANK YOU! I needed a custom made hat done right away. I was in a pinch…read moredue to poor planning on my part. I used Yelp projects to reach out to different printers/embroiderers with no luck due to the short notice. But one reached out and we discussed it and they said they could complete it by the time I needed but with modifications and I wasn't going to get exactly what I wanted. I agreed anyway because I was in a time crunch. AnFx also reached out and said they could do it but I already had something going and told them I'd reach out if something happened. The day I was supposed to pick up my hat I could not reach the other company. I started to panic and feared I wouldn't have the hat in time. I reached out to AnFx, we talked and he said he could get the hat done the same day and the way I wanted with no modifications. It was super last minute but he was able to fulfill my request and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. I appreciate it so much! The hat came out fantastic!

Thank you JD, it came out beautifully. The picture doesn't do it justice. I appreciate you!

Neal is awesome. He listened to what I was looking for and his communication was fast and professional. The whole thing, from first communication to finish was done in around a week, which met our extremely tight deadlines. I had never had embroidery of our logo done, and Neal created sew-outs in two sizes so I could pick the best one for my project. We selected the one that met our needs, and the final product turned out great. Very proud of the shirts that Psycho Jock created for us. Can't wait for our next trade show when I can show them off. Hoping we can find some more stuff to do and come back to Psycho Jock.

I usually go earlier in the day and 95% of the staff are always friendly helpful and thank you for shopping at their store. Not today, first of all you couldn't find any staff on the floor which was fine as my wife and I knew where everything we needed was at, that's a good thing! When we went to checkout I always like to go to the checkout area that is manned, just old school, I guess. We were not greeted by the young lady at the checkout area, she was not helpful in assisting with on-line promotions, hardly said two words. acted like she didn't want to be at work, I'm sorry but that's why we support Michael's, the Staff is always friendly and very accommodating. We will continue to support but if the attitude doesn't change we may look elsewhere! For your reference we were there at about 16:43. I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
