I used Yelp projects to reach out to different printers/embroiderers with no luck due to the short notice. But one reached out and we discussed it and they said they could complete it by the time I needed but with modifications and I wasn't going to get exactly what I wanted. I agreed anyway because I was in a time crunch. AnFx also reached out and said they could do it but I already had something going and told them I'd reach out if something happened. The day I was supposed to pick up my hat I could not reach the other company. I started to panic and feared I wouldn't have the hat in time. I reached out to AnFx, we talked and he said he could get the hat done the same day and the way I wanted with no modifications. It was super last minute but he was able to fulfill my request and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. I appreciate it so much! The hat came out fantastic!

Neal is awesome. He listened to what I was looking for and his communication was fast and professional. The whole thing, from first communication to finish was done in around a week, which met our extremely tight deadlines. I had never had embroidery of our logo done, and Neal created sew-outs in two sizes so I could pick the best one for my project. We selected the one that met our needs, and the final product turned out great. Very proud of the shirts that Psycho Jock created for us. Can't wait for our next trade show when I can show them off. I usually go earlier in the day and 95% of the staff are always friendly helpful and thank you for shopping at their store. Not today, first of all you couldn't find any staff on the floor which was fine as my wife and I knew where everything we needed was at, that's a good thing! When we went to checkout I always like to go to the checkout area that is manned, just old school, I guess. We were not greeted by the young lady at the checkout area, she was not helpful in assisting with on-line promotions, hardly said two words. acted like she didn't want to be at work, I'm sorry but that's why we support Michael's, the Staff is always friendly and very accommodating.
