I turned in my laptop in Thursday to Ms. Patty (the…read moreowner) was told they'd give us a call of the diagnosis later that day, which I did not , and had to call them. They then told us Friday that they still haven't gotten to it (we only saw one other laptop other than ours when we turned it in) . Saturday, they called us to let us know they can fix it , in 2 hours , thank god!! But also let us know that the hinge on the laptop broke (which was not broken when we turned it in). Never got any call about my laptop being finished that day . Sunday they were closed. And today still no call so I went myself to retrieve my laptop. Hinge is literally completely broken, and they ( Derrick and Patty) expect me to still pay almost another $100 for them to fix what THEY broke. Not sure if they get bored there from not doing their jobs and start throwing the laptops around or as head rests while they're clearly not doing anything . I work in the service industry and understand how customers can be tedious so I have patience for workers but when the communication skills are terrible, service SUCKS, and no one wants to do their job, there are other companies that can take my money.
