Absolutely fantastic service, beautiful PCs. I wrote a more complete review over on Google, but to summarize here: If you're considering whether to go to META or build yourself, go to META. It will be more expensive. You can build your computer cheaper yourself. That's not why you go to META. You have META build your computers so if a part breaks or something goes wrong, you have an entire team of people behind you to fix it. Instead of having to deal with a manufacturer to replace a part, you just send an email to META's lovely support team and within 24 hours, they've responded, have a fix to try, and are ready to ship you a new part or have you send your PC back for them to repair, if you prefer. When my AOI cooler decided to start making odd noises, I didn't even know it was my cooler. I sent META a sound clip of the noise and they not only instantly figured the problem out, they were ready to ship me a new one if I was comfortable switching the part. While I was nervous to, I didn't want to send my PC back across the country, so I had them ship it. Switched it out rather easily! It was only hard because I'd never done it before, but now that I have, it'd never take me that long again. When my PSU decided to give up on playing the game of life, META had a host of things to try and then sent me a BETTER PSU, which got me right back up and running. We bought two PCs from META. It's always hit or miss if the parts that anyone buys and uses are going to work right or for long. One PC has had zero issues at all and the other one (mine) decided to be finicky, as technology do. Finicky technology is WHY you go with META. We didn't want to have to fight with various places to get replacement parts or to diagnose problems if they arose. META's been everything we hoped for and since normally, technology hates either me or my husband and breaks or dies for no reason, having META behind us has been a super load off our backs. It's like having a giga warranty, but in the form of super nice people ready to help out whenever or however it's needed. read more

Let me give you the whole story. I usually build my own pcs but I don't have a lot of time or the patience right now to do all the research it takes to make sure you are getting components that are going to be a good match with each other. The last one I built was 7 years ago and it runs great but it will not upgrade to win11. I have been going back and forth as to whether I should build or buy a pre built system. Whether I should take the time and aggravation of building or spend the extra money to buy a pre built system. I looked into local companies because I don't want to have one shipped. I ran across META pcs and saw they had good reviews and they had a showroom on my way home from work so I decided to stop by and see what they were about. I explained to the salesman my dilemma. When I told him I was impressed that they had hundreds of reviews on Google and stood at a solid 5.0 he said the reason for that is because they have great customer service and they take great care in making sure all the components will work well with each other so there won't be problems down the road with finicky hardware. These are the two things that sold me. Also, even though they only have a 1 year warranty on parts, they have lifetime labor and support. I called them for support a couple days after bringing it home (it was just a minor configuration issue) and was very impressed with how much they really seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of. Cooper took very good care of me and I ended up with the impression that if I ever needed help they would have my back. This is huge! My computer is flawless. Beautifully put together and fast as hell. I am not always the easiest to impress but I have to say that I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I could not have built a PC this nice. I recently reached out to them to inquire if they worked on repairs, and yes they do. My computer was feeling it's age and needed some expert assistance. I was told to bring it in and they would diagnose it, which they did promptly too. Needless to say, I had an absolutely fantastic experience getting my computer repaired! Cooper, the technician was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through the issue in a way that was easy to understand. He worked quickly and efficiently, and now my computer is running smoother than ever--like it's brand new! The service was top-notch, and I felt valued as a customer from start to finish. I'd highly recommend this team to anyone needing a fix! I'm planning on talking my other gaming rig to them for upgrade soon as well. Awsome people, Amazing service, Sick store! Brought my PC to them after a false diagnostics from Desert Computer Solutions(do NOT go to them) and super friendly greeting at the door, within a day they found them problem was one of the many power lines wasnt completely attached on my strimmer. I must have seen/spoke to 2 or 3 different people and they all knew exactly what was going on with my situation so i didnt have to repeat myself, easy to see they really communicate with each other and work as a team on every system in their hands. I paid for the diagnosis but because it was such a simple issue they didnt even charge me for the fix, you can really tell they care about their customer satisfaction above all else. Not to mention their store is cool as hell displaying all of their sick custom builds... PC, laptops or anything else I will never trust anyone but META with my gear. This is a company that puts in the work. Had a few computer problems and they took hours to try and help me at home. When we ran out of options, they helped me get the computer back to them and thoroughly worked on it. If I lived in Phoenix, it would be even better. Then, I could avoid the headaches of shipping and just drive it in. If they have to mail you the computer, keep the box. If you buy from them, expect to be taken care of.
