He spent so much time trying to find me a good deal (and we know that in business, time is money). I was so surprised at the price he was going to charge me that I insisted on maying 33% more (people that go above and beyond deserve to be fairly compensated). I know enough about the computer hardware business (having done it a bit in the 90s) that I can tell he has the highest ethical standards. For those that don't understand troubleshooting and technology, unethical folks could talk circles around clients to take advantage of them. Mark is 100% the opposite of this and is how we want everyone who does work for us to treat us - with integrity and at reasonable prices. Hopefully, in our work this is how we all treat our own clients and employers. If we want to see more good honest workmanship in the world, we need to recognize it when we see it and share it with others... as I am doing here.

And then after they told me they couldn't do the job, I found an hour later that my USB chip for my mouse was gone. However, this does not take away from the fact that I felt that my experience was quite the headache and I had the increasing perception that the company lacked competence. Data Doctors stripped mine earlier and replaced all the programs with freeware and "almost as good as" programs and it took them over a month. Western took one day and bam.....good as new. Absolutely fantastic service, beautiful PCs. I wrote a more complete review over on Google, but to summarize here: If you're considering whether to go to META or build yourself, go to META. It will be more expensive. You can build your computer cheaper yourself. That's not why you go to META. You have META build your computers so if a part breaks or something goes wrong, you have an entire team of people behind you to fix it. Instead of having to deal with a manufacturer to replace a part, you just send an email to META's lovely support team and within 24 hours, they've responded, have a fix to try, and are ready to ship you a new part or have you send your PC back for them to repair, if you prefer. When my AOI cooler decided to start making odd noises, I didn't even know it was my cooler. I sent META a sound clip of the noise and they not only instantly figured the problem out, they were ready to ship me a new one if I was comfortable switching the part. While I was nervous to, I didn't want to send my PC back across the country, so I had them ship it. Switched it out rather easily! It was only hard because I'd never done it before, but now that I have, it'd never take me that long again. When my PSU decided to give up on playing the game of life, META had a host of things to try and then sent me a BETTER PSU, which got me right back up and running. We bought two PCs from META. It's always hit or miss if the parts that anyone buys and uses are going to work right or for long. One PC has had zero issues at all and the other one (mine) decided to be finicky, as technology do. Finicky technology is WHY you go with META. We didn't want to have to fight with various places to get replacement parts or to diagnose problems if they arose. META's been everything we hoped for and since normally, technology hates either me or my husband and breaks or dies for no reason, having META behind us has been a super load off our backs. It's like having a giga warranty, but in the form of super nice people ready to help out whenever or however it's needed. read more

I recently reached out to them to inquire if they worked on repairs, and yes they do. My computer was feeling it's age and needed some expert assistance. I was told to bring it in and they would diagnose it, which they did promptly too. Needless to say, I had an absolutely fantastic experience getting my computer repaired! Cooper, the technician was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through the issue in a way that was easy to understand. He worked quickly and efficiently, and now my computer is running smoother than ever--like it's brand new! The service was top-notch, and I felt valued as a customer from start to finish. I'd highly recommend this team to anyone needing a fix! I'm planning on talking my other gaming rig to them for upgrade soon as well. This is a company that puts in the work. Had a few computer problems and they took hours to try and help me at home. When we ran out of options, they helped me get the computer back to them and thoroughly worked on it. If I lived in Phoenix, it would be even better. Then, I could avoid the headaches of shipping and just drive it in. If they have to mail you the computer, keep the box. If you buy from them, expect to be taken care of. I did a 5090 in the Fractal Ridge because I needed something low profile that didn't look like a "Gaming PC" with RGB and open panels, etc. David was crazy patient with me going back and forth on options, did not push me into the higher tier choices and when I needed time to think, he never put on a sales face. In the end, that alone makes me glad I went with them. But even if they'd been a pain to deal with, the performance would've made the price worth it 2x over. This PC is whisper quiet, lightning fast and runs every game at over 100fps without any real stress. It's also well-built without any clutter inside. Hopefully I won't have to take any upgrades into my own hands in the near future, but if I do, the thing is immaculately put together and won't be a hassle at all. It took under 2 weeks from payment to receipt of the PC, which was carefully packed and booted up without any issue. We had an issue with the Windows key and Waylon called me (on a Saturday) to sort it out. These dudes are the best of the best. I'm confident they did such a good job after almost a year with the PC that I'll never speak with them again.
