The Pokemon scalpers literally lining up an hour before the store even opens. I wish the stores would actually limit transactions because it's kinda cruddy you just allow them to buy out the entire stock right out of the box without giving the kids of the world the chance to actually buy them and collect. read more

Target - Scalpers - Department Stores Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

There wasn't anything terribly unique at this target per se. Except a lot of security at the door, which tells me they must have a lot of trouble. I got what I needed and it was nice to see between Halloween and Christmas there was a sliver of a Thanksgiving. I liked this flower pot. read more

We live a world where the target clerks some of them by all means not all of them act very entitled and as if they are God's gift to earth. Was just walking out out of the self checkout and this middle-age blonde target employee was very rude very smug and also very arrogant. Hope her day gets better. Time was 10:00 am Super Bowl Sunday. read more

went for 1 thing came back out with 10 items!! addicted to shopping love this place. the area Is good can't complain

Love the staff at this location. I went in for household items and a new album. The check out clerk, Aura was very friendly and helpful! It's wonderful to see Target investing in good employees! read more

Great customer, wide variety of products, customer friendly. Alway ls shop at target for all my needs.

Each interaction at this store has been fine, tonight however JUSTIN changed my entire perception. Justin, had the customer service skills of a rock. I asked how much an impulse item was near the register, and instead of telling me the price he scanned it, and added to my bag. I asked again, and he literally yelled $3.00! Now I can get hyped, so I just laughed. So, now it's time to pay, I ask if I was still able to scan my receipt through the app to avoid entering my number for Target rewards, and Justin says "what." I just say never mind and pay for my purchases. Now I understand that we live in a society where manners, and common sense are dwindling daily, but the confusion comes from wondering why he, or anyone else would work in customer service with his....(woosah) let's just say attitude. Here's the last straw, I get to the car, and my nephew is loading the trunk, and I notice this over-grown imbecile, packed all of my belongings in one small bag! I literally bought my Godson 3 outfits, I bought trash bags, toothpaste, conditioner, a small mirror, and shampoo, and this person, really put it all in one tiny bag. I would not recommend this location. read more

This was a quick pick up for a "hot" item. The mini-Target shopping cart. It actually moves. This was a quick in/out, thanks to drive-up option. I alerted them I was on my way when I was actually in the parking lot & then when I pulled into a space. I don't recommend doing that but it worked out well for me today. read more

Decided to do a quick walk through today after eating lunch near by to see what fall and holiday decor they had going. I'm a sucker for anything holiday no matter what one it may be. This location is large, but lately I feel like Target is loosing its appeal. It seems a bit run down here and prices are getting ridiculous for some things. I know prices every of course are inflating, but here it's less bang for the buck when unfortunately I can go to Walmart for a lot of the same things for less. Don't get me started on some of the atrocious clothes for women the last few years. I didn't find one thing to purchase and left empty handed and bummed. read more

Brenda was so nice and welcoming, had great small talk with her about the products. Seems genuinely excited about her job. Even though it's not in a great area, this location is upkept and stocked nicely and has all the fun things. read more

I have to shop here because it's closest to me. I have to say some of the most unfriendly people work there like it actually ruins my day. Very racist as well last time I went I had a lady standing right next to me at self check out watching my every move. It was very uncomfortable and not the first time it's happened I really hope they work on that. I know it's called target but I don't want to feel like one and get picked on everytime I go ! read more

I like Target. So this is just a quick, specific warning: I ordered a Hamilton Beach electric kettle online and picked it up at this location. After getting home and excitedly taking it out of the box to use, I realized someone had already used it before. There was still a tinyyyy bit of water in the pour spout, as well as along the inside crevice. Not sure how long it's been since it was returned with moisture inside, but I'm pretty sure there was either dirt or spores (yes, like mold spores) along the inside crevices. So needless to say, it's going back today. Already ordered a different model and brand on Amazon. (No weird crevices where water can be trapped.) So this is a brief reminder: Check whatever you buy anywhere you go. I'm pretty sure whenever this kettle was returned last, no one bothered to look inside. read more

I shop here a lot since it is the closest target to me. However, I cannot purchase skincare from this target anymore because almost every time - the items I want are opened... all of them are opened and tampered with. It's really disappointing. I can understand why these places are putting their items behind doors. read more

This does not state location. One I visited was off the 101 fwy and Aqua Fria Fwy in Phoenix. I don't have Target near me anymore so usually a treat to go. I had a refund to use from months ago so decided to go in. What a bad decision; ruined my whole day. I tried to buy some tea light candles. I waited in long self checkout only to have not sellable to come up on scanner. I expected if not able to be sold, wouldn't charge me but I was charged for candles anyway. Nothing was noted on my receipt. Lady in self checkout said I had to go to customer service for refund; this was after Christmas, line was outrageous! Now I no longer care if I use Target anymore. I found same item at Walmart 1.50 cheaper. read more

I'm still sitting in the parking lot at your location. I actually worked with the manager of the location and was first shooed out the door with a phone number to call for another location, which did not have the product I was looking for. I walked back in and asked for the district managers phone number... She gave me the number to the store I am at. Not what I asked for. I would like to speak to someone at a district level please. So many things wrong with this Target! Half of everything was out of stock. Then, none of the service kiosks at the ends of the aisles were working, and we needed a razor out of a case in healthcare. All of the refrigerators at the checkouts only had carbonated drinks or energy drinks (not helpful when you're a diabetic who just needs a good old juice), and the bathroom looked like somebody had tried to TP the whole place (not to mention the overall grossness of the place too). Sadly, this description seems to fit my overall experience at any Target in Arizona. read more

I love target! I love their drive up services. I can just order at home and go to their drive up parking. I'll be honest the reason why I love drive up service is because it prevents me from over spending. Target is just so awesome I always plan on going in for one thing and come out with 20 things! Lol. But the drive up service prevents it! read more

This target is nice & clean. They have self check out which is pretty new. Also they added a Starbucks & took out the target concession(food court). I LOVE target but the AT&T reps need to get out of the store. I shouldn't have to worry about being harassed by reps and have to run around the store to avoid them! It's something that bothers me so much I might just shop at a location that doesn't have stupid reps everywhere. ANNOYING read more

What really upset me on this visit was the lack of customer service at the end of my shopping. There were NO cashiers. None. Just the self checkouts....when I asked someone in the kids clothes if they knew why there weren't any lanes open/why....she looked around and looked a little shocked but then shrugged and said she'd "call" my friend ended up going to the self checkout because we didnt have time to wait. The woman helping at the self checkouts was way too overbearing and kept acting like she was participating in our private conversation it was very strange. I'm just visiting so I'm not going to be a frequent shopper, but as someone who is a MN native, the holy grail of Target and target corporate, the experience was less than stellar. read more

I was just walked to the front for a $25 clipper set. Maybe because I had a durag on. Never in my 29 years of life have I ever been walked to the register for an item, especially at target. It felt belittling. I will never spend another dime at this location. read more

While on the hunt to find Black Elderberry Syrup (helps immune system and stops coughs), mom and I had to venture out to this Target location. Mom and I were told at another Target location that this location had it -- so we scurried along as if on a treasure hunt to find it. Well, we walked in excited to find it, however we didn't see it. Lucky for us, a sweet, kind, pleasant young lady, Tara, was working nearby and had just finished with another customer so we asked her for help. She pulled out her handy-dandy Target app (the more accurate one the staff use in-store, not online; since online it said that this location had some in-stock), and looked at which stores had some on-hand. This location unfortunately did not... but Tara was kind enough to even call the other Target -- at Desert Ridge -- to confirm that they had Elderberry syrup! Hooray! So off we went to Desert Ridge... thanks to Tara! I don't often shop at Target, but I felt the need to tell everyone how wonderful and helpful Tara is! Thank you for all your help, Tara! I hope you get a raise! read more

I've gone from a frequent Target shopper to NEVER going back. WOKE? That's an understatement! Having pride clothes for minors has to be the most idiotic decision Target has made. That's nothing less than grooming. Know your audience/patrons! So I'll never go back, but what's worse is that I'll spread the news. RIDICULOUS! read more

Convenient location, ample parking with hectic drivers and generally a large store. I've come here on a few occasions for groceries, health/beauty items and home goods. It is to be expected for a Target, though I do find the prices are a lot higher than you would at a supermarket- which is a given. I did find that they didn't carry certain things other targets do like Boost packs or Naked coconut water. Better luck at the Super Target! The aisles are clean, however most of the shelving isn't stocked and the end aisles are teaming with sale items haphazardly thrown on. The food area is always dim as well. The one good thing is that their staff generally asks if you need any assistance and check out is relatively fast. Not the best Target location, but it'll do. read more

SKIP YOUR STARBUCKS DRINKING AT THIS TARGET! Don't waste your time in line. Today I went in for school supplies because of their ad they put out, my mistake was stopping for a drink at Starbucks before I even started shopping. I didn't even get the donations for the kids I needed. I work for a hospital across the street from target and I saw they were having a sale on school supplies, my job is now helping kids in need of school supplies so I put two and two together. I spent 10 mins behind a couple at a Starbucks line and did not get acknowledged. The couple got their order taken and served and I was still standing there for a good 6 mins. I then stepped up to the counter and bell what seemed like almost 2-3 mins waiting for a cashier. I then ordered. She charged me $17 and some change. I thought it was incorrect for 3 tall drinks. And then she explained that he tax so I said okay, I apologize. I then stepped off to see the shirts right infront of Starbucks and AGAIN IT WAS A WAIT GAME. I never got called when my order was ready (unlike the couple infront of me, and they stood out and looked at the shirts I was looking at!! THATS WHERE I GOT THE IDEA TO LOOK AT SHIRTS!!!) I then grab my drinks and when I pick them up they are not even mixed!!!!! She didn't care do mix or stir my drinks, THAT COST $17+ I then asked for a refund and she asked her coworker to help me out. I didn't get her name but it started with an M and she was Asian! This is an older Target location which is smaller than the majority of the other locations in the area. They seem clean and well organized, however, due to the size and age of the store, they don't have the same variety available. It is a great place to stop off for basics or a quick run for something, but probably wouldn't head here if you are looking to do a major grocery trip or need to stock up on a fair amount of items. The staff is always friendly and parking is relatively easy! Overall: B Not the size and variety of other locations, but not a bad stop off for basics! read more

WATCH OUT IF YOU USE THE TARGET APP!!!!!!!!! If I could give a lower review at this point I would. Target as a whole has completely failed me! I work in the ER across the street from this target and during my day I received several emails notifying me that a pick up purchase had been made on my behalf. Mind you, I am at work and have made no pickup purchase. Then, I see another email that states my refund has been issued. So, now I am very confused. So, I go into my target app, and sure enough someone has purchased just over $500 in products, and then went back into the store about an hour later and returned one item for over $475. I investigated and through my app it was obvious the return was made to "store credit" or "cash" and not back to my card or original payment. So, I immediately call target and speak with a very kind guest services representative who confirmed my suspicions and stated the store manager would be calling me back immediately. The store manager Brian called me back and notified me there was a video of the man who completed the purchase, but I would need to file a police report and basically pray they investigate the situation. In addition, he stated that when a person uses the target app, they do not need to confirm identity with an ID. So this person hacked my account and then just showed my own account info on HIS phone to complete the "return" and receive the "store credit". Brian, the manager was sympathetic, but told me there was nothing he could do and could not cancel the charges to my card, DESPITE having the video proof that I wasn't the one who made the purchase or did the return. He told me to call "guest relations". As you can imagine, since I am writing this long review, that call did not go well either. Shola, with guest relations, stated that "she is so sorry, and understands how this could be frustrating", but ultimately she cannot cancel the charges and the actual store would have to do it. I notified her that they already stated they could not do this for me. She then said, "oh, well then the next best option is to take it to your financial institution". This is 4 days before Christmas and the last thing I want to do is let this $500 charge go through. And now I'm on an endless loop of trying to figure out how to get this fixed and each person/department keeps trying to send me back and forth to each other. I SHOULD NOT have to wait for the charge to go through and then hope the dispute goes through with the bank. Target has now failed me on multiple occasions. 1. They allowed my privacy to be invaded when someone I do not know easily hacked into my app 2. They allowed someone to return items and get an almost $500 store credit without verifying identity and without showing their ID 3. Being so poor with customer service and not caring about their good paying customers. All I can say is, target can do better than this and no one deserves to be taken advantage of and feel like they don't matter no matter how big the store/chain is. read more

If you are doing an online pickup avoid this location at all cost. Worst wait times. Half the time I have to go in the store to see what the hold up is only to be told the order isn't ready yet, so I wait for them to go get it off the shelf. Would be easier to just get it myself . read more

They decided to change their stores hours and only allow seniors in for the first hour. I work in the shopping complex and always come at 8 am when the store opens to grab my breakfast.
