The only reason I am updating my review to 4 stars is because when I came in to shop around 930 on a Saturday morning, there were no samples available. Yes, I am a big back and love to try and buy. However, there were no samples out to try. I also found that to be weird for such a busy weekend morning. I know it was early but it wasn't that early. Anyway, it was a bummer so I definitely didn't get anything extra this trip because I didn't try any samples. read more

A great sale and Costco finally received a large shipment of Dragon Fruit juice. At $2.50 for 64 oz of juice is quite the deal. I got my supply and two other items. Done! The sale ends October 18 if you'd like to stock up on this juice. Good for drinking and smoothies. They have their own parking lot and Wi-Fi in the warehouse. read more

The practice of checking membership cards at the entrance and receipt checking upon exit at Costco is extremely foolish. The Costco located at 2540 E Beardsley Rd is a racist store. After shopping, when staff members check receipts at the door, they chat with white customers instead of inspecting their receipts. However, when they see racial minorities, they carefully examine the receipts and count every single item in the shopping cart. Fk u. Put away your arrogance and bias, and stop this blatant discrimination against racial minorities. I feel ashamed and furious about your behavior. I have already reported this to Costco Headquarters. Either you correct this behavior, or you wait to receive a summons from the prosecutor. read more

Just a great place to buy bulk items at good deals and honestly, a great place to try new items/samples. Perfect for parties, family get- togethers, holiday time, etc!!! There is also an optical place, electronics, tires, appliances, household, jewelry, clothing and lots of limited time special events/deals just to name a few!! Best cakes from the bakery!!!! This is my favorite Costco location due to the easy availability of parking in a huge lot, and proximity to the 101 Freeway, and several nearby restaurants. The food court has lots of room to sit down to enjoy that pizza slice or hot dog and the staff are usually pretty friendly. This is also the location I always go to for my eyeglass prescriptions. Best selection of all the local warehouses. read more

Have been to this Costco since it first opened, but have been a whole lot more now that I have a toddler! This location is nice, good variety and well laid out. Great customer service! Will continue to shop here! read more

I work nearby the store and love the pizza. I ordered a large pizza and talked to Tim behind the counter. I asked him if I could put in my order and pick it up after work and he hooked me up big time. I thought I would have to wait in line after I got off work but it was ready waiting when I got there. Thanks Tim! You're the man! read more

This location always has great selection, service and value for your money. The employees here are always friendly and helpful. Our family also has been to the pharmacy (super friendly), hearing test (super friendly), and the eye doctor/glasses services. Great services and great deals. read more

CERO STARTS FOR THIS COSTCO @ Cave Creeck, AZ. It was 6:07pm I asked to use the restroom I did purchase twice for work and myself. I AM LEAVING MY MONEY HERE TO FIND TIIS Horrible Coustomer Service RAY, RAY the man checking the receipts at the end was very un polite and I asked him to let me use the bathroom. I came in from Hicking to do purchases and he even touch my arms, he did't let me in. He has lots of caffeine with him. Rude and poor coustomer service. NO GENTLEMAN AT ALL. I asked for the manager, General Manager isn't today, only the Front Manager STEPHEN, STEPHEN he let me in and I said I am a woman, I really need to use the bathroom. he reply I am a man sarcastic. Earlier To managers in the back only standing up, they call themself General Managers. NO GENTLEMANS HERE AT ALL. I asked where was this or that product, they were not specific. Poor coustomer service. Stay away from this Costco place as far you can. I like Costco @ Scottsdale, AZ., or Paradise Valley, AZ. The best!! BAD VIBES HERE!! :/ :/ :/ :/ :/ :/ :/ :/ :/ :/ read more

Terrible behavior from staff. The main card holder of my account has his card temporarily blocked due to a faulty item he bought that broke and Costco is refusing a return even though the item is brand new. While this dispute is on going they blocked his access to enter the store. I went straight to membership services to see if I was blocked too. They said I was fine to shop and when I go to check out to tell the cashier that Steve said it was fine for me to check out. At the register my card is scanned while I'm trying to explain the situation the cashier was absolutely horrendous, was extremely rude about it and refused to listen to a word I said. Then comes two employees, again I try to explain what's happening and instead I'm being interrogated as if I'm a criminal. After a while they told me either I can pay for the items or get a new membership, because apparently doing both was too much critical thinking on their part. The woman at the membership services was great, but the rest of the employees were rude, inconsiderate, had accusatory language for something I haven't done and lacked listening and critical thinking skills. The experience was so bad I'm ready to just cancel my membership and get my money back. To punish everyone on the account because the main individual for the account is in a dispute is unprofessional business practices. read more

I have been a Costco preferred member for more than forty years. The pharmacy at this store on Beardsley is a poor example of professional performance. I called in two prescriptions on a Monday. They called back and said they would be ready by Thursday. I arrived on Friday and they could not find any prescriptions for me. It should be noted that they have only two registers and the wait line had seven customers when I was there. The Walmart store I patronized had five registers and staff to man them. I'm going back to Walmart for my prescriptions. You might want to do the same. read more

I use this Costco mostly for gasoline. Price lately has been $3.10 order stations across our valley ate at least 10, sometimes 40 cents more. I use my Costco Credit card for 5% back. I can select between regular and zoom-zoomm. When I fumble at the pumps and can't get a nozzle in the tank, card swiped, or pump to work at all, help is on the way! Plus, they clean up fuel spills. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. Absolutely abhorrent behavior from the manager Steve and cashier Kim. Yelling and degrading a poor instacart worker right in front of me to the point where she was visibly upset. No human being should be treated like Steve treated a lady trying to help the store get sales. I guess they just let anyone and everyone become manager nowadays. They need to do a better vetting process. That was some of the most disrespectful behavior I've seen in a long time. Will not come back. read more

Gas station closed and website showed gas prices. Should have shown it was under construction

The #1 thing I love about Costco is their absolutely generous return policy. I can try anything out in their store and return it and get all my money back. In fact, you can return items to other Costco's. Sometimes I would forget my receipt and they'd still find a way to give me a 100% refund; it's still easier to do this with a receipt though. A normal membership costs $60 a year and you can share it with at least one person. You get access to tons of good deals. In fact, they have monthly sales which Sam's Club does not have. And if you don't like the taste of one of your groceries, then return it. A Costco membership even gives you access to their gas station which always has people in it because they are a little bit cheaper than other gas stations. Also note that each Costco has slightly different products. Thus, if you're looking to make a minor change up, feel free to visit another Costco in the area. read more

They're getting rid of all of the products I got a membership for, and replacing them with low quality junk. They traded the standard and popular women's secret deodorant for this cheap dove cucumber junk. No one wants to smell like a freaking cucumber and BO!! They got rid of whisps, one of the only crunchy low carb snacks in existence. In fact, they seem to be getting rid of a lot of the lower carb items. They swapped out the 3 bridges egg bites for their own brand that has far more carbs. The entire reason people choose egg bites is to avoid carbs! SMH. Do better, because since I'm having to order half these things online now anyway, I might as well cancel my wasteful executive membership. read more

THIS COSTCO LOCATION DESERVES A MILLION STARS! It checks all of the boxes! MEGS at the customer service front desk is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! She always goes above and beyond to help me. I met her way back when I became a member. She never forgot my name and ALWAYS greets me by name when I leave and walk by the desk. She also educated me on my Costco app and showed me how to request a product that is no longer available (my favorite Don Lee Farms shredded chicken tacos)! She left a lasting impression and I always look so forward to seeing her smile and amazing customer service skills! Over the years-Ellen has also taken the best care of me! I believe I met her up at the front desk but see her all over the store. She also always remembers my name and will stop me in the store and say hello. She is also a huge asset to Costco. Kollie!! I always get in his line at checkout! Always! I feel several others do the same bc his line is always longer but it moves faster than all others! He is so efficient and helpful. He is extraordinary at his job! Silver is always the last person I see while exiting. It must be a prerequisite to have an outstanding personality and exceptional customer service to work at Costco! She also told me about my favorite short rib lasagna. On that occasion-I went back inside and bought it! It was sooooooo delicious! Silver is the bow on my perfectly wrapped gift for my wonderful trip to Costco! Of course the store itself is always perfect in every way! The mgmt runs a fine oiled machine! Went to Costco eye center and saw De Vafaee: literally lasted 10 min. I told her about my vision concerns. She seemed to laugh them off. Check eyes...1 or 3...2 or 3...2 right? Next eye...1 or 3...2 or 3 probably the same right? She told me my prescription hadn't changed but it has cause I've had to get different readers this year. She said yes 2+ when literally my readers say 2.5. Sooooooo my script should have changed. $140 bucks for 10 minutes? And, for her to not compare to last year or identify a change. I want a refund!!!! She literally gave me the exact same script for glasses and contacts when we discussed the difference between glasses and contacts. Very disappointed read more

I purchased ribeye steak here multiple times the past several months and each time it was tough as shoe leather, flavorless with a ton of gristle. At 12.99 a pound I'd expect something edible. Absolutely do not buy your meat at Costco, buy your shoe leather somewhere else. read more

I enjoyed meeting my doctor and he was generous with his time for the money I spent. He was from Thailand originally, and I think his name was DeMille. Anyway, the experience with him was fine but the glasses turned out horrible. \ The old glasses I had were SO MUCH better than the vision that I have from these new glasses. There's only one tiny spot that I can see properly from with the new glasses, and I have to tilt my head to a funny position in order to see properly for reading and so forth. Quite unacceptable! When I called the optical department, they suggested that I have the doctor check the prescription again and I called to arrange that. While I believe that most products and services from Costco are great, I would NOT rely on Costco for quality optical work. I believe they are not as committed to customer service in the optical dept as Costco is in general. read more

Costco has just gotten to a new low. After making you swipe your card before you go in and not taking orders in order at the food court, they have made this place a self serve paradise for them, not the customer. Most Kirkland brand products taste like crap and I don't buy them, if you an find the item you're looking for and they have it you are super lucky. Today after swiping my card at the entrance, and ordering a pizza and paying for it. I went shopping for 20 minutes and then checked out to return to the food court with my pizza receipt. I was then lectured to talk to them before picking up my whole pizza so that call in orders have time to take priority. F*** you I did not make up these stupid rules about how you manage your food output for the food court. My ordered item was paid for and I gave them 20 minutes to prepare the damn pizza and if it wasn't ready I was prepared to wait a few minutes due to your new rules on how you run that kitchen. Not only was I upset that I got the lecture on yet another damn COSTCO rule about how to perform as a customer, I got home and my stinkin pizza was undercooked and basically doughy in the crust. I had to recook it myself to reheat for a palatable eating experience. I'm tired of all the rules that the customer has to follow to shop in your limited store while the price of membership goes up. You owe me a new pizza and I also cannot log into your GD website due to password issues that have taken way too long to correct for a new password. FU several times over. I'm a long time customer and I'm sick of the changes to the items in the store as well as the lack of customer service. read more

Hi, is it possible for the greeters to not scream how many minutes are left until Costco closes?! Every single time I walk in the door this happens. I get out of work late I can only make it there by a certain time. I spend $50,000 a year at Costco, is it possible that you can talk to employees and tell them everybody knows what time you close? PHARMACY: Where to begin... I've attempted to fill here now 3 or 4 times, every single time is an excuse of incompetence. There is another Costco a little more close(r) from my home, but I prefer to come this place sine it has more options! Like this place has fresh seafood and even pork belly :) hmm pork belly! To bad that you can't give them negative stars because giving them 1 stars is to high.. This costco the staff are super rude. Right now I feel like canceling my membership and just go with Sam's. I don't have the issues with Sam's that I do with costco. I see that costco is losing profits.
