Always friendly service, clean, and beautifully stocked shelves. The seasonal products are always nice to see!

When I think of a store that has something for everyone at a good price, I think of HomeGoods. You never know what you'll find on the shelves of the store, on the end-caps, or at the check-out aisle. The employees are helpful, and there is an organized way to check out where there is one line and a whole bunch of registers with a number flashing and announcement being made when the next person in line can be assisted. This is also where returns are made. My wife and I have been there recently as we just got a dog, and they have several aisles of pet supplies from treats to beds to bowls and so much more. I also remember going this past December to stock up on holiday gifts (and they sure had a large selection of wonderful baskets at great prices!). I also remember finding fun gifts for my staff and students before. I know my mother in law and wife enjoy shopping regularly at HomeGoods, and this location is convenient with good service and products. I have also been impressed with the flexibility that the staff have had with their policies from their return policy to how they handle receipts. It is nice to see staff have autonomy to support customers while also still following protocols and processes. That empowerment goes a long way, and it may explain why the staff seem to enjoy working there. HomeGoods is part of the same company as TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra, and HomeSense. It is a part of the TJX Rewards Credit Card program, where you can earn 5% back every time you shop with the card. You can learn more about the program at https://www.homegoods.com/tjx-rewards-credit-card. There doesn't seem to be a loyalty program otherwise if you don't get the credit card. As there are always different sections of the store I learn about on each visit, and there are seasonal sections added regularly, I look forward to seeing what I find on my next visit. read more

HomeGoods - View from entrance - Home Decor Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

This was a great HomeGoods store. Everything was neat and in order it was easy to shop. It was easy to find lots of things to bring back to New York. I wish they delivered or shipped because I would've bought a lot more. The customer service was great. The girl the cashier was so friendly and so sweet, incredibly accommodating. In New York, especially anything that's in the five boroughs. In there HomeGoods things are broken thrown on the floor. It looks like a hot mess often! It was so refreshing to be here where everything looks like its employees and management truly care about their merchandise, I can't wait to come back my next trip to Phoenix . read more

The art of "the find"!! No matter what you go in for, you find other great things along the way!!! Always great housewares, furniture, knickknacks and holiday items!! Every price point, anything you can think of and things you never thought you needed!! Lots of staff floating around the store, putting out new things every day!!! read more

What more do you even want???? This place has it all. Mop? Pots and pans? Pillows? Gifts? Sheets? Thank the heavens, what a blessing.

Home Goods has always been the BEST!!! Anything you might need from pots, pans, kitchen, bathroom, living room and outdoor decor under one roof!!! It is my go to for almost any and all of my home needs. read more

Oh HomeGoods, you make all of my accent pillow dreams come true, every time! We recently moved into a new home that has two sitting areas and rather than get 2 new couches (because we have a messy toddler who covers it in snack time fingerprints anyway) we decided to keep the old one and spruce it up with some new pillows. They had all the color combos and textures that I was looking for and the selection absolutely surpassed my expectations! The quality of their pillows is also super impressive for the price point. I think the most expensive pillow that I bought was $25 and it was huge + SO heavy and nice. Definitely a pillow that would have been at least $80 at a fine furniture shop. In addition, they have great storage ideas, accent furniture/chairs, art, and more. I get lost in redecorating la la land every time! I'll be back soon, I'm sure! :) read more

Love love love this store. It's always clean and has a wonderful selection of merchandise.

Love this store! My favorite shopping excursions happen here! Always the best things for holiday day decorations!

worst customer service people are just rude including managers i was very polite wen asking my questions and got responses was rude like I was bothering them read more

I just love this store. You can always find something you want and may or may not need but that's the fun of it. Whether you are decorating a room or looking for a gift you can find it at HomeGoods. The people there are friendly and helpful. Two things : if you see something you like but it right away because if you think twice it's gone, things fly out of there quickly because everything is really appealing and the second thing is sometimes the isles are a bit crowded so be careful while walking around. read more

Love their cute faux plants and roses ..great stuff for the kitchen , bedroom , etc!!!

Just thought I'd stop in and take a look at accent pieces. I'm still convinced this store has some amazingly unique accent items. By the way, if you've never shopped their gourmet section, you are really missing out. read more

I love HomeGoods to find cute home items for a reasonable price. I went because I needed to buy items for my daughter for her new room! We bought a comforter set, storage bin/laundry bin, and other items. Price was pretty reasonable compared to other stores. I love finding items here for my home. Quality isn't cheap either. read more

One star for plenty of on-trend and bright merchandise. One star for location. The checkout staff was horrific and acting juvenile and extremely unprofessional. This location needs a better screening and/or training process for their cashiers. read more

I love decorating my house and now that HomeGoods has moved into the old Borders location (sniff sniff), I frequent this store in hopes of snagging an awesome find at an awesome price. While some items might be pricier (like the wrapping paper) than other stores, I happened to find a few pieces of my Kate Spade china pattern at great prices. The merchandise offered at HomeGoods changes frequently, but one can always find accent furniture, lighting, rugs, bedding, wall decor, bath, pet accessories, and kitchen accents. The seasonal decor selection is also something impressive to mention that gives Hobby Lobby a little bit of competition. Checkout has always been a breeze, which during this holiday time is rare, and hopefully it will stay that way after the season is over. HomeGoods can be hit or miss, but with new shipment every week, there is no excuse to not check it out. When you find your "hit" you won't mind the "misses". read more

Today we walked into home goods and we were greeted at the door. Jake was one of the greeters up front. We walked past him and he yells out "do you need a mask?" to my gf who had one and was putting hers on. I replied "no, she has one" to which he yells out "they're required." He did not need to yell across the store to try and make a scene. He should of politely come up and asked to which he would of seen she had a mask on. What's even better is the store announcement shortly after mentioned that people should wear a mask unless they have a medical or other condition. So that tells me that even if she didn't have a mask on and it's announced by your store that people can shop there without a mask for a medical reason that Jake was on a power trip and was very unprofessional. Therefor we will not be returning. read more

Nothing better than a huge store full of great prices. It is on my weekly drive by list. I always find something I really don't need but can't bear to pass up. I also can't help cruising the Clearance aisles. While I rarely find something there it is like a Treasure Hunt! read more

Big crowds arrived to scoop up big bargains once HomeGoods' most recent offering made its debut in Phoenix. Located in the same strip mall as sister store, TJ Maxx, this facility (once occupied by Borders) is recently remodeled, clean and attractive. You'll find all the usual suspects: kitchen, bed, bath, living and garden accessories. Bring your pick-up truck. Once you begin to meander around, you're likely to want to bring home more than what's on your shopping list! read more

They have everything you're looking for at this store BUT THEY HAVE THE WORST MANAGER!!! She was so rude and I have a pretty weird experience I asked to see the mugs from the shelves in the back the cashier show them to me. And then The manager came to us and star screaming "you can't touch them" "Nobody can touch them" You know why right? They're returns so no touch YOURE NOT ALLOW TO TOUCH THEM. She was so rude She should no be working there you can feel all the hate once you see her! read more

I love HomeGoods in general, but was really impressed with this location and how much furniture they carried! I've never seen so many end tables, side table, coffee tables, and dressers at a HG before. The only complaint I had was we were here on 12/28, and the store was busy with Post-Christmas shoppers and all their cashiers seemed to be operating super slow. Unsure if that's the norm or what, but the pace was like a snail, which got annoying after waiting in line for about 15 min. Usually, at a HG, I wait no longer than 5 min and they get me in and out super fast. read more

Savannah who was a cashier when I was at this location was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable during my visit. I also saw her act in this behavior to multiple customers as well as a co worker. she should 100% not have a job there. read more

Okay, seriously, this store is kinda badass. As a new home owner I really cannot stress how much I hate the concept of overpaying for something like a clear vinyl shower curtain or an ironing board - essentials that really shouldn't cost all that much...and here they don't. Admittedly some of the items here are not great - but if I can save money on the small stuff then I can happily justify spending that savings on something that matters like a nice couch. read more

I love Home Good! It's going to be dangerous having one so close to home.... This is the place to go if your redecorating your house looking for an awesome gift or looking for a tchotchkes to fill some space! The prices are awesome! Just recently bought a whole new bedding set for only 40$!!! And a lamp for 30$! Decorative pillows for 10$ I splurged. This location is very clean and organized and the staff is super helpful and friendly! Ill be here often. read more

I just left this store very irritated. The employees are very rude, not helpful, unfriendly. The 3 employees I interacted with acted like they were annoyed to be there and could care less about their jobs. The worst, Stacey (cashier) checked me out, was extremely snobby & rude! I actually felt like I was bothering her while she was ringing me up. I will never go back to this location. I recommend Home Goods on 90th in Scottsdale, so much better! The employees are very friendly & courteous...great store. read more

I enjoy coming in here every month or so to see what they have that is new. It's like a treasure hunt and I always find something I can't live without. Dishes, utensils, organization items, cute pet supplies, home decor, lamps, furniture...the selection is quite large and I always walk out with something for me and a gift idea for someone else. The prices are fair and every now and then you find some screaming deals on clearance items. The store is large, bright, clean, and the staff is typically friendly. Every now and then you get a clerk at the register who is clearly less than thrilled to be there but it's retail and I get it. There is a TJ Maxx right next door if you are looking for clothes as well. read more

I'm in the process of furnishing a new home and although I've purchased items from most of the Marshall's stores in the area, I find the store at Cactus & Tatum, and the staff, particularly Katy, Hanna, Al, Adreen (sp. ?) and the male who was working on April 18th, (I've forgotten his name) but all five (5) of them deserve "kudos" for being efficient, friendly, helpful, courteous, "go out of their way" to help in serving your customers. I've had their help on more than one occasion and they are consistent with my description each and every time. I regret that I have waited this long to give them the praise they deserve. A happy & thankful customer for people like them!! read more

This is a great location and is ALMOST as good as my favorite Home Goods in the valley, over in Goodyear. However, I can firmly say that this is a well designed location and has ample room and options. I always walk into a Home Goods if I need to find odds and ends or if I want to burn some time. This location is GREAT for that. :) read more
