    Cute!

One of the more organized beauty areas I've seen. Great customer service! Found some good deals! My mom and I came here and had a great time looking at everything!

This is a screenshot of the product listed on the GNC website for $12.99.

I had the worst experience at the store tonight. A few days ago I was shopping and I purchased some GNC protein shakes. None of the boxes on the shelf were marked. I notified at least three employees, none of which seem to care. I finally got a price for the ones I wanted to purchase, which was $7.99. My son liked the shake so much I went back in tonight to purchase more. Again, none of the packages were priced. They were not busy at the front desk so I took the package straight to the front desk and let the lady know that they were not priced. Them that I just purchased some a couple days ago at which point they charge me $7.99. Another lady came up who is not my cashier and said let me see that, and then she took the box back to where I got it from. I followed her and showed her that none of them had a price on them And she said, "this one's expensive". Then she handed me the box and said you go up upfront and wait for me. I'm gonna check something. So I went back up to the cashier, and waited for her to return. When she came back up, she said, " The manager said this is a very expensive brand. GNC is very expensive, this is $20", at which point I looked at her and asked her if she was serious. She said yes. Even all the other employees around her were like no, that's not right. I then pulled the item up on the GNC website and showed her that they were $12.99 right now at GNC. And she said, well the manager said $19.99. So I told her fine I'm not buying them, but I took pictures, and I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Then she said, "hold on hold on I'll be right back." She then comes back up with another lady, and the lady says yep the manager said $20. It's $20 Again tried to show her the GNC website and she wouldn't even look at it and, said nope it's $20. So I asked for the manager's name, at first they acted like they didn't hear me, I had to demand it, and then they gave me the name "John." I then asked for the store number, which was given to me by one of the other employees. I then asked for "John's" last name, and the lady had the audacity to say "who?". I looked right at her and said you said your manager's name is John and then you just said who when I asked for John's last name, so are you lying to me about who the manager is at this store? And then she quickly blurted out the last name that started with M. So I don't even know if I got the real store manager's name, because the whole time they're referencing a guy and then when I said, I was gonna file a complaint, the lady went and got another female. Overall, I feel like this situation was handled very poorly, and the two employees that I dealt with directly were extremely unprofessional, and could use a lesson in customer service.

Gross bathroom and messy disorganized store. Yuck

Why do I love this store so much? So many of the employees are so rude. For instance, today, a girl told me to return my cart where it belongs. There was no indication that I was not going to put it in the cart corral. It was hectic near the corral, and I was trying to get my heavy bag out of the cart first. She should have said, "Can I help you with that?" after I had just spent money waiting in line for 20 minutes with only two cashiers working. In this day and age of online stores for home goods, should be aware that I can get everything I have purchased elsewhere. She is lucky I was in a good mood on my favorite holiday and I love Home Goods or I may have returned everything.

This is a nice combined Marshalls and Homegoods store that offers a lot of great options. The only hiccup is how BUSY the place is. The line snakes around the store to checkout.

Bought a dress at tj maxx today and they forgot to take the ink magnet off... brought it to HomeGoods/Marshalls to show my receipt so they could help me take it off (they have the tool they need at each register) and after waiting in line for 20 minutes (there were only two registers working because everyone else was standing around doing basically nothing.. but when I got up to the register, the lady said I needed to go back to tj maxx so rudely and when I said "seriously?" She said "yeppp " with attitude and I said "okay thank you" and she said "you're welcommeee " so rude. It's not like I was returning it. I just needed the ink magnet off. Also why can I use a gift card at any of the stores but they can't take off a simple ink magnet??? The line is always SOOO long it is not worth the wait and the horrible customer service.

The stuff is cute- like all these stores.... But the management doesn't know how to manage the line!!!

I really do love this store! I have shopped here numerous times for various home items and always been super happy! It is a super busy store so it is best to go early or late otherwise the line to checkout is crazy long, I have literally seen more than 80 people in line but honestly their selection and prices are so worth it. In addition they do have all the registers open and the employees there have always been super friendly. I highly recommend!

This is by far the nicest HomeGoods down here. We've been to pretty much all of them in this area to try and find paintings. We came in here and the store is massive, and had a lot of other items to choose from. We already have bed side tables and lamps, but if you're looking for some you should definitely come here. It's attached to a Marshall's, which was surprising because usually it's attached to a TJMAXX. It was nicer this way as well because I'm a bigger fan of Marshalls than I am T.J. Either way this has a lot of options. Also, when we bought them they offered to bring our car up and take it out for us. The staff is all very friendly and they keep the store very clean and organized. The area is awesome so ,if you have the time go take a look over in Desert Ridge.

Such a big store with so much in it. From bedding to decorations to shoes to clothes. Great place to find anything. Marshalls & home goods are connected with Tj max too. Marshalls I believe has more things.

    Check out cubicles.

Open some more registers! This is ridiculous it's a Wednesday. One register for a line of 30 people. With a ton of people walking out.

Never seen less than a 20 person line here. All hours of the day. Worst staffed store I've ever been at.

Desert Ridge Marketplace in Phoenix, Arizona has such a bright and energetic atmosphere that I…read morereally enjoyed when I visited with someone. I noticed a lot of teenagers walking around, and the whole place feels lively in a way that teenagers would love. The outdoor areas, the open walkways, and the spots to sit or take pictures don't cost anything at all, which makes it easy to have fun there without needing a plan. I didn't realize how much there was to enjoy until I walked around and saw how welcoming and upbeat the whole marketplace feels. It surprised me how comfortable it was to just be there without feeling rushed or overwhelmed by the crowds. Even though it's a shopping and entertainment center, it gives teenagers a great place to hang out, take photos, listen to music, or just be creative while exploring the different areas. I only visited Desert Ridge Marketplace one time in my life before making this review, but it ended up being one of the most enjoyable and youthful places I've been to in a long time. I never doubted that the experience would turn out the way I hoped it would. I've lived for 24 years, but in the summer of 2024 I learned that I'm still physically and mentally 18 years old, and that my prefrontal cortex is more developed than the average 25‑year‑old's. Maybe that's why I connect so much with places that feel playful, social, and full of energy. I would highly recommend that teenagers go to this marketplace because it gives them a fun, open space to enjoy themselves, walk around, and feel creative. I loved the decision that was made with the variety of store they have there. I also loved the service there.

Every now and then, it's nice to stroll through the Desert Ridge Marketplace or stop by a…read morerestaurant or store. I occasionally go with my wife, a family member, or a friend (or some combination). I sometimes go on my own. Earlier this week, I met a friend for lunch at a restaurant in The District and then walked around and went into a few stores. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do. The Desert Ridge Marketplace is known for some great restaurants. While they have less in terms of fine dining, there are many great casual or upscale casual restaurants, national chains, and local chains. There are also some good fast casual restaurants to go. Some of my favorites include Islands, Tikka Shack, The Keg, Cafe Zupas, Fly Bye, and Flower Child. You can then grab some treats to go at ITSUGAR or Cold Stone Creamery. There are also plenty of shops from casual ones to nicer casual. You'll need to head to nearby Scottsdale Quarter or Kierland for the upscale shops. My wife and I frequent Barnes & Nobles, Bath & Body Works, Five Below, Kohls, Target, and DSW the most. Find happy hours and other specials for restaurants and stores at https://shopdesertridge.com/directory/sales-promotions. Entertainment options at the Desert Ridge Marketplace include the AMC movie theatre, As You Wish pottery painting, games and music at the Backyard and Copper Blues, games at Dave & Buster's, and comedy at the Desert Ridge Improv. There are also a bunch of specialty and fitness stores. You can also find events at https://shopdesertridge.com/event including Trivia Tuesday and music at Backyard, Christmas Angel Tree, and 12 Days of Snowfall just to name a few. The Desert Ridge Marketplace has a children's play area, corn hole (two sets!), EV charging stations, a fireplace, LED screens, live music (often on Friday and Saturday nights), a splash pad, wifi, and sip & strolls. The area is also dog-friendly with plenty of places to walk your furry friends. The hours at stores and restaurants differ greatly, and there is no widely advertised set of hours for the area. There is plenty of free parking around Desert Ridge. You can read more about the Kierland Commons at https://shopdesertridge.com including a place you can sign up to be on their mailing list and get offers and opportunities to sign up for giveaways. There is also a mall map on there along with a listing of activities and experiences with events.
