I've been an Old Navy shopper for years. The Old Navy at the Promenade is great. I'm talking about the staff. I'm talking about Lilly in particular. This is the second time I ordered an item online that didn't fit and the second time Lilly has helped me. She couldn't do enough to search out smaller sizes - checking their stock and other stores' stock. Both time, successfully located better sizes. If the manager is reading, give the girl a raise. Shout out to the store manager Kyle who provided such great customer service to me last night! I walked in 10 minutes before close to quickly buy a few pairs of jeans yesterday, the same style I was wearing. I pointed out mine were an older pair, and Kyle recommended I go ahead and take the time to try them on, just in case the cut had changed since the last time I'd purchased - he was correct, and I didn't care for the new cut! He gave me 2 other styles to try on, and one of them was just what I was looking for. I didn't finish my purchase until after 9:00p and Kyle stayed professional, cheery and helpful the entire time, pointing out he & staff were there after 9 to close out and clean up, anyway. I purchased multiple items for my grandkids at this store. My grandkids do not reside here so I sent the items to them and two of the items didn't work out. I had my receipt for the unused in season items and they won't return them for the price I paid. Please beware of a 14 day return policy. I was not told of this when I purchased them and I was told that I wouldn't have any issues when I purchased them. I hope this helps when purchasing for a gift of others, don't shop here. read more

My boyfriend and I visited Old Navy after hearing they had reasonably priced masks in multipacks. We needed to "stock up" and prefer the washable/reusable options as opposed to single use surgical masks...etc. The associate who greeted us observed that we were looking at masks, so directed us to the adult display of them on the far left of the registers. She added on that they are comfortable + have adjustable straps. I appreciated her ability to be helpful, while adhering to recommended precautions. I just wish I remembered her name because she was very helpful & I am writing this review to compliment her great service. As for the masks - I am satisfied at 5/12.50 with variety of color/pattern choices. They are well made, with pleats that help fit the mask to your face, however they do not have filter pockets. I would agree they are more comfortable than some of the others I have been using...probably due to being adjustable. Thx Old Navy! read more

I wanted to buy some jeans for my husband because it's his birthday soon and I saw the sale was a 50% off, yippee! one problem... a very rude associate was telling me off in the fitting room. i was trying on a few nice dresses and asked her if she could get me a different size, she told me i should have got it before u went into the room. quite rude of her, so i got mad and left my clothes in the room to get it myself. as i was leaving she told me to, and i quote "pick up your clothes, you stupid wetback , this isn't a playground". I was appauled by what i just heard, and also quite rude. i can't believe she called me out for my skin. i should have known, coming from a place called "Old navy" that they would be this racist . i'm never shopping here again unless this Brenda character resigns or quits because i do not tolerate this kind of language. read more

I guess I came at the right time to this Old Navy because I had a gift card to use I decided to check it out and I'm glad I did because there were so many deals! And many of their deals had extra deals to go with that! The store was clean and sales racks were not all messy and on the floor and sizes were in the right places that made it easy to shop . I love their flip flops in every color and you can't beat the price of $2.00 a pair . Dressing rooms were clean with no left behinds and everything was well stocked and I did not have to hunt anyone down for help so that was good . I noticed they had many Burt's Bees chap stick and they have many different colors also I like there body mist , my favorite is Sea Salt Fig , the name does not sound inviting but the smell is really fresh so it's a must try ! read more

If you take Covid seriously, avoid this store! They don't enforce mask wearing or social distancing. I had to return items I purchased online, which requires going inside. I was on the verge of a panic attack standing in line with people standing 2-3ft apart, some people with masks only covering their chins, other with no masks at all. And when I said something to the cashier about it, she rolled her eyes and acted like there's something wrong with me. I won't be returning until Covid isn't a threat anymore. The only benefits of this place are the service (sometimes), the Old Navy Cash, and the clothing is so cheap and there are good deals, but it really shows in the quality. I feel as though there is one section of the store that is an exception to this rule; I absolutely adore the women's workout clothing line. This review focuses on the WOMEN'S ACTIVE line: Let's face it--going to the gym is a total drag. I mean, seriously! Who wouldn't rather remain on the couch with remote in one hand a beer in the other? As nerdy as it sounds, one thing that helps me to stay motivated to make a gym appearance is cute outfits and feeling good about how I look..... First, I'd like to discus my favorite Old Navy Active product: the Compression Pants. Stretchy/Spandex pants sounds scary, don't they? Have no fear--these pants hold everything together and actually have a slenderizing effect. Don't believe me? Try them on! I have the capris in an array of colors. (hint: darker colors are even more slimming) Second, I'm a big fan of the semi-fitted tanks. They pair nicely with the Compression Pants and fall over the hips to hide trouble spots. Also, since they are loose, they ensure that you are not wearing an entire tight-fitted outfit. Slim fitting tanks and tanks that bubble through the belly are also available--the latter is great for hiding troublesome abs. Third, the hoodies and running jackets are slim fitting and chic. The Fall/Winter 2013 collection even features a mock zip jacket that has thumb holes that allow you to pull the sleeves down over part of your hands. (This feature is great for chilly outdoor runs!) No matter which piece you purchase, the price is always right. These items are cheap enough to treat as disposable clothing--so don't be afraid to wear the heck out of them! read more

So this is one of my favorite Old Navy Stores just because of it's location. It has all the departments including Maternity and Plus size (Not that I use them, but it's great for gift giving if you need them) Today we went in for the THIRD and FINAL installation of kids school shopping. My 12 year old son, he is NOT a fan...However he did quite well. We went and found five outfits complete with a jacket, socks, underwear for $180 I was thrilled. Up of course until I got to the register and encountered the rudest cashier I've ever met...We were going through everything and as you know you have to check the prices going through or else they will ring something up wrong. EX: we had a pair of shorts that had been marked down to $1.99 that he tried charging full price UM NOT...Since they were marked he fixed it. The trouble came with a Long Sleeve Shirt. All the Long Sleeve Shirts were$10.00 originally $14.50 There were hundreds of them mixed in together. None of them were marked any differently. We picked up a gray one, blue one, and red one. The gray one came up as $14.50 the other as $10 I explained to the cashier the gray one came up wrong. He went into a long dissertation that the gray one was a brushed cotton? *Um What* I said I don't care who brushed it, there are fifteen identical shirts just like it in the pile and you need to honor the price. He says "Sorry lady I'm just doin my job and the price is the price" No I didn't have a type that was how he spoke to me...So I take the shirt and find the manager and before I even get myself worked up she says I totally agree this shirt should be $10 so she tells the clerk price overide and be nice... The worst customer service ever. I went there to return an overpriced bag of goldfish (amongst other things) and was told they don't take it back. Well they don't post the prices anywhere so how are you supposed to know they cost more that the clothes themselves. Anyway that's half the concern, it's the customer service that really got to me. All I can say is thank goodness for Old Navy's maternity section and amazing sales! They have the perfect comfy tanks and t-shirts for pregnant women and the prices and very reasonable! I've been to this Old Navy a few times now. The location is pretty easy to access with plenty of parking. Plus, there are a lot of other shops nearby so you can get your shopping on (Pier 1, Michael's, World Market, etc). This particular Old Navy is rather large, with two entrances. Entrance one has easy access to adult/junior clothing and access two is for kid's clothing. The layout is decent, with the changing rooms in the middle. All of the new items are up front and the clearance is at the very back. Since this location is huge, they have a huge clearance section. I love looking through the clearance in hopes of a good deal but their stuff isn't drastically marked down - shirts are still $10 or above. I did score a pair of pants for $19 and a nice blouse for $12. Sometimes online you can get them cheaper (with discounts and the clearance items are really marked down). Overall, it's not a bad place to spend a few minutes looking for rather inexpensive clothing. I would recommend shopping online, but if you like to try things on, definitely check it out. read more

Don't expect much here other than cheap clothing. Want service ? There is none. Once you are at the cashier and asked whether you will be paying with your Old Navy credit card...If you say no, they will of course ask you if you want to sign up for one so you can save ten percent...not worth it in my opinion...of course I said no...and the little menopausing twat rolled her eyes at me....and she did it again once I declined to give her my email address ....so bottom line, not impressed with the whole experience, but then again maybe I should lower my expectations with such low prices..... read more

So I pretty much live here. It's in a great location and it's convenient for those last minute, "OMG, I don't know what I'm gonna wear" moments. The employees are super friendly and helpful when it came to tracking down an outfit I was desperate to find last moment. The store was in tact and tidy and the visual merchandising sucks me in everytime. So I have never had an issue until today. I am actually typing this in my vehicle. Today I went into the store and had to make a return I looked around and decided I didn't want anything. The line was long which I get I work retail. The girl Hayley who rang my return was incredibly rude I asked for store credit because I do shop at old navy often she looked at me and stated I would have to come back and wait in line again because that's policy. Which I simply called BS on and asked why I couldn't just receive a gift card. Granted she complied with my request but she has an attitude the entire time and was scoffing. I get you work retail and probably hate your job but don't treat your guests like garbage. The gent next to her actually heard her and he looked shocked on how she acted. I will be shopping at the desert ridge location from now on. Please learn to train your people better because little incidents like this can set a tone for your store. read more
