Within an hour of them leaving I found the exact same water heater for sales at Lowe's for $1000 plus tax, meaning they were trying to charge me almost $6500 for installation and labor. Have it ordered and have someone else coming to install it Monday for a couple hundred dollars. Talk about a rip off. Highly suspect this has to do with my house being in a nice neighborhood. Beware if you use this company they will try to rip you off if they think they can.

Second, he said he needed to get permission from my HOA to shut off the water, because our turn valve didn't work... sure bud. Waited 2 weeks for an estimate he said he would send and it never came. Today - I called Parker & Sons, they had someone here within an hour and he fixed the problem already. Don't waste your time with people who don't want to do their jobs.

I then remembered hearing of West Coast on KJAZZ/KBAQ, and called. Everything from that initial call, to the completion was perfect. The interesting part was that the Tech, Logan, was also able to fix a water leak from a pipe at my pool. The only 'hiccup' was with the Rheem Distributor, and fortunately, John, Owner of West Coast, was able to, in a creative manner, work that out. I will soon call this Firm to affect Annual HVAC Service.

The morning after Thanksgiving and all of a sudden, the water in both toilets are not draining. We…read moreknew it couldn't be a clogged toilet as why would two toilets not drain at the same time and drains backup. We still attempted to plunge to no avail. My husband tried to use a plumbing snake in the front yard clean outs but it didn't hit anything 20 feet out. We called our home watery service provider for emergency service but didn't hear back all day. We decided to call Scottsdale Plumbing as they were listed as a 24 hour emergency service. We called and spoke to a women who transferred us to a dispatcher. We received a call back right away by Brad who said he could be here within the hour, which he was. Brad arrived and was able to push through whatever was clogging the pipe out in the middle of the street, according to the length of the plumbing tool used. He was not sure if it is a root issue or a misalignment in the pipe but was able to currently resolve. We still need to schedule a scope to see the exact problem, but for now, we can use our plumbing. Brad was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated his prompt response and professionalism!

I called Mark he states it must be a bad valve. I paid 375 for the cartridge and now he says the valve is a 1700 dollar job. I let home know that if the valve was bad he should've seen that earlier when he swapped the cartridge out. I let him know I didn't have confidence in them to properly fix the leak. I called a new plumber out. Mark installed the cartridge wrong, he damaged the seal when he put the new cartridge in. I called the company and they still have not returned my call. I feel robbed now. I paid 375 for their guy to damage the cartridge while he's installing it. Maybe they did that on purpose. They knew I would call them with the leak again. Then to hit me with 1700 to change valve out that takes 10 mins to do is crazy! New cartridge correctly installed was 200 bucks from the guy who fixed Master rooters work.

He has my 15k and he didn't even get close to finishing the job he promised and most the stuff he did complete had to be redone by Quail plumbing.
