Allen is a true professional, and I would recommend him without hesitation. He came out within 4 hours of my initial communication on a Friday evening, which was incredibly appreciated. He was fast, efficient, honest, reasonably priced, and did excellent work. He fixed a leak in the washing machine water supply connection, repaired a toilet issue, and fixed a bathtub pipe. We had a pin hole leak in a valve on our main line going into the house. Normally I would try and tackle these repairs but to start with did not recognize this valve nor would I know where to find one. Alan showed up in a reasonable amount of time and communicated well about his ETA. Come to find out it was pressure regulating valve and fortunately he had the correct size on his truck. He had it replaced and had the water pressure regulated correctly in a short period of time for a very reasonable price.
