I cannot say enough good things about Tim! We had an unexpected plumbing emergency with water coming through our downstairs ceiling from our upstairs shower, and he was at our house in less than an hour. Tim quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on, and had the repair taken care of right away. He even connected us with a water restoration company, who was able to come out the same day to address the water damage. On top of the incredible response time and service, his pricing was extremely affordable -- honestly much less than I expected for an emergency call with such a fast turnaround. Having water suddenly coming through your ceiling is incredibly stressful, and Tim made the whole situation feel manageable from the moment he arrived. Fast, knowledgeable, honest, affordable, and genuinely helpful. We will absolutely call him again for any future plumbing needs and would recommend him without hesitation! read more

We had a main water line leak and reached out to 100% Plumbing. Levi was our guy, and he's the only one of all our quotes that actually took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us. He was also straightforward about what actually needed to be fixed and what didn't. Eventually, we chose him to do our work, and the whole process was efficient and smooth from start to finish. We're really happy with the work and are pretty sure we will be reaching out to Levi again for our future projects. read more

UPDATE: Since my previous three-star review here I was contacted by owner Ty "Mont" Stephenson (who responds to most reviews) to make the matter "right". He even came to my house and spoke with me in person. At first I was very impressed and grateful. But that is where this story took an ironic turn for the worse... I had questioned his previous guys and him over and over about namely what safeguard should be there to prevent another faucet cartridge failure from instantly leaking and seeping into my wall and to my living room and electric wiring below yet again (as just happened with a waterfall downstairs before I called them), but my concerns were dismissed and I was deemed "paranoid". To me it seemed only logical that something so simple could cause so much damage without one but they are the 5-star experts, so what do I know? After all, the owner himself came to my house and doubled down on what I was told by his young plumbers earlier, that there is no such thing, and even told me the loose spinning chrome sleeve between the handle and the wall I brought to their attention was normal and just for "aesthetic purposes". I was resigned to give up but later when another plumber came to deal with the same type of cartridge failure causing the same backward leak toward my wall in the identical downstairs tub, I was completely vindicated. Not only was its identical chrome sleeve snug firmly in place but there WAS INDEED a crucial specific Delta part-specific O-ring (see image below) where the escutcheon meets the wall, and this time because of its presence, my wall and flooring behind THAT tub was dry as a bone! Ironically, even if I hadn't had the huge downpour thru my electric chandelier from the tub above and relayed it to his guys before they came, they could instantly see without even picking up a tool that the chrome sleeve was spinning freely without that protective O-ring holding it in place. This should have been the first thing they notified me of due to the serious implications -- even if I HADN'T had the destructive flood in my living room and even if I HADN'T asked his first guys and Mont himself repeatedly if there was something that was supposed to go there due to the serious risks. There there was -- and I did. When I later contacted Mont after all their denial to inform them that I had been right all along, his tone instantly changed from concern to dismissal, telling me "Oh, maybe you can buy an O-ring off Amazon" -- LOL. Then all communication ceased and he failed to respond again to my follow-up messages. However, once I later involved the AZ ROC who had set up a date to inspect their work, Mont invoked the option to refund me instead of having it investigated, thus effectively canceling the ROC report and saving his business's reputation. To be fair, it probably still is more cost effective to cover up a failure on their part as most customers will never investigate, and to refund only the occasional one who calls them out or when they face accountability with the ROC. At this point it is clear that this was either an issue of calculated deception or complete ignorance on their part; I don't know which. It is up to you the customer to decide which of those traits you find more redeeming. read more

Arrived within an hour of requesting a quote, quote was FREE.. no trip charge. Tim was great-he was informative and gave me a quote right on the spot and their price beat the 3 other quotes I received this week. Plus he was able to do the whole job right there on the spot. He installed 2 drip legs and replaced the irrigation vacuum break valve. He was fast and efficient- no sly salesman up-sell moves which we greatly appreciated. He helped us get the job done before we replied to our BINSR request. Grateful for this company and would highly recommend and use them again! read more

I am so impressed by Tim at 100% Plumbing! My August water bill jumped by 50% so we were concerned for water leak(s). While wondering who to call, I stepped outside and saw him repairing my neighbor's water leak. He finished there and came right over. After extensive search, he found a timed controller that had failed to always be on. He also found and replaced an above-ground PVC pipe that had a leak, replacing with more durable copper. Honestly, the replacement was a work of art and solid construction. THIS is my new go-to company for plumbing support. read more

The guys were great. However, after seeing other bids for cleaning our a sink, they seem a bit high in price.

Needed some water heater maintenance done and was not happy with a previous plumbing company. I also needed some finishing work done on a bathroom vanity. Coworker recommended 100% and glad I went with them. Mike was on time, extremely professional and answered all my questions. These guys are fantastic and I highly recommend them. read more

They were here within the hr and honest fair pricing. Great service no emergency fees

Mike was great!!!!!! Totally recommend and would use again. Professional, fast, prompt.

Loved the communication that began as soon as I booked. I appreciated getting a text with a photo of the technician who would be visiting, this simple extra step before letting someone into your home was awesome. The technician figured out the problem quickly and set to making the repair after discussing with me and gaining approval. I would recommend! read more

I reached out via Yelp and they responded very fast. The person who reached out was able to get me a technician to come out within 2 hours I had drain back up in the pipes. Tim came out and solved the service requested right away. He knew exactly what my pluming issue was. He took care of it. Took the time to explain what he did why I had the issue in the first place and what needs to be done and can be done. For the quick response and job done the value was good. I'd use them again in the future. Thanks. read more

I put out a request yesterday and within 24hrs someone came to my home. McKinley arrived to my home, was courteous and professional. He requested more information regarding my concerns which has been a stark contrast with other contractors. He listened patiently, explained what he was going to do and even explained what others did not. He kept me informed through each step, and in the end did not pressure any sales while giving his professional opinion. He went above and beyond in his service today. I would definitely recommend 100% Plumbing. I wish I would have had them come to my home the first time!! read more

I've called 100% Plumbing a few times over the years. Two of the times they didn't even charge me. Told me what I had was what he used at home and not cheaply made like I was told by someone else. When I've needed something done, they were able to fit me in and although I don't find them inexpensive, I find them fair. I purchased a Moen Flo which prevents water damage to the home and had them install it for me. (You need to cut pipe and attach it to the line. ). A few years later it needs cleaning according to what the info online says. Thus they are on their way to fix it. My understanding from a YouTube is that you have to drain the water from the house and detach and clean the Moen Flo. It looks like something someone can dyi but I'd like to see the steps since I don't want a problem. read more

Excellent and honest phone set-up. Repair person was actually early. He did the assessment free of charge as stated from the office. It was an irrigation leak which they do not work on in their business. Honest company - will call them again if services ever required. Nice honest people. Great service from Levi! He arrived on time and was able to get our water heater fixed within the hour. Will be using 100% Plumbing again

We have had excellent experience with 100% in the past and chose them because of their service and quality work.

Used 100% both professionally and my personal house. Always do a great job at a fair rate. Shout out to Levi for getting our shower draining properly read more

Excellent the serviceman was very helpful polite and knowledgeable really this limit on words is a ridiculous requirement and very annoying!

Superb assessment, selection and installation of new 29 gal hot water heater to replace 30 gal hot water heater installed twenty years ago. Mike knew what he was talking about compared to 4 other estimates. Mike answered all my questions, offered insight and did a great installation. He drained and replaced the old tank, both water lines, valve replaced, new gas flex line and added trap per code, upgraded drain valve to brass larger diameter and easy hose connector, hauled away old tank and kept the floors clean. Mckinley worked out a fair price with a discount for everything. 100% Plumbing cost a little bit more and is worth it to me. Parts warranty is two years compared to others for1 year. The unit continues to work great after a week of installation. read more

Mixed feelings. The biggest positive would be their quick communication and availability. Now why I said "mixed feelings": I picked this company based on the reviews. I had seen a crack in the wall that appeared to possibly be due to water damage, I wasn't sure. So I called this company to take a look to see if there was any evidence of a possible leak. The first guy came, spent about 2 minutes in my home, GLANCED at the area and then said he thought it was "just the house settling and paint peeling" (my house is 8 years old), as there wasn't any visible water anywhere around the cracked wall. It didn't make sense because of how bad the cracks looked and it looked like the wood beam or wall was a little swollen. They didn't use any tools or meters to check for moisture or anything, he didn't even inspect around the area, he just suggested randomly tearing down around the area without knowing if it was really due to a leak or not or even giving me any info on what his thoughts were on what else it could be, so I was hesitant to do that. So he referred me to Rocky Mountain Restoration (RMR) to have another inspection and second opinion because he said they would have tools to help with a better inspection without having to tear down everything. So I called RMR right after the plumber left, and they sent someone out, who did have better insight and spent an hour inspecting the area, but they ended up being scam company who didn't even do a complete job. I digress- anyway, Rocky Mountain DID find a water leak (which you'd think, the plumber should have found right?). So I called back this company to come out and fix the leak. A different plumber came out- he was nice, still also did a "first glance" type of deal and almost fixed the wrong part until I had questioned him and he took a deeper look then found the actual source. He did the repair fine, although he also left a huge dusty mess everywhere and didn't clean it up. I would be VERY careful using this company- they don't do thorough inspections, and they also contract with a terrible company like Rocky Mountain, who is even WORSE and just out to get your money (I will be writing a separate review for them). read more

Had 100% plumbing replace my leaking water line on 2-16-26. They came out on time and did a GREAT job at a reasonable price. Service was great, actually a couple of minutes early, very clean work. Only reason they didn't get 5 is that the price was a little high, but that is on me, I didn't have time to get bids. read more

This company is top notch! They're professional, efficient, helpful, and patient. Nate came to fix a leaking pipe by the walkway and had to deal with Rose Valley Water (who said they would replace a broken shut off valve when "they felt like it") . I called 100% Plumbing to check for a possible exterior drain leak. After receiving a text that they were en route, they arrived promptly as scheduled and began their inspection. After digging a rather deep hole and having me run water in my shower for several minutes I was surprised (and pleased) to hear that there was not a leak. The water I'd noticed was a result of my neighbor flooding my yard accidentally. They restored the soil and rock in the dig area and it's not even noticeable. Excellent work ethic and surprise! They did not charge me for their time and labor. Thank you 100% Plumbing! I will definitely utilize your services again in the future as well as share your company contact information with my neighbors. read more

My tankless water heater stopped working a few days before Thanksgiving with a house full of guests. 100% Plumbing sent a team to diagnose the problem on a Friday evening and then sent another team Saturday morning to complete the system check. Great service and reasonable prices. I will use 100% Plumbing again. read more

I was not familiar with 100% Plumbing, but it showed their location close to my house on Yelp, and their reviews were mostly positive. I took a shot, scheduled my appointment online next day between 7-9am, uploaded a photo of the problem, and quickly received both an email and text confirming the appointment. In the morning, I received another text stating Mike was on his way. It included a photo to identify him. Mike arrived, I showed him the issue, and he explained what would need to be done to fix it. I asked some follow up/additional questions which he didn't hesitate to answer, which I appreciated. Provided up front pricing and got to work. It took about an hour to replace the Water Main Line into the house. The soldering job looks great, no more leak. He verified the water pressure in the house was back up to a good pressure for the faucets etc... Showed me with the gauge with the current water pressure. Job done. I am happy with the communication and work performed and will use 100% Plumbing in the future. read more
