Anthony, the tech they sent out tried to sell me services and equipment that I found out from another trusted source were totally unnecessary. Every time I challenged with a question, his advice/answers would change. I felt like I was totally being lied to and have since learned that I was! read more

I have always believed that Communication is the Key to positive outcomes. That said, I need to express my gratitude to Don-O. The Wyman technician who was informative, reliable and thorough from the start. I'm pretty sure his expertise with more long lasting and durable materials was a much needed upgrade. However, I'm not yet finished with changing the kitchen sink... But, when I decide I know Who to Call. Lastly, Today,Technician Anthony worked with Don-O.It saved a lot of time as the work involved all of the sinks !!! SJ Russell read more

I found Wyman through their great Google reviews. We had a leak at the main water meter in our yard. Setting up the appointment was easy and communications were good with confirmation of service and text/email notices that the technician was on his way. Anthony arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He handed us a brochure on their membership as soon as he got out of his truck in salesman mode. He identified the issue and gave us a quote to replace two valves for $941. Not knowing what something like this should cost, we agreed to it. The job took 45 minutes. He went on to identify other plumbing needs with quotes of what he could do the job for, some of which we were aware of, but nothing that was urgent. Felt like he was more of a salesman than a plumber. We said we appreciated his imput but we were going to hold off. I was feeling uncomfortable with the nearly $1000 for work that took less than an hour. I contacted two plumbing companies to get a quote on the work we had done. One gave me a quote of $400 and the other $450. I also looked for the retail cost of the 2 valves which totaled about $130. Even with expected markup for the parts, that's a huge service fee. It's unfortunate, because we do have lots of plumbing work that needs to be done, but we won't use Wyman's, nor recommend them. I did call their office and share my frustration. Julie who took the call was very sympathetic and said she appreciated the feedback...end of story. read more

From the initial call in the late late afternoon, to getting on the schedule for the next early afternoon was a relief. Adam the technician Arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Before even digging to the problem, he knew most likely what the problem was. He quoted a fair price to make the repair And I gave the approval and sure enough the break was exactly what Adam figured it would be. He made the necessary repairs And put my yard back the way he found it. He went above and beyond to help me out as did the company. Thank you so much. Highly recommended. Any future plumbing problems this will be my go to company. Job very well done read more

Outstanding service and price! I needed a quick response to move a gas pipe to complete a remodel. Wyman was recommended and I got competing bids. I am very impressed with their work ethic, cleanliness, personal customer service and quality job for the most affordable price. Since I put my first review, I've had service from Wyman again. I had a small electric 2 gallon water heater installed under my kitchen sink as well as a new kitchen faucet. I had already purchased the items so the only charge would be the labor charge. I was charged $702 to install those two items in a matter of approximately two hours. I found Wyman very expensive and I will never use them again. read more

For liability purposes, I called to have a gas line hooked up to the dryer in my home. Nikki scheduled for a licensed plumber to come out for the job. She is very thorough and had communicated with me every step of the way. Skyler and Eric arrived at my home promptly and completed the job and while the work was very simple, the little things are the big things for me. Skyler and Eric were both professional, personable, and friendly. They even installed the hoses from my washer to the waterline without me asking. I highly recommend Wyman and will only look to them for any other future work in my home. read more

They had one on the truck was able to fix same day . Very pleased. 4 days later I call back now frig and freezer not staying cold. Robert comes out again next day. Robert goes out of his way to read the paperwork I received earlier from LG about a bad compressor . He makes the extra effort to check to see if it's working.. it's not. Luckily he points out it's still under warranty with LG. I would highly recommend this company, very honest! read more

I had couple of slow leaks on faucets and shower. I called Wyman and they came out the very next day. Nikki on the phone walked me through what to expect and to have parts ready just in case it wasn't a common part they usually carry. This bit of information saved me from having them to come back with parts. Long story short, they were able to fix and replace all in one visit. Our technician was Joshua (Kane). He was professional, prompt, and courteous. He didn't even mind me looking over his shoulders just to learn/monitor what's going on. They would be first call I'd make for any future plumbing needs; worth every penny. Highly recommend. read more

I contacted Wyman Plumbing to get an estimate on replacing gas lines that had corroded and were leaking gas. Felicia, the Wyman representative, informed me there would be a 65.00 charge to provide an estimate...what??? I contacted a number of other plumbing companies that provided a free estimate. Considering Wyman's high customer satisfaction rating, I am guessing charging for estimates is a way of keeping their workload at a more comfortable level. If you read the "From this business" section here on Yelp, Wyman Plumbing states they provide a FREE estimate, I guess that applies to estimates that do not require Wyman Plumbing to drive to the prospective customer's location or invest time to make the estimate. read more

We got some clogged toilets in one of our care homes. That's a big deal since we need to provide 100% for the residents. The Wyman team came in with two guys and they fixed the issue, which was more serious than we anticipated. I'm always very thankful for the work Wyman Plumbing provides. They might not be the cheapest but quality is always worth the pay. read more
