Nothing But Water Heaters was fantastic to work with. Our super old water heater finally gave up the ghost and decided to stop producing hot water and leak all over the place at the same time. We initially received a quote of around $3,600 for a gas-to-gas replacement from one of the larger companies, which felt a little painful. I called David, explained the situation, and he was able to give me a quote over the phone for a little under $2,000. He came out the very next day, removed the old water heater, installed the new one, and had everything up and running quickly. Not only do we have hot water again, but the entire area looks much cleaner and tidier than it did before he arrived. David was friendly, efficient, and straightforward throughout the entire process. It was nice to work with someone who specializes in water heaters, charges a reasonable and honest price, and gets the job done without turning it into a bigger production than necessary. Overall, 100% recommend Nothing But Water Heaters if your water heater decides to give up on life. read more

Amazing service, highly recommend David!! Promptly answered my call, had estimate and installed the hot water heater next day!!

My water heater gave out and began leaking. The day being Saturday I assumed that I would have to make an appointment or play phone tag with an endless list of technicians before getting someone out, and in the meantime deal with a flooding garage. Fortunately Nothing But Water Heaters was the second place I called and David answered right away. He arrived on time and even had the exact replacement water heater with him. He completed the job in about an hour and for a fair price. No upselling or haggling. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this business to anyone. read more

I contacted 3 different companies to come out and quote an electric water replacement. One never called back, one scheduled an appointment for a few days later and never showed up. David from Nothing But Water Heaters called and asked for some photos. I sent the photos and David provided a quote via text message. On the day of the replacement, David, arrived right at the beginning of the estimated window (how often does that happen?) and completed the water heater replacement in just about an hour. While working on my water heater he was talking with another potential client and I was impressed that he was honest and upfront about his recommendation for replacing a solar/electric water heater system, and the pros/cons of what he was suggesting. I would absolutely recommend Nothing But Water Heaters for any kind of water heater issues. read more

I had a water heater that was rusted out and leaking, so I started looking for someone to replace it. After talking with two other Water Heater companies I decided to go with "Nothing But..." and so glad I did. David was able to get me scheduled immediately and gave me a great price. The workmanship and customer service was beyond what I expected and couldn't have been happier with the results. They are 5 star for reason. I wish more service companies would have the integrity and workmanship that Nothing But has. read more

David came out himself and gave me an estimate that went well below the competition. Our tankless water heater was installed by the end of the week and has been working flawlessly ever since. Thanks for the fair shake David! read more

Don't pay plumbing companies prices! Got a good price from David and they were able to squeeze me in quickly. Great service and about 1/2 some plumbers prices. read more

I found a guy (Dave) who knows enough about my tankless water heater to recommend replacing parts instead of replacing the unit! He ordered them for my tankless, sight unseen because he is an experienced pro who doesn't feel right overcharging people for stuff they don't need! When the parts arrived Dave called and he came by to install them. Total bill $299 parts and labor!!! By The Way...their name is not true! They do other plumbing also, including installing a new salt water conditioner today. Parts and labor were $1900.00 and he flushed my tankless for $149! Great response time, great service, great prices, on time, no mess left behind, and can hold a conversation while working, without stopping, or screwing something up CALL DAVE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!! BTW I got two other estimates for a new salt conditioner and both companies were over $7400.00 read more

After waking up one morning to a leaking water heater in the laundry room, David was out super quickly to give a reasonable quote! I had been wanting to move the unit outside so I wouldn't have to worry about future leaks in the house and David was also able to get that done. It was a really rare windy day in Phoenix and felt soooo bad he had to build the metal water heater cabinet while battling mother nature! I am just really happy to get that space back in the laundry room and would not hesitate to hire again for future needs. read more

My experience with NBWH was awesome throughout the entire process. I contacted them after our Rinnai tankless started leaking (again) and David came out the next morning, explained my options and recommended a new Navien. TBH I was through with Rinnai and knew I wanted a Navien if it needed to be replaced, which it did. David gave me a very reasonable estimate on the spot and said he could get started immediately. That blew away my expectations. He purchased and installed the tank within a few hours and was very friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and showed me how to use the unit. We also programmed the circulation feature together. My wife and daughter are happy they can shower again and I look like a hero. If you are looking for a quality tankless water heater this is your company! read more

I noticed that my electric water heater was leaking at 7AM and frantically reached out to a few different vendors. David from Nothing But Water Heaters responded immediately, was able to be at my house within the hour, and had installed a new water heater for me by 11AM. He was friendly and open to answering all of my questions about water heaters and maintenance best practices, and he was very clear and transparent about the costs to repair. When I woke up, I was terrified by how much work, money, and stress this issue was going to take to resolve, and by lunchtime everything was good as new. You really can't ask for a better appliance service call than that - highly recommend this company for any water heater needs. read more

I found "Nothing But Water Heaters" on Yelp, when I did a yelp project where multiple contractors can bid on a job. My senior father had a leaking hot water heater that needed replacement, in the home he rents from me. The contractor reached out quickly for a quote... I did everything through Yelp without a phone call, which was appreciated. It's nice to have things in writing, and not feel like you're pressured to have someone come out and give you an estimate, when you could just as well, send them photos and get a few estimates beforehand, from a few reputable companies. A price was agreed-upon that was acceptable for the job, and they were available to do the job same day. They were extremely responsive, and showed up in less than an hour with a new hot water heater to replace the leaking one. The quality of the install is great, professional, and clean. I paid over the phone, and received photos from the technician who installed the new hot water heater in my rental home. The tenant (my father) was thrilled with the quick response time and the quality of the install. An invoice and receipt was sent less than five minutes after the install was completed. To summarize: responsive, speedy, reasonable price, quality install, good communication, flexible, transparent. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again! read more
