Something I virtually never do is look at my water heater in the garage when I go out to the car. I did a week ago and was dismayed to see that it was leaking, and had been for a while. Kyle was the consummate professional - personable, professional, and skillful. The icing on the cake is that this company has a connection to a finance company that provided me a six month payment plan with zero interest. It was amazingly easy.
