EASILY my favorite company I've ever done business with in the Valley! I had a unique situation with getting a two stage whole home water filtration system added to my existing salt water softener. Brian was so knowledgeable and passionate when he came out to talk about my home's existing plumbing. When we bought the house in 2022, it was called out on our inspection report that the polyethylene piping from the main to our home should be replaced. After talking with Brian, I felt so good getting CWS to replace and redo the poly with good old copper. Michael came out a few days later and did a beautiful job installing all the copper plumbing and two stage water filtration system that includes the water pressure gauges and bypass valves (which are great to have for servicing and/or if something bad happens in the future). I highly recommend everyone get the psi pressure gauges installed ESPECIALLY with the valley having higher water pressure right now with the ongoing construction needs (which I'll talk about next). After Michael completed his job, the city of Phoenix replaced my water meter. Turns out my old water meter near the street had a leak to it. Once the water meter was replaced I noticed the psi on the gauges climbed to 100-110 (depending upon time of day). For those that don't know, plumbing likes to be in the 50-70 psi range. Anything above 90 and you should really get a plumber out to look at your pressure reducing valve (PRV). While my pressure was high, I noticed my backyard irrigation system was EXTREMELY powerful! The way the water from the main gets teed off between inside of my house and backyard pool + irrigation needs, it was obvious city of Phoenix replacing water meter was the culprit. Whenever a water meter gets replaced, they don't do a good job keeping it clean installing it where sediment will often get into the line and cause PRVs to fail. That's what happened with mine where CWS came out the next day and replaced both of my PRVs with Kyle doing a great job as well. Now, my water pressure is sitting nicely at 70 psi. I like my pressure on the higher side of that 50-70psi Lofty review but I really loved having this company update my plumbing and install the whole home 20" big blue water filtration system! They really do care about customers AND the work they do. There's a VERY GOOD reason their reviews are 5/5 on Google and Yelp! Can't beat their prices too that are VERY transparent! Great payment options and warranty as well! Also, I like the products they use since it's NOT relegated to a single manufacturer. Will recommend them to everyone. read more

Danny was out to change my water filter. He was extremely friendly, personable, and answered all of my questions. He arrived on time and did a very thorough job. In addition to changing my water filter, he checked the water pressure and did some other water tests. As he was doing the tests, he explained to me everything he was doing. Also, this company is easy to get a hold of by phone, and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. read more

Great service! Brynna did a great job explaining the system with no pressure to upsell and awesome follow up! Kyle arrived early for the install and took the time to do the install right. And, the price was better than competitor offerings. Our 20-year old softener had a sloppy installation with the connection loop going at an angel. Kyle took the previous installed pipes apart and delivered a nice clean install. I love being able to buy local from a company the follows through from the first time I dropped by their office. I strongly recommend using CWS! Once we're ready to replace our RO system, we will definitely call Complete Water Systems. read more

Very easy to work with. The guy who came out was fine, the real winner was whoever the lady I called to schedule the thing. So easy and very affordable. read more

By far the best prices I've found. Their approach is very low pressure and they explain what's included in their different options. The install was quick as well. read more

Needed a 20 year + water heater replaced, gave good quotes and estimates. Booked a time within the week, tech arrived on time and soloed the install, everything looks up to spec. So far so good, will report back if anything goes wrong, but so far I would definitely recommend this company. read more

Brian was out to my home yesterday to install a new 64k CWS system and did a fantastic job. He spent time with me going over the system before and after installation. Great communication and exceptional customer service. I will definitely contact Complete Water Systems for any plumbing needs in the future. Thank you! read more

Very impressed wih Complete Water System Company. Met Michael while he was servicing another house in my neighborhood. After discussing my softwater and RO system problems, he assured me the problems were fixable. By the time I got home and called the office, Michael had already called in and explained what my problem was, so I didn't have to go into again. Michael is extremely knowledgeable reagarding water systems. He was able to get my system back on track again, while explaining why the problems had occured. After dealing with a very inferior company for serveral years, it was refreshing to have someone who honestly cared about the customer and the service they were providing to me. I highly recommend Complete Water Systems and Micheal. They will be my go to company from here on out. read more

Very pleased! We had a tech come out to do a tankless water heater flush/descaling. He was prompt, courteous and even checked our water softener to confirm that it was working properly while here. Their pricing was less than the quotes that I rec'd from a couple of plumbing companies to do the same job. I would highly recommend based on our experience and will be using them again in the future. read more

Just bought a house in Chandler and did some research on Yelp for water softener installers. Found Complete Water Systems, called and spoke with Tricia, who was very knowledgeable. I placed an order for a water softener system plus reverse osmosis water filtration. Josh came out on the scheduled day and he did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the results now that we have filtered water to drink and softened water throughout the house. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service and total professional in Josh. read more

Highly recommend! Reached out for a water flush and was given exceptional service! We have many plumbing type projects coming up in our current home, we will be using you guys in the future! Got charged $85 for a 5 min visit to quote me what I should have known over the phone. Said very clearly what my WS systems issue was. Person taking the call gave the guy the wrong address and an unclear call reason. For that, I'm out $85. read more

So glad we found this company! We did our research and they carry the best systems. Trish was so patient and kind. She explained each of the options and was patient over a few days while we made our final selection. We ended up with a hybrid system for soft water and water filtration. Also went ahead and got an RO system for our kitchen. The installer Michael was on time, very professional, cleaned up everything, took old system, and explained everything very thoroughly before leaving. The clack systems they sell are solid and once they're in you can pretty much forget about them (minus adding potassium chloride cubes as needed). Super impressed with the company start to finish! read more

We replaced the old R.O. System they originally installed about 18 years ago with the new Hydrosplash 5 stage R.O. system. It's designed for very easy filter replacement anyone can do without having to make a service call and the filters are available online. The water quality is excellent. I would certainly recommend this system to anyone in the Phoenix area. read more

Two weeks ago Complete Water Systems installed a new water heater when my 20 year old heater sprung a leak. It turned out to have a flaw and after a couple of attempts to fix it, Brian took it out and installed a new one. Installations were in 100+ temperatures. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. I will definitely use CWS for any future plumbing needs. Oh, and before hiring CWS, I got another estimate from one of the major Valley companies. He asked me what CWS's estimate was. I told him and he said, "You better take it. I haven't estimated a new heater that low since 2012. read more

I am so glad I found this company! Brynna answered the phone when I called late on a Friday afternoon. She was great, was familiar with the job I needed done, told me what it would cost and, since it was not urgent, set me up for a Monday afternoon appointment. Frankly the quote was so reasonable I ended up asking to have additional work done on the same visit if possible (it was). Monday morning I received a call from Brynna giving me the option of moving up my appointment - perfect. Let me tell you, David is a real pro. He quickly checked everything, the water pressure to the house ... everything. After his evaluation he said, "I have only good news for you". Evidently the repairs I knew I needed were all the repairs I REALLY needed! No upselling. The repairs were done expertly with no surprises. My actual bill was what I had been quoted. I value things like honesty, integrity, fair prices, promptness, and solid work. If I could give them more than 5 stars - I would. read more

I recommend Complete Water Systems to anyone who needs a water heater and or water softening system! These days it is hard to find service companies that provide quality work. However, CWS provides just that. Brian, who installed our system, was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. read more

We purchased a hybrid water softener/whole home water filter almost 4 years ago, and we love it! We also purchased a reverse osmosis water filter and Complete Water Systems installed it and drilled the hole on our countertop. They come once a year to my home to change the filters and check to see if the water softener is working properly. The employees I have talked to on the phone have all been amazing and super helpful. The technicians who have come to my home have all been so friendly and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, honest, and reputable company for water filtration needs. read more

Something I virtually never do is look at my water heater in the garage when I go out to the car. I did a week ago and was dismayed to see that it was leaking, and had been for a while. I hadn't noticed it because the pan was containing it. Time for a new unit. I contacted six companies with excellent reviews for an estimate. All but one were over $2,000 with one as high as $2,750. I was shocked. But, when I contacted Complete Water Systems I received a quote approximately $1,000 less than the average of the other five, and this was for a Rheem unit with a 9 year warranty rather than the standard 6. Guess who I hired? You guessed it already? On the day of installation, Kyle Johnson brought my new unit, took the old one away, installed the new one, and was on his way in less than 2 1/2 hours. Kyle was the consummate professional - personable, professional, and skillful. The icing on the cake is that this company has a connection to a finance company that provided me a six month payment plan with zero interest. It was amazingly easy. Now I'm guessing if you have any credit issues, it won't be 0% interest, but I recommend you look into it if you would prefer financing. Most I,port antsy, I highly, highly recommend you use Complete Water Systems as they are remarkably easy to work with, do a fantastic job with excellent products, and are as easy on the wallet as I've seen anywhere. read more

At the start customer service was very informative and quick to respond to all my questions. This is our first time getting a water softener and RO system and there are tons of options but the rep was patient and answered all of my questions which helped me choose the best options for our family. Mike the technician was super friendly very happy to answer all our questions about the install, how to use, what to expect. He even went above and beyond as we were moving in and trying to get the house situated. Good people are extremely hard to find and Mike is a solid dude. This company gets 10/10 from me I will definitely be recommending to all friends and family whether they ask or not. To top it off it looks damn good in the garage. read more

I had to change a couple of times and all I got was, no problem. Michael installed a new toilet, picked it up for me, took away the old one. The work was perfect and he's a very nice, professional guy. Won't hesitate calling again the next time something comes up. read more

Chris, my tech, showed up on time and ready to work. He was professional and friendly throughout the time he spent at my house. I only had asked for my RO to be looked at and after Chris found the problem immediately he offered to check my water softener and test the water quality coming from the city and then from my house. I really appreciated this since the service call was going to cost me $75 and the water softener and water test are part of the service. I wouldn't have known this or even asked. Great service from start to finish. If Chris isn't cooking in the kitchen, I'm glad he's there checking our water. read more

Phenomenal service! After speaking to 5+ plumbers for repairs, Complete Water Systems was the only company that went above in customer service. This company informed me the parts that were causing my water heater issues were under warranty by the manufacturer and would order the piece and only charge for installation and labor, thus saving me hundreds in repairs! Complete Water Systems made their customer feel they truly valued the need of their client and not how much they could up charge. I will forever keep Complete Water Systems as our plumber.
