After discussing my softwater and RO system problems, he assured me the problems were fixable. Something I virtually never do is look at my water heater in the garage when I go out to the car. I did a week ago and was dismayed to see that it was leaking, and had been for a while. I hadn't noticed it because the pan was containing it. Time for a new unit. I contacted six companies with excellent reviews for an estimate. All but one were over $2,000 with one as high as $2,750. I was shocked. But, when I contacted Complete Water Systems I received a quote approximately $1,000 less than the average of the other five, and this was for a Rheem unit with a 9 year warranty rather than the standard 6. Guess who I hired? You guessed it already? On the day of installation, Kyle Johnson brought my new unit, took the old one away, installed the new one, and was on his way in less than 2 1/2 hours. Kyle was the consummate professional - personable, professional, and skillful. The icing on the cake is that this company has a connection to a finance company that provided me a six month payment plan with zero interest. It was amazingly easy. Now I'm guessing if you have any credit issues, it won't be 0% interest, but I recommend you look into it if you would prefer financing.
