My system is great I can't believe I went 10 years with a salt system. This is so much easier and works much better. My skin feels better and no more salt. I do love being able to drink from anywhere in the house too. I wish there was a way to tell if the buildup in the pipes was going away but nevertheless I'm a happy camper. If you live in Lake Havasu City Arizona STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We were told our water would be clean and only minimal minerals would be found good for you right. Unfortunately we have been complaining of mineral deposits wherever the water has been allowed to dry leaving ugly stains. The company suggests cleaning the hot water heater what this has to do with the cold water supply has never been fully explained. They will NOT come out to inspect the system or offer a solution other than the water heater. Our drip tray on our refrigerator ice maker is now stained with minerals that no longer clean off. Please don't use this business at all. I had experience with them and I am not happy at all. We installed H2O concept in our house two years ago. The whole system was 5k or more and has a 10 year warranty. In the past month I have noticed that system is not working. We called the company who installed the system, and the rep. told us we can do troubleshooting over the phone. Next following day still not working. We called customer service again and insisted they sent a technician at this time. It was determined that the circuit board died. Now remember this is under 10 year warranty and they ended up charging trip charge of $145.00 stating that's their company policy. If something is under the warranty they should repair without any charge. If there is a must charge for situations like this then it should be reduced. Fair charge would be $50.00 this was a 5 minute job. This business has low ratings so now I know why. I just become another individual to give them 1star. And the person who answered the phone. Salesperson tried to get us to sign a contract, telling us it was only permission to run a credit check. We found the system to be very expensive. We asked the salesperson to leave a business card and if we decided too purchase, we would call him. He wouldn't stop calling trying to get us to buy the system. We finally told him to never call us again under threat of reporting him and the business to the States Attorney. Read the other reviews, then search for another solution. read more

So I was told since he left that he would be back the next day on Sunday.And normally he would not work on Sunday but for us he would. I said ok what time would he be at the house , I was told between 7-8am. I told them ok and he better be here since I am leaving for work at 7:45. At 8:24 am I called the sales agent Allan Holmes to find out what is going on since your man is not here yet. Well my call went unanswered so I left a message to have him call me . At 8:38am I received a call from Sherry and she told me our installer woke up with a stomach bug and was not able to show up. It is amazing that he came down with stomach issues . We live in a small town in Wickenburg Az. And the company representative lives approximately 32 miles away. We were ready to spend $5090 on one of their systems . But we will not be treated with disrespect from a salesperson who doesn't know how to treat a customer and be honest with them. I would award more stars if possible. Our first impression was excellent. The scheduler was polite and accommodating, she worked with us around our schedule. Irving Bush, the salesperson, was the ultimate professional. He arrived for the appointment on time, he sold the features and benefits of his product and at no time bad mouthed his competitors. We had told him we were looking at multiple suppliers. HIs proposal was upfront and precise. At not time was he pushy or aggressive offering "buy right now pricing". Upon notifying him of our desire to order, he worked with us to have the installation to our convenience not H20 concepts' convenience. The installer, John, was also extremely professional. His install was quick and neat. Upon clean up, he not only swept the area around his installation work, but the remainder of the golf cart parking area and my work bench space in our garage where the system is located. The system is working beyond expectations, the water is cleat and tastes good. We are comfortable we made the correct purchase of the 1044. read more

The installation and service is amazing! I had this system when I lived in the city and when I moved to a rural area and am on well water I purchased the system. In the city, the system is maintenance free. On a well it's very low maintenance. I highly recommend this system no matter where you live in Arizona. H2O concepts are a pure scam and their sales tactics are pure lies. It doesn't help that real estate agents in the valley are selling this product as the best thing out there. Do not trust anyone that tries to tell you the system will get you the best water that you need. Sherri, the manager is rude and cuts and unprofessional. I got yelled at in the middle of trying to tell her about all the trouble my family went through and how sick my three year-old son has been from error. They made when installing the machine. Ryan, unresponsive. Front desk, rude and will take messages for weeks without anyone calling you back. In a nutshell, you will be treated well until you buy the product but if you need anything after that, forget about it. I wish there was a short version to our story. But we have had so much gone wrong. I can't make a shorter than this. We had the system installed about six months ago. After a couple of months against my better judgment I had them come in and connect our RO spout to their water system. Many stomach issues, numerous doctors appointments for me, my husband, and our three-year-old son, some testing and come to find out we were experiencing all of this due to drinking chlorine. They came back and informed us that it was not connected wrong by their employ and we were drinking tap water for 2+ months. The water is very very hard. We have residue on Oliver sinks. Some of our dishes and glasses are ruined from the hard water. Fed up we spent $500 on a water test to see what the results would come back as. In a nutshell, we fall 10 points under Arizona average of 57! You would think when you spend so much money on a water system. Your water would be substantially better than your tapwater, but it's not. It's all appears scam. We are $3000 in on top of what we paid for the water system. After getting water test results, I contacted the company to let them know. I want the system out of my house and I would like a full refund. It seems that the manager was not there every single day for a week. Finally, they scheduled someone to come to my house to reconnect my RO system so I can have drinking water and not have to buy bottled water. They gave me a window for someone to come on Tuesday Tuesday between Aiden 12. They were a no-show. Two phone calls to the company and they said he is just running a little bit behind and should be at my house around five. I asked to speak with the manager who was not there, conveniently.I am trying to get this unit out of my house and get my money back All while reclaiming our health. My poor three-year-old had to take medication because he had so many stomach troubles, and when they did stool analysis, it was basically from chlorine and other issues with the water. BUYER BEWARE!!!! They put a system in our house and the next day, our 20th Anniversary BTW, we woke up to a flooded house that had been remodeled less than a year ago. Had a 3rd partplumber out who determined they failed to inspect the line they drained into before they tapped into it, so he spent 15 seconds properly securing the line himself and we've had no issues since. Followed up with H2O Concepts and they sent out a handyman to inspect what happened. Not surprisingly they determined it wasn't their fault. Never mind we had zero plumbing issues and that they chose to drain into a line they didn't inspect. Not only did they not accept responsibility, but they weren't the slightest bit sorry for the huge inconvenience. The plumber we hired to come Out and see what was up said that most companies like this doesn't hire very experienced plumbers and that any plumber with their salt should have inspected and secured the line before they used it. Thanks for destroying our dream house and causing us to have to live through yet another remodel. I bought a water treatment system from H2O Concepts that was installed on June 17, 2014. The system worked, and seemingly still works great. I knew I was coming up on the 10-year mark sometime soon and knew that the system was warranted for 10 years but didn't recall the exact date. After being out of town off and on for a few months, I found the information packet that was provided to me during the installation. Well, low and behold I was four days past the original 10-year warranty date (it was10 years ago!!!). I called to try and renew it and they refused, saying that the renewal needed to occur prior to the nine year and 11-month mark. Needless to say, I was not happy. So unhappy that if I ever need to replace this system, I will not be using H2O Concepts to do it simply because of the warranty issue. Yeah, it's my fault for blowing the date, but four days out, come on! It's not like it was six months after the fact, for something that was purchased 10 YEARS AGO! It's really sad to me that you're only responding more than a year after my post and because my insurance company is rightly suing you for the damage you caused. It's even more sad that you're response is full of lies though. Let's break this down... 1. The home was flooded from the washer lines. So the washer lines decided to flood the night you guys put in your system when they hadn't flooded prior to then? The remodel was done 60 days prior and everything was working fine until you all arrived. Seriously...you're making this really easy for me. 2. They didn't even go in the house. This is just factually incorrect. I showed their install tech how the line went from the old system in the garage into the laundry room. He had to come inside into the laundry room to see that. This is a blatant lie. What's funny to me is that if he hadn't come inside as you state then how would he know where the line he tapped into was draining? So he drained into an uninspected and unverified line then? Nice install! Even though you're lying and he did come inside, I think it's comical that even your lies amount to this being your fault and the result of a shoddy install. 3. It was proven multiple times. No one has ever proven anything to me, or attempted to for that matter. You are obviously telling this to yourself which, again, is a flat out lie. Anyone else picking up on the theme with these guys? Again, just do yourself a favor and stay away from them at all costs. Please learn from my mistake in hiring these people in the first place. I have had my system for over 10 years. I don't have to worry about maintenance on the system. It provides clean great tasting water at all the faucets in the house . My clothes come out great when I wash them . I do not have any problem with spotting I do see spots but they wipe off very easily . read more

We bought a H2O system on 8/31/2012, installed on 9/14/2012 and paid $4,244. While I believed in the technology and the sales videos, my wife was not on board with paying that excessive amount for a water system. We we promised by our salesperson (Kerry K.) that in 10 years they would replace our whole H2O system with a new one, giving us 10 more years, if we pay $695 to extend our warranty. The fact that we would receive a new system in 10 years was the only way my wife would accept paying $4,244 and we bought our system. I called in June 2022 to make sure everything was ok and was told there was no "new system" in 10 years, and we were lied to by our salesperson apparently. I made sure to ask about sending in the extended warranty. I sent in the Extended Warranty on 8/28/2022 with my check for $695. A couple days later I received a call from a very rude representative informing me that we missed the deadline for the Warranty. If we wanted to extend the Warranty, we would have to pay an additional $100 and $145 to test our system. WHAT???? I asked to talk to the manager. I was told Sherry would get right back to me. I didn't hear back from her for three weeks!! Sherry was the most HORRIBLE RUDE person I have ever talked to, she said we were not entitled to anything!! I missed the deadline, not intentionally. I tried to explain we were on the road for four month and sure did not mean to miss the deadline. She did not care. I have not treated so horribly in my life. SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a house that has a 1054 combo system. My first complaint is that the 10 year warranty is not transferable. The last owner paid nearly $5000 for this system. Why any product installed in a home can't transfer warranties is the most absurd business practice. Do you stand behind your product or not? We've done some remodeling and replaced many fixtures. Within months, I'm already seeing significant calcium build up. I'm planning to send some samples to a lab to see if there is any measurable difference in water quality. I would recommend not to purchase . Reasons , service is horrible, check Angis list , they give it a fail ! I have had discolored water and contacted H20 with no solution . i then took samples to a Laboratories and had samples tested.The report showed that the TDS Total dissolved Solids were 4 X higher the the EPA allows . I was told by the Laboratories it would be recommended to bypass the conditioner . I have proof of this from the Laboratories and still H20 concepts still will not agree to replace the defective unit . We have had our system for four years now and very pleased with results. It's quite pricey for the average family income but worth it if you can afford it. It would be good if they could find a way to reduce the initial investment. you also have to understand it's not a water softener. It puts the hardness into solution and prevents hard water build up but surfaces in shower need to be wiped down periodically. We ran water softeners for over 30 years and won't go back. No salt. The best thing is outstanding taste of water and you still get the minerals. read more

I purchased a system in Dec of this year. When I called to order my system I asked to be sure that I would not need the softeners that were now installed for the hardness and told that I would not need them. I had to order a water test prior to them building the system which I did at a cost of $295 and sent it to them. They set up an installation for the 7th of Dec. The tech showed up and installed the system and after it was installed I asked him if I still needed the salt softeners and was t old that they could be removed as they were not needed anymore, which I had done. The water that was now being delivered to the house seemed to be very hard and irritating to my wife's skin. After a week of this I ordered another water sample and it came back showing that the water was very hard still, which is what it showed on the first sample and most of the other reading had not changes much either. I called the company and talked to a Ryan about this and he said I would need to get another sample which I told him I had already done it and would send the results. After he received the report I had to call to speak to him again and he told me that he had to speak to someone else as he did not know what to do. After about a week with out hearing anything I called back and was told that the person that needed to look into this was out for some more time. Not hearing form anyone I called back and asked to speak to Ryan again. I was transferred to someone and she identified herself as the owner. After our conversation she told me that the system never was designed to remove the hardness and the paper I signed said this and they would do nothing except install some salt water softener at my expense. I had reviewed companies TV adds and videos they have on line where they state that the system replaces the need for the conventional water softeners. At the end of our conversation I requested that they remove the system and refund the almost $8000 that was paid and I was informed that she would not do anything to remedy the problem. I was very excited about our H2O Concepts water system after watching their infomercial but a few months in started seeing signs of Hard Water damage. I watched their infomercial again and it clearly states that it will eliminate hard water problems. That is completely false. Had our instant Hot Water heater flushed out and after only 8 months of use the water was green and scaley. He said the worst he has seen. Just found out why our faucet valves are leaking, spots on shower glass won't come off and our dry skin is so bad. The H2O Concepts system that was installed in our new home (installed by prior owner for $4,500) was not a real water softener/filtration system (did some independent research as well). ProSkill Plumbing is installing a water softener (a real one) carbon filtration system and RO unit for nearly half of what H2O charged the original owner. Yikes, looking at the other reviews here, I'm pretty upset. You may want to rethink installing one of these H2O systems. read more

The technology of H2O Concepts is pure Smoke & Mirrors. Their technology 0.1% factual and is EXTREMELY overstated and twisted to make you believe it is "Be All and End All" of water technology. IT IS NOT. Ask them to give an in depth review of the technology. Then ask for it in writing so you can ask you local University Chemistry department for their review. To a layman it sounds high tech. To true professionals in my field, these type of companies are selling VERY HIGH PRESSURE "Snake Oil" and give my industry a bad name. If they demand that both spouse should be present or won't give prices up front - RUN! If you want good tasting water simply install a carbon filter and replace it every few months. I called they won't even talk about a price without first sending someone out to your house. They say they have to test your water quality, that's BULL everyone's house has to fall within state guidelines. They just want to keep hounding you... The cost is over $4000. They are trying to keep this a family business, one problem I've found is its like a family of gypsies! !! Do your research you can get puritiers that take out most of harmful chlorine and things for about $30-$40 per faucet and then a filter at about $20 per year-year and a half. We built a house and researched water systems because the water in our area is notoriously bad. The salesperson sold us on the H2o Concepts whole house water filtration system. He had us taste the water. It had a taste, but he said it was calcium and magnesium, which are good for you. I didn't realize the water would be this hard. It is ruining my dishwasher, our kitchen faucet sprayer, and probably the ice-maker in our freezer. I can't stand to drink the water in our house on a regular basis, so still have to buy bottled water. Listen to the reviews. And they don't have a return policy, at all. read more

I have had 2 H2O systems spanning the past 20 years. I've been very pleased with their service and responsiveness, so I don't understand these negative reviews at all. But, then, I wouldn't expect a vendor to quote an installation without seeing where it needs to be installed. How can they possibly know how much effort is required to hook into the water supply or route the backwash outflow? My installation required digging a trench from the garage to the sewer main! Much more expensive than routing to a washing machine drain. The important part of a vendor relationship is post installation. What counts for me is that when I call H2O, they proactively respond in a friendly and professional manner. Twice they have honored their warranty and replaced parts without complaint or cost to me. First of all, we love the product and we are not displeased with it in any way. However, they are quick to offer referral bonuses for business you give them but remiss in following through. We personally purchased 3 systems for 3 different homes. I then referred someone else to them whose system was installed over 2 months ago and I have had to chase down the referral bonus. Sherry - in the office - just called after I have now had 6 conversations with the company about this to very sarcastically tell me it would be to me by Friday unless I wanted to DRIVE THERE TO PICK IT UP. Sure, after giving them $20,000 of business I am going to get in a car and drive to pick up a check. REALLY!
