A family owned good honest company owned by Alex and Janice. We bought this water filtration system from them three years ago. I had recently called them to come out to service the unit to make sure it is still running properly, and it was. I usually Vet companies to figure out if they are the right fit, they still are. I love doing business with people that are honest and trustworthy. Thank you so much for being who you are. I WOULD RECOMMEND read more

I purchased a system in 2021 and have had no issues. Three years later I did have a question about something on the system and I called Friday at 5pm and said on the message give me a call Monday. I heard from someone that evening! Side note the water in Mesa is horrible. We did an experiment and distilled tap water (no filter) and the smell and amount of buildup was terrible. The top of the distiller was hard to clean. We distilled our filtered water. No smell and just a small amount of buildup (likely from potassium) and easily wiped off. I would highly recommend this system read more

After one year of using our Energy One Water System, it continues to exceed our expectations. This is the first whole house system we have used and appreciate water that is filtered at every tap --including the tub and shower! Just this month, we needed to temporarily move our system due to renovation that include flooring. My husband called the company and spoke to Alex looking for a walk through of the steps. Before the end of the conversation, Alex volunteered to come out to show my husband how to remove it and reinstall. What a service!!!! I recommend this company to everyone! read more

2 years ago, I purchased a older home that had the existing "Magnum" Water softener. Being from WA State, I knew nothing about how these things work. I did have and paid for a service call with Alex, and he was super helpful, and very professional explaining the do's and don'ts. Recently I was hearing "dripping" noises and was a little worried there was a leak somewhere. I called Alex and left a message with my concern and Alex did call me back right away! (it was after hours too) He gave me information over the phone. We did a quick check that the tank was doing ok. Ok.. I can breathe now. HaHa! He was so nice to help me out over the phone with some quick instructions without a service call cost! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you, Cindi read more

We have had our water treatment system since 2016 and we are so pleased with it. We were concerned about it for the first time in 8 years- first issue we have had. We called Alex and he came out the same day to rebuild a valve and we are up and running again! Incredible customer service. Would highly recommend. Thank you from Craig and Karen read more

We have had our energy one water system for 8 years. We love the filtered water. While others in our community drink bottled water, we have great water from the tap. There has been no calcium build-up in those eight years on any of our faucets, tubs, or showers. We had a recent question and energy one was very responsive. Even after 8 years, they were still willing to answer our concerns. Great company and great product. read more

Never had such great care and service from any company!!! Water treatment system installed in Casa Grande home and now also in our ShowLow home. Super clear, soft and clean water in our whole home! Couldn't be happier with the service or product. I recommend to all my friends!!! read more

Very rarely do I make decisions about personal purchases without checking references, but in this particular case when Alex Chrys, president of Energy One, presented his whole house filtration system and went through the long term relationships he has built with his customers over the last 30+ years, and how they have become his close family friends, I felt at ease and took a chance. I am happy to report that that my family won't have to take showers or baths or cook food with chemical laced tap water anymore! Today is the first day we have had the system and I tested the water from the main water line 'before' the filter and a few of the taps in the house, cold water lines as the hot water hadn't circulated yet, and to my delight there was zero chlorine in the tap water (clear) and a high level of chlorine from the main line (pink). I went a step further and tested my pool water and it was even a lighter pink than what comes out of the water main- proving that the city water is full of chlorine which means to me that they are attempting to kill any bacteria and other garbage in the water, but who wants to drink chlorinated water if you don't have to. The PH of the water out of the softener has also risen which I am happy to see. Alex's prices, product and install services are 5* and I highly recommend !! Brian Markus - Scottsdale, AZ read more

The 1 Star is for service calls. I thought I had an issue with my water softener producing a LOUD PITCH noise and contacted EnergyOne who I purchased it from they told me it would cost $225.00 for a service call. BUYER beware the service call fee is astronomical if you have any issues or concerns so I cannot recommend them. EnergyOne came out looked at water softener and couldn't find anything wrong and charged the full $225.00 after walking around and pushing a few buttons. And stated I needed a plumber, I found PLUMBSERVE and contacted Addam who came out for NO CHARGE to check things out, thinks he found a problem it might be my Bonnet and Poppet valve and told me where to get it so I can fix it myself and if I still have issues he would be able to come out because it could be my Pressure Vacuum Breaker and that may need to be replaced as well and that would be parts plus $165.00 for the repair. I was happy to tip him for coming out for free and fingers crossed I can repair it myself. I can't say enough how much I appreciated this especially with being retired and on a single income. read more

I feel pretty much scammed by these guys. They might be okay if you're in the market for a new system, but I was referred to try and repair an existing water softener. They called, asked me to send pics and my address and then responded saying by text that they'd be out to replace the transformer and wire. I assumed (lesson learned) that this meant they would be fixing it. No one explained that they would just be trying out the transformer (see the picture). A tech came out, worked for a couple hours, and then told us the repair was no good and the owner would be out later to talk "options." Our options were to put another $280 I to the repair or $3000 into a full system. At least they were honest the second time and said they thought it was unlikely the repair would work. If these guys are as experienced as they say they are, I find it suspicious they didn't say something right when they say the pictures or when their tech arrived - they later told us that our softener was a Frankenstein of parts and that the insides were probably bad. Definitely some integrity is being sacrificed in the name of sales. These guys are just in the business of selling full systems, but they won't tell you that and they'll take your money ($226) just for not buying one. read more

Energy One - Text conversation with the company implying they'd repair my unit - Water Purification Services Near Me

We had the owner come out for an estimate about 3 weeks ago. He advised us that he was not like other companies that waste their time and potential clients time testing our water. We told him we would get back to him if we were going to go with his company and we told him we were getting estimates from other companies. I felt he was extremely determined to get us to put a deposit down even though we told him we were still shopping around! He continued to be persistent in getting our business right then and there and we told him we were not ready to make a decision. He showed up at my door today saying that my husband texted him telling him to come this week! I told him that my husband did not tell me anything about this and I told him I would have my husband get back to him when he gets home! I told him we just had a death in the family and he did not even acknowledge that. He then asked me if we went with someone else and I told him yes the work was already done. He then stated that my husband was not a man of his word and had no honor!!! I was taken aback and could not believe what he just said to me! I said to him I will have my husband call you back when he gets back and he said just tell him thank you for not being a man of his word or honor and then walked away! I am so glad that we chose another company who took the time to explain the benefits of their system and yes tested our water and even brought us a jug that he gives to his clients so we could taste what the end product would be!! Enough said! read more

The water softening system in our home needed some attention. Before calling anyone out to make repairs I do my homework on the company. I have noticed that there have been cases where there are good and bad reviews and I take that into consideration because no one can make everyone happy. In our case we were treated very fairly and the work was done promptly and to our satisfaction. I do not make recommendations lightly but in this case I highly recommend Energy One. read more

Can't begin to say enough about the quality of the water softener/filtration unit that we installed in our home in Parker, AZ. Our drinking water had issues out in the desert area, but after the installation we were so pleased with the availability of excellent drinking water and the softness without all of the hard water stains. We did our homework and Energy One by far had the best filtration system. Then we sold our home and relocated to NC. Having been so pleased with the filter we could not find anything comparable and so we ordered a second unit for our new home here in the Carolinas. It was shipped out quickly. Alex at Energy One was available to help with our plumber with questions on installing. We are so happy that we chose to go back with this company. You will be pleased with your purchase. read more

One Star Is Too High! When we had our water softener installed 4 years ago the rep was friendly and professional. Afterward every time I called for service I would be met with rudeness and condescension. Our recent interaction is what prompted this review. Our water softener is a little over 4 years old and it began leaking. All I want to know is when will they be coming out. I was told to text them my address and they responded that they will be out "next week" and will call before they arrive. I asked for a day and they couldn't tell me. I waited a week and still haven't received a response of when they can come out. I reached out again and was told "we are doing our best to take care of our customers". No apologies. Am I not one of their customers? No communication. Am I to wait at home each day and hope that this is the day they will show? What is sad is that this isn't the first time this has happened. Once is an accident. Twice is their way of doing business. I really regret buying from this company. read more

Alex was a wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about our whole house water softener/filter system. Would definitely recommend Energy One. Hard to find good customer service these days so I really appreciate it when I find it! Thank you, Alex! read more

The Energy One Water is the very best Water Osmosis / Purification Systam Legally Available in Arizona Today. As a medical doctor me and my father and half the family have been using the system for years. The heath benefits are overwhelming, with numerous scientific studies being done not only in US but all over the world. In the age of internet I would encourage anyone to do ones own research and see for oneself that the are nothing but pluses in getting and keeping the System. Not to mention the outstanding consumer services of the "Energy One Water" as a business. Dr. Christopher of Goodyear, Arizona read more

My wife and I moved to Phoenix 4 years ago from Omaha, Nebraska. We immediately began seeking a water purification system for our condo at Desert Ridge. One of our new neighbors referred us to Energy One and the rest is history. We are so very pleased with our water treatment system and knew it was the one after we listened to their thorough face to face explanation on how the system operated. This family business of over 40 years is remarkable. I recently called the owner, Alex Chrys, as we are having a luster concrete coating applied to our garage. Mr. Chrys talked us through on the phone on how to disconnect the water system, so that we could avoid (2) separate service calls on removing the tank off the garage floor and then having it re-connected by one of their technicians. It is very unusual in this day and age to have the owner of a company turn down an opportunity to make money on service calls which I believe displays the utmost honesty and integrity for his business. We are so Blessed to have a quality company like this operating for customers throughout the valley looking to dramatically improve their water health & safety consumption through this filtration system. I had the best experience with the entire process from proposal thru installation that I have had in years. Alex was a man of his word and that said a lot about the Company. I have a house that is just over 1 year old and I wanted to preserve the fixtures and plumbing but I had very little experience with softeners. Alex explained the difference in various conditioners and softeners and let me make up my own mind as to the system I needed with NO (not a little but NO) pressure. I compared their system to two other companies and Energy One beat them hands down. The installer was very professional and installed the system with no problems encountered. I highly recommend this company! W. F. Wright, Phoenix, AZ read more

We purchased a whole house system from Alex and the team at Energy One and couldn't be happier with it. I built a new home in Maricopa and purchased a system from Energy One and all went just as they said. When we first moved into our house our water was yellow! So I wanted a water filtration system for the whole house. Energy one's system turned our water into the cleanest water I have ever drunk. We recently moved out of state and our filter was not working and Alex talked to me while on vacation to help me fix it! He was super patient and helpful and knew exactly what to do to fix it. So glad we made the investment! read more

Alex is the owner operator. When I told him I was not interested in a water softener, he claimed that his product was a whole home purification system as well. He could not tell me any of the details as to the components of the water purification system. In hindsight he seemed to be exclusively concerned about making money for himself and not the actual needs of the customer. While these standard water softener systems may remove some or all chlorine, I highly doubt that it removes heavy metals, VOC's, medications, and other impurities, which Alex claimed it did. He said that I could drink the water and it would be just as healthy as drinking bottled purified water. After one to two weeks of drinking the water my skin broke out profusely in large pustules. When I switched back to drinking clean water, my skin became normal and healthy again. Alex charged me $3,000.00 for the system. When I had a potential issue with the product he seemed to take things very personally and continued to display that he seemed to only care about himself and about making money. Out of all the options one could choose for a water conditioner, my honest opinion is that Energy One is the worst. There may be businesses just as bad as Energy One, but I honestly doubt that there is any worse than them. read more

We moved into a new house (new to us) and discovered that the last owner failed to maintain the water softener. I didn't know anything about these systems. We discovered that the salt had formed a solid brick in the tank and wasn't working properly. We had two separate companies come out to give us an evaluation. The first company said we needed to replace the entire tank, some valves, and the whole electronic component to the system ( I didn't know much but it the electronic part seemed to be working just fine). So the second company came out (they are the ones stationed at Costco and swear they are reputable because they have the Costco backing). Well, they were worse. They came out and suggested that there were sooo many repairs that we should just replace the whole system with them for over $2500. Then finally, we had an epiphany and called the sticker on the unit. In comes Alex with EnergyOne. I texted with with him multiples times before I decided to have him come out. First, he educated me about the system, second he evaluated it and fixed it! All that it really needed was a couple of new valves which he replaced on the spot. He was the first honest guy I met about this system. After all his explanation, they actually are really easy systems to maintain. The repairs were done a little over a week ago and man we really do notice the difference in water quality! He was right that we'd be in for a treat! The water feels very nice and just a little soap goes a long way now. I really appreciate this company. And we paid a fraction of what the other 2 companies were hoping to charge. Hopefully, someone will benefit from this review and not have to go through a few companies first. read more

The whole house/softener system is so great!!! From the water quality to the customer service they are first rate! We would recommend them any day. They are honest and have great prices too. My favorite story is this: For years every evening I said to my husband, "have a nice shower" then he always said, "it's just a shower, what is there to enjoy" . Well after we had the system put in he said for the first time " I actually enjoyed my shower, and my skin is not dry anymore!" So that sums it up, we love the water! read more

We moved into a new to us home in New River AZ - on a well for water. There was a lot of water staining around the house plumbing fixtures, especially the dishwasher. And I have been told there was a lot of arsenic in the well water in our area - sure did not want any of that to drink! And I hate buying drinking water. I investigated a few companies and what their systems were like and what they could do. I ended up calling Energy One because they said it did the things I wanted a system to do, and treated all of the water coming into the house, not just part of it. A woman came to the house, explained everything, satisfied my questions, gave me the price, gulped and said ok. The installation went well - the guys who were here were helpful, conscientious and preformed a nice clean installation - and explained why where I had thought it should go was not the best option. One year later I am wondering "how do I know it is working?" I called and got a few texts and then a call from Alex. He said I could have a service call or he could check some things with me over the phone - I opted to save their time and my money and did the phone check. Very easy and Alex was great at talking me through all the items that we could check, made a couple of changes on his recommendation and done! Alex was great on the phone. The system is working great! and I am still happy I bought this system. I did not know I was talking to the owner, Alex! The sales person that came out a year ago was the owner also, the wife. Great team - great company! Thank you for a great product! read more

I could not believe you could have soft water without using salt in the water... I am continually amazed at the quality and softness of the water we get from Energy One's Magnum system. I was refusing to buy a water treatment system unless I could check the quality of the water myself. I was able to check a friends water that is using the Energy One system... zero hardness in his water; and, now, zero hardness in my water. The wife and I just love this system.. no more calcium buildup on glasses, no bad smell in the hot water and no white coating on my skin after a shower. Alex treated us right and we do recommend him and his system. read more

I would absolutely stay away from this business. If you are interested in getting the softener and water treatment equipment I would recommend calling Rayne instead. I bought a unit from Alex and, within 4 years the tank broke. Alex charged me an additional $600 plus a $100 Service trip. The Rayne products have a LIFETIME warranty. Alex will tell you, his system is built specifically for the Arizona water, probably in his garage. The next time mine breaks, I'm going to go with a National company who will stand behind their products and treats their customers right. This is not a good product or company read more
