Did not realize that it's been 4 years since our last water conditioner system! Called to schedule a filter change and check up and they were able to come out pretty quickly. Adam was great, really professional and knowledgable. He even was able to come out earlier than the time frame which was really helpful. We upgraded out at least 7 year old system to a nicer up to date system with a 5 year warranty. Won't think about using any other company, these guys are great. read more

Matt and his team are amazing. We are in the middle of a gut job renovation of our 1k sq ft condo. We have a small utility/storage space and wanted to install a system to protect our new plumbing and appliances. Matt explained our options, provided a clear estimate for a couple systems, and was patient while we worked through some logistics with our Project Manager. Issac arrived on time, explained what he was planning on doing, and executed that plan in a timely, clean, and professional manner. He had to do extra to get the drain and electrical connections to where they needed to be and that was some of the neatest installation I have ever seen outside of a This Old House episode. My husband filled out a form online for a quote for this company a couple weeks ago due to the raving online reviews and it had everything we were looking for. However, nobody reached out to him and so he called to inquire about his form he filled out a couple days later and the woman on the phone was very rude! She let him know someone would be in touch with him but was not friendly about it. Nobody ended up calling him, after confirming his correct phone number. I just called this morning to follow up, thought I would give them one more chance, I know things happen. The woman I spoke to was very rude! Could not have been more bothered that I was speaking to her. I was again told that someone would reach out and call my husband. Honestly, after nobody reached out to us and having two interactions that were completely rude-all I can say is this felt extremely unprofessional!
