Went though a number of science-backed evidence/reasons on why AZ water is still poor quality from the source - amazing that the State doesn't take water quality seriously - it really is an eye opener! Provided information on various treatment systems including discussion the potential locations for the system install. Regardless, better quality water in our house is a must and it was a decision I think we will not regret. read more

Unfortunately, I have to write an honest poor review. I have a Hague Water Softener and it's been nothing but trouble since the day I bought it. It's still under warranty yet. I get a cost to replace the whole unit that failed on its own accord of $1700. In addition to that I had to pay $160 service fee for them to look at the unit when it could've easily been diagnosed over the phone. Another point I would like to make, do not buy a Hague Water Softener. It's not built for Arizona water and don't fall into the sneaky trap of needing water pressure reducer installed. It's a trick that they can use to charge you even more money because they have to install a new one. If you really need a new one, verify yourself with a pressure gauge and they're super easy to replace as they are union in and not soldered in. read more

I had a chance to speak with Brandon and my scheduling opportunity was the result of a new system that Clean H2O had recently installed. I was satisfied with the explanation but was very happy to meet Brandon. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have already scheduled some work to be performed and look forward to working with Clean H2O going forward. My original disappointment was more than overcome with good old fashion customer service. I had an appointment with Clean H2O Pros for Monday, July 28 at 8AM. Prior to my appointment I received reminders that my technician, Brandon, would be here at 8AM. I contacted H2O pros at 8:20am to confirm that Brandon had my phone number and address because he had not arrived yet. We purchased our home a couple weeks ago and the water filtration was already in the home installed by Clean H2O pros so naturally I called them first. I was needing maintenance on one RO system and wanted to discuss adding a second RO for our next Gen suite. The time is now 9am and I have cancelled my appointment but have yet to hear from Clean H2O pros telephonically only text. read more

It's been one month since we had Clean H2O Pros install a whole-house water treatment system. We recently bought this home. The previous owner didn't have anything in place except an inadequate filter on the well to lessen the total dissolved solids. Because the water is so hard in our area, there were mineral deposits anywhere water was used. We had the water tested and the hardness, total dissolved solids, and nitrates were all off the charts. The nitrates were the most worrisome as they can make you really sick. We opted for a larger, better sediment filter on the well. Then we had a water softening system and purification system added. Lastly, we also got a reverse osmosis system at our kitchen sink. I bought one of the complete test packages and ran the tests today. Our water is great! We've known it tastes good, but now we also know it won't harm us. There's no lead, copper, or iron coming into our home at all. The alkalinity and PH tested in the perfect ranges. The hardness has been eliminated, and there's no chlorine. There are still some nitrates, but they are so greatly reduced they fall into the safe level. These tests were all done on the water that comes into our home. None of the tests were done with water from the filtered refrigerator or the reverse osmosis. We're thrilled with the results. We got only 7 weeks out of our softer before it malfunctioned. We got an appointment 2 weeks later. The technician came with a car, no tools. He told us we needed a part that does not go out to often. Our luck! They told us 2 more weeks for part. That is not acceptable. Still waiting for call back. This is a family owned business. They put it in very fast and took my $5000.00 check ,but not to fast on service. read more

Was assigned Clean H2O Pros to be the warranty service administrator by Hague Water Softener (which has a 20 year warranty). Called and scheduled an appointment and was advised there is a minimum service call charge of $90 to have them check the softener which cost over $5K when purchased and was still under the MFG warranty. FULL DISCLOSURE - H2O Pros DID NOT sell me the softener unit. Rep came to home and advised the softener system that was 3 years old needed to have the primary unit replaced and while they did have a replacement unit in stock, I would still need to pay approximately $1,000 in "shipping" for the replacement unit to cover the warranty - I declined but was still charged the $90 "service fee". Ultimately I checked You Tube, found some assistance there and reset the unit which worked again for approximately 9 months before a separate issue with the brine tank surfaced. Called Clean H2O Pros again for warranty service and was advised there is now a $140 charge (to be prepaid) with no guarantee they would be able to fix the problem without an additional charge to me (I declined to put that much up front). I believe the initial issue with the unit could have been resolved by the tech without telling me I needed to replace the unit. Now, what is most likely a bad float (replacement part cost of less than $20) on the brine tank would cost me $140 (or potentially more based on my previous experience)? I cannot state for certain this is because of H2O Pros or the manufacturer (Hague), but either way they don't seem to have their customers best interest in mind. read more

We had a gentleman from Clean H2O Pros come out and test our water. We ended up purchasing a unit through Lowe's to get special financing. A few days later 2 techs came out and installed the system including a reverse osmosis facet in the kitchen. The techs were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. In no time, the installation was complete. My husband then found a puddle under the kitchen sink. The manager had called to see if all was well and when my husband mentioned a possible leak, he had the tech come back to our home in a matter of minutes and changed out a part. GREAT customer service! The clean H20 guys showed up on time, same day within a few hours of my email to the company that I needed salt replenished in my system. They were very friendly and helped me setup the system on wi-fi that sends updates to the app. The app also send Clean H20 a notification that my salt is getting low, and they automatically come out and fill it up. These guys were great! I posted a request for bids on Yelp and almost immediately got a call from Clean H2O. They scheduled someone to come out to give a free estimate and test my water.
