After doing some research, saw that their customers (mostly on Kudzu) were very happy with them. Called and spoke with Bridgett who was very friendly and kindly scheduled an appointment. Brent arrived the next day and checked out both the RO and water softener systems. Brett confirmed that the water softener was pretty much done for, but that our RO system was fine and just needed maintenance. Brett was able to replace the filters and recharge the RO system and explained how it worked as our family had never used one before. He also explained what type of water softener would work best for our usage and we went with that one which he ordered and installed several days later. One other benefit to us is that they will call to remind us when we need our systems serviced which is appreciated. We're very impressed with the fantastic customer service that both Bridgette and Brent provided us and we'll have them take care of our systems from now on. When dealing with them, we knew they were honest, charge very reasonable rates and are very customer oriented as they live and work here in the Valley and are not part of some national chain where customer service does not mean much.
