I called numerous companies out recently five to be exact, two of them were fairly priced and very good. Three of them gave me prices that were way above the correct price. This company was exceptional. I spoke with their Salesmanager manager. I think his name was Jamison. He was seriously patient walked me through the whole process the education about what the system would do and their price was by far the best not even close. One guy quoted me $11,000 and I got this project done for around $2500.. These guys are really seriously fair. They price correctly and they did a great job the plumber that came over to install it Jacob seriously friendly looked at a couple of other issues I had. I'm just really thankful now that I have a plumber that I can add to my list of trusted vendors. I don't know why Yelp doesn't have more of their reviews. If you look on Google they have tons of five star reviews. This is absolutely the company anybody should use if they have plumbing issues and especially if they need a water filtration system. So, we began to research water softener companies serving Phoenix. Being a bit "research driven" (read: picky), we talked to nearly 10 different companies in the Valley. We ended up selecting H2Pure for the following reasons: 1) Their owner, James, worked with us directly. He favors a consultative/soft-sell approach which we preferred to some of the pushy sales pitches that we got from others. 2) Their brand of "Puronics" softeners have been manufactured since the 60's and used by NASA 3) Their installer seemed competent and knew how to install the units to prevent soft water going to our pool or irrigation systems. 4) Pricing was competitive (in some cases, $1500 less than others) We've had our softener installed for over a month and we couldn't be happier! Laundry feels cleaner, our skin isn't dry, my wife says her hair is softer and we don't have to be worried about future damage to our pipes.

Bridget got me on the schedule and in two days the installer Caesar showed up and did a very professional job soldering the connections and setting it up and hauling my old equipment away. Bridget and Brett called me the next week to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. I would trust Clark's and recommend them which I don't do much. They are very hoknowledgeable and down to earth.

After doing some research, saw that their customers (mostly on Kudzu) were very happy with them. Called and spoke with Bridgett who was very friendly and kindly scheduled an appointment. Brent arrived the next day and checked out both the RO and water softener systems. Brett confirmed that the water softener was pretty much done for, but that our RO system was fine and just needed maintenance. Brett was able to replace the filters and recharge the RO system and explained how it worked as our family had never used one before. He also explained what type of water softener would work best for our usage and we went with that one which he ordered and installed several days later. One other benefit to us is that they will call to remind us when we need our systems serviced which is appreciated. We're very impressed with the fantastic customer service that both Bridgette and Brent provided us and we'll have them take care of our systems from now on. When dealing with them, we knew they were honest, charge very reasonable rates and are very customer oriented as they live and work here in the Valley and are not part of some national chain where customer service does not mean much. Booked a water testing appointment at Lowe's and had Robert from Clean H2OPros come out today…read more Professional, no BS, transparent and very knowledgeable in contaminants and also the treatment options. Went though a number of science-backed evidence/reasons on why AZ water is still poor quality from the source - amazing that the State doesn't take water quality seriously - it really is an eye opener! Provided information on various treatment systems including discussion the potential locations for the system install. Regardless, better quality water in our house is a must and it was a decision I think we will not regret.

Unfortunately, I have to write an honest poor review. I have a Hague Water Softener and it's been…read morenothing but trouble since the day I bought it. It's still under warranty yet. I get a cost to replace the whole unit that failed on its own accord of $1700. In addition to that I had to pay $160 service fee for them to look at the unit when it could've easily been diagnosed over the phone. Another point I would like to make, do not buy a Hague Water Softener. It's not built for Arizona water and don't fall into the sneaky trap of needing water pressure reducer installed. It's a trick that they can use to charge you even more money because they have to install a new one. If you really need a new one, verify yourself with a pressure gauge and they're super easy to replace as they are union in and not soldered in.
