We paid the replacement cost and cost of the new water heater. Well, before Keith got here, I called the warranty company and they advised we had two years left on our warranty. I called Corie and advised of that before Keith got here. He said "great, we'll work on getting you reimbursed." When Keith was done installing, he wanted us to sign the invoice, we told him we wouldn't sign it until it said "pending reimbursement for warranty." He was very frustrated and annoyed with us, but he wrote it on the invoice. Well what do you know, they never emailed us that invoice. I've asked several times since this to contact Corie and he constantly says "I'm working on it." And nothing has been done, it has now been months. They've stolen from us and refuse to reimburse us. I will be taking this matter as far as I can take it. People who take advantage of the elderly should be held accountable to the highest degree. The heartlessness of this "company" is laughable.
