We contacted Precision Misting system to find out why our high pressure system (installed by another local provider) did not seem to do much cooling in our back patio area. In fact, we thought it was a useless system that the previous owner of the home had installed. Bradon and Sebastion came over and inspected the system and gave us a recommendation to fix the problem. They installed a device that allowed the heads to be adjusted to provide the mist at the correct angle as well as replaced the existing heads with a stainless model that reduces the calcium buildup that put out a sufficient mist to cool the patio area. Precision Mist installed the system in the home that I purchased in 2021. The system is amazing and cools the ramada that's attached to the pool wonderfully. Richard is always friendly, easy to get ahold of and responsive. He's tremendously customer service focused. We required system repairs because the previous owners didn't maintain the system properly. They were quick and the follow-up to make sure we were satisfied was from Richard himself. After taking several quotes we decided to go with Brandon and Precision Mist. Brandon patiently explained the system and how they would install it including the equipment options and hook ups. He is well versed with several pool automation systems and hooked the mist pump up to our Aqualink Pad system so I can turn on the pump from inside the house and let it cool down the backyard patio. Brandon is a true expert. The misting system was priced really well. The lines are powder coated steel and look better than most restaurants/bars. He actually builds his pumps/compressors and has a degree in engineering - this dude knows what's up. I had a small issue with one of the lines and where it was located - he came back out and moved it in ONE day of me telling him.
