James and Brandon helped me select the right fit for a misting system for our home. I wanted our pump to be quieter, operate 2 zones and came loaded with a ton of questions. The guys were extremely helpful, knowledgable and made great suggestions to tweak what I was going for. After we nailed it down, James delivered our system. 20ft misting tubes would be hard for me with an SUV but they offer that service as well. Upon delivery James helped me again by walking me through our job with more suggestions and even made a special trip back to the office to grab another part I needed at the end of a Friday. My wife had been telling me for years that our backyard was boring, and had "nothing fun" in it. She insisted we needed misters. I did not think they were necessary... I mean, really, how much can they cool down the yard?!! She eventually wore me down and I got a couple estimates. Brandon with Precision Mist came out and impressed me from the start. He even suggested foggers, which I had never even heard of. After speaking with Brandon, I was ready to make the investment on the misters and foggers. The install was smooth, and Brandon and his staff were professional and thorough throughout the day. We received misters across our patio, and foggers surrounding our turf and a seating area with a fire pit. I was dead wrong about thinking these misters were unnecessary. I could immediately tell the temperature difference in the yard with the misters/foggers running. My only regret is that I waited a couple years to call Precision Mist. I rarely give five stars but this company is deserving of them. I called requesting an estimate because my pump for my misting System was leaking. I called a couple of places and was having a hard time getting somebody to come out ASAP. They got me in the next day and came out to take a look. They gave me two options to rebuild my pump or purchase a new one and I chose to have my pump rebuilt. They were so thorough, taking the old pump apart, teaching me about my system, showing me what went wrong and what I could do in the future to prevent the same thing from happening. They came back a few days later with a beautiful pump fixed all my heads for me spent several hours in my backyard making sure everything worked perfectly. I cannot say enough things about this company. Out of all of the contractors I have worked with they were so kind, customer service oriented, professional And I highly highly recommend them for any misting system you need, repair, or a new misting system you would like to install. Talk about professional work and craftsmanship. Brandon at Precision Mist has any solution to your mist needs. He did my front and back yard and it's amazing how much lower it drops the air temperature in minutes. He uses nothing but the best materials so you don't have corrosion and build up constantly causing the system not to work like the old system I had that was removed. The kids love it around the pool on full blast. It's truly like a fog system rolled in. It's awesome for party's and friends not swimming to because you don't need to hide in your house on a 100 degree day. I'm thinking of adding more too.
