After having four different companies come out for estimates, I ultimately chose Pacific Mist and I'm so glad I did. Their customer service was top tier from start to finish, and their pricing was the most fair by far. Galen truly goes above and beyond for his clients in every capacity. He treats you like family and puts an incredible level of care into every detail of his work. That kind of professionalism and dedication is hard to find. I would absolutely recommend Pacific Mist to anyone in the market for misters. Not only are they reasonably priced, but the level of care and pride they put into the job is next level. Sidenote, if you're looking for a pool Fence please stay away from A SAFE POOL! Horrible customer care and job. Those 5 star reviews are hands down paid in my opinion. read more

Pacific Mist - Misting System Services Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

July 2024, it's 115 degrees in Phoenix. Too hot to enjoy patio living. Pacific Mist to the rescue! We called for a quote, and Galen came the very next morning to discuss options. Galen designed a fantastic system for our back patio, pergola, pool foggers, and a roaming mist tower that can go anywhere. All at a fantastic price. We were sold! Galen returned a few days later and installed the whole system. It makes such a huge difference! Easily a 20+ degree reduction in the ambient temperature on the patio. The fog over the pool is calming to look at. The mist feels refreshing. Our plants benefit from the mist as well. I highly recommend Galen and Pacific Mist. read more

Great service and great prices is first and foremost. Very happy that we chose Pacific Mist for the job. Pete understood exactly what we were looking to accomplish and delivered it. He offered us additional add-ons that are wonderful, like a moveable misting tower. The installation was completed quickly, professionally and efficiencently with a thorough cleanup afterward. They offered a walk through to check their work and our satisfaction. We so appreciated the communication throughout the process. It was such a positive experience with promptness, helpfulness, and efficient installation from beginning to end. Immediately upon completion we were able to enjoy our patio and pool area to an extent we never imagined. read more

Great experience with Pacific Mist. I have used them multiple times and they always, always do a great job.

Galen was at a neighbors and I saw how great the misters were covering the entire patio. We looked into this from a Home show but weren't confident with the guys installing. He came over and gave us a fair quote. It wasn't until he started installing and suggested some changes that I knew we chose the right company. I highly recommend Pacific Mist and will use them again after the Gazebo is finished. Great job! read more

Pacific Mist did an amazing job installing our patio mister. Galen was the installer and knocked it out of the park. The bends on the piping to conceal as much pipe as possible was truly a piece of art and the system looks concealed and incredible! I cannot recommend them enough for your mist needs. Great job! read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Pete came out and listened to what we were looking for, he didn't try to oversell us like the 2 prior quotes we got. He made an outstanding suggestion of adding the portable mister and was able to get the pump in a great place with no additional electric or water connections! Best pricing in town, best workmanship, best overall company to do the job! Was recommended by a friend who's system is 10 years old and I now understand why he was highly recommended to us! read more

Long overdue review on Pacific Mist. I really enjoyed Michael M.'s review and how he followed up 4 years later, so I thought I might try something like that, but I should at least get my first review out here, right? Pete gave us a quote which was fairly comparable to other misting companies, however I really liked the confidence, the education regarding mist systems and extra details Pete included. In the end we went with Pacific Mist. Pete went above and beyond, as this was to be a surprise and had to be done in one day while Bob was out of the house, making communications and estimates tricky...Pete was exceptional at working with me on this. The installation was smooth and professional, done in the time frame discussed, with time to spare, and still a complete and delightful surprise to Bob upon his return home. We have now had one entire summer to put these misters to the test, and they work beautifully. They are high-grade, match the trim of our home, and make a huge difference in comfort temperature of the back patio. I would fully recommend Pacific Mist/Pete when it comes to making sure your home is properly fitted with a misting system. Stellar. read more

Called around a few places and eventually narrowed down to a couple of options. Pete from Pacific Mist gave me a rough quote over the phone and then came around a few days later and discussed a few options on layout, pipe color, where the power and water should come from etc.etc. The rough quote over the phone from Pacific Mist was very similar to that of the other company, but since Pete was based close to where I live and had an Australian accent - went with him. We went with a powder coated caramel color stainless line (~ 70 feet) to match the house color with ~ 28 nozzles at 24" spacing, a 1000psi enclosed pump plus additional piping. Pete came around the following week with his helper and installed the system. Very friendly and knowledgeable and clean install. The misting system is working fine and cooling down the patio just great. I,m wondering why i didn't install a high pressure system years ago. I had discussed whether a remote could be used to start the pump, but forgot to request it in the quote. Pete must have remembered my question and included it in the install for free. - so Kudos there Will give another up-date at the end of the summer. 8/31/2017 4 year Update. System is running well with really no problems after 4 years. A great investment and glad I went with the Pacific Mist system. Because of the hard water in Tempe some of the nozzles which are removable tend to get gummed up after 2-3 years with mineral deposits. They are very cheap to either replace or soak them in a special solution overnight to clean up. So expect a little preventative maintenance on some of the nozzles at the start of the year. We also lost the remote for the pump power, but bought a replacement power cable / remote online for approximately $20 - $25. read more

Pete from Pacific Mist did a great job installing our high-pressure patio mist system a year ago and he stands behind his product. I accidentally broke the automatic drain valve on the pump and by all rights that should have been a chargeable service, however, Pete came by promptly, replaced the valve, and left me a couple extra nozzles at no charge! If you need a misting system in the Valley, call Pete at Pacific Mist! You will get expert advice, great products, and phenomenal service! read more

I won't bore someone with the accolades of doing a good job. I just expect that when I hire someone for a job but what I will do is call out Pete who said he'd be there when he said he would. Also the " piping "of the job was so well hidden that I had to look for it. Best review I could add was his price; that's it; always a plus. Can't say enough about the man and the job.And oh by the way it makes the yard feel 20 degrees cooler. Thanks Pete read more

Pete from Pacific Mist is not only a great contractor but an honorable and fun human being. I had nothing but troubles with my last Misting Company. So, when building my new house, I checked on Yelp and read about Pacific Mist. Everytime Pete said he was going to do something he did. He called ahead of time to confirm the appointment. He showed up on time. He provided me a fair and honest bid. His workmanship was great and the equipment he uses is 100% better than my previous Company. What more can you say. If you are in the market for a misting system, Pete from Pacific Mist is your guy!!!! read more

If you want to beat Phoenix heat you put misters up. I interviewed and asked for estimates from 3 companies and Pacific Mist was the hands down choice. Why you ask? Pete Creek was factual, clear on cost, and explained why and how the system would be best for my need. I have a fan on my ramada which could be configured with a mister ring to cool down the outdoor kitchen, he was the only one to endorse its use. His cost was outstanding and was a man of his word. The schedule was set to my need, construction time scheduled and begun early, efficient and superior construction with NO problem mess or damage, and finished in a single day. If you want an outstanding company owned by a hard working honest man who also has a keen sense of humor...hire Pete, and you will be happy and cool by a least 25*. read more
