I'd give 6 stars if I could. These guys are rock solid, they aren't cheap, but if you want cheap it's easy to fin cheap guys here that don't show up, don't communicate and don't have parts. But if you want great communication, techs that show up on time and do great work, these are your guys. My backyard commercial grade mist system was running like crap. Oil was never changed and mist Heads were clogged and the Foggers barely worked. We had our Element Mist installed last week on our new pergola. The system we went with is called the "Sanctuary". Joel and Jake were our installers and these guys were phenomenal. They showed up on time and were very professional. The install was very meticulous and clean. The high pressure stainless steel tubing they used was hardly noticeable. They matched the color of the pergola perfectly. The pump that is used is high quality and was strategically positioned away from the pergola so that we couldn't hear the pump when the misters are activated. The stainless steel nozzles are high quality as well and multidirectional so that we can position the direction of the mists according to our preference. We are very satisfied with our purchase and installation process and the misters are going to make the Arizona summers more enjoyable under our pergola. We had our new Element Mist misting system put in when it was super hot out. The back patio went from 105 degrees to 85 degrees immediately. It's like sitting in a wall of light mist but not getting wet. We got several bids but decided on Element Mist because of their superior product and their installers. One of the great ideas they had was to put in misters over the play area for the kids. The other touch that we appreciated was that the system blends in with the paint on our house and ramada.
