EASILY my favorite company I've ever done business with in the Valley!…read more I had a unique situation with getting a two stage whole home water filtration system added to my existing salt water softener. Brian was so knowledgeable and passionate when he came out to talk about my home's existing plumbing. When we bought the house in 2022, it was called out on our inspection report that the polyethylene piping from the main to our home should be replaced. After talking with Brian, I felt so good getting CWS to replace and redo the poly with good old copper. Michael came out a few days later and did a beautiful job installing all the copper plumbing and two stage water filtration system that includes the water pressure gauges and bypass valves (which are great to have for servicing and/or if something bad happens in the future). I highly recommend everyone get the psi pressure gauges installed ESPECIALLY with the valley having higher water pressure right now with the ongoing construction needs (which I'll talk about next). After Michael completed his job, the city of Phoenix replaced my water meter. Turns out my old water meter near the street had a leak to it. Once the water meter was replaced I noticed the psi on the gauges climbed to 100-110 (depending upon time of day). For those that don't know, plumbing likes to be in the 50-70 psi range. Anything above 90 and you should really get a plumber out to look at your pressure reducing valve (PRV). While my pressure was high, I noticed my backyard irrigation system was EXTREMELY powerful! The way the water from the main gets teed off between inside of my house and backyard pool + irrigation needs, it was obvious city of Phoenix replacing water meter was the culprit. Whenever a water meter gets replaced, they don't do a good job keeping it clean installing it where sediment will often get into the line and cause PRVs to fail. That's what happened with mine where CWS came out the next day and replaced both of my PRVs with Kyle doing a great job as well. Now, my water pressure is sitting nicely at 70 psi. I like my pressure on the higher side of that 50-70psi Lofty review but I really loved having this company update my plumbing and install the whole home 20" big blue water filtration system! They really do care about customers AND the work they do. There's a VERY GOOD reason their reviews are 5/5 on Google and Yelp! Can't beat their prices too that are VERY transparent! Great payment options and warranty as well! Also, I like the products they use since it's NOT relegated to a single manufacturer. Will recommend them to everyone.

Good service, they will be my go to from here on out when it comes to my water appliance needs.read more

They perform poor product repairs and not willing to back their work on faulty repairs. Spoke with their office several times to rectify an ongoing issue. I just experienced the exact same thing. I provided Culligan with my active card on file for automatic billing specifically to avoid late notices. My card was successfully charged last month with no call, no issue, no problem. But instead of honoring that setup, they continued calling me with "past due" threats and then escalated it to an equipment removal notice while STILL having my valid payment method on file. This is unacceptable and shows a major internal billing problem. Their team has already apologized in the past for calling me about payments that were not actually late and yet here we are again with removal threats for an account that was already paid. Reading the other reviews, it's clear this isn't a one-off mistake. It's a systemic problem with their customer service, communication, and billing accuracy. Great water maybe but the worst service I've dealt with. Customers shouldn't be threatened with equipment removal when the company has an active card on file and has already charged it. .

My water scale was reduced 75% or more, there is no longer a smell/odor in water, tastes clean and refreshing. I have had my system 2 years now and I am absolutely happy with my system. It costs less to have than the plastic water bottles i was buying 8 to 10 cases of water bottles every week, & it is much healthier. Also Victoria, in the Arizona office was extremely helpful with my upcoming maintenance appointment. Very professional, friendly & kind. I would highly recommend this system to anyone. Also, I have read all the reviews, the bad ones, I must say that thus far I have not had any of those problems. All the staff I have dealt with have been straight forward and very informative. I can't speak for others, but I can for myself. I would do it all over again. Again, I highly recommend this water system. For me it works and is very important to my health, as I am disabled. Rarely do I post negative reviews, but if Puragain Water's business practices are to handle a…read moreclient as they did, it's sad. Super Bowl Sunday, I installed a water heater on an emergency basis as the pressure relief valve was faulty and could not function due to a sand like substance that was clogging the valve. The home also had low hot water pressure; however, no pressure issues on the cold side. The Puragain system had 2 pressure valves, one at each end of the system and it did not have any type of a bypass installed. Pressure at the inlet side was 55 psi and on the outlet side, it slowly crept up from 0 to 35 psi and no more. Puragain's emergency line was called and being it was Sunday, no tech was available. The next day, the tech comes to the house only to say this water pressure issue is due to a faulty toilet valve in the house... I chuckled under my breath. It's clear there's some form of blockage in the system and being the hot water heater that had been replaced yesterday was filled with a sand like substance. And quite a bit, much more than any potential sediment seen from an opened main water line. The tank was the first fixture to receive the water in the house and there were no issue at the time on the cold side. After the tech disproved his own theory, he went over to the filters and removed the third. It had the same sand substance that was in the hot water heater, only the tech went as far to say this is supposed to be full. About 1/8 of the material was left. At this point, the tech finally says, "We are at fault." He provided a number in which became discussion with a regional manager who at first seemed to be helpful and then abruptly disappeared. It's now June 1st. Last night was spent trying to remove sand so the bath will fill up. Laundry is a struggle as the hot water doesn't work well. Nor do the dishwasher, showers or any faucet. Maybe one day Puragain will make the hot water lines just that.
