Phoenix water is harsh and very "hard water". I used to think SoCal water was hard, but Phoenix water is next level hard. There's many choices to "solve" the problem, a soft water system is one that requires salt, a lifesource system is another. I chose Lifesource because it's a hassle free alternative. They come install it in a few hours and you get great tasting and feeling water with zero maintenance for 5 years. What could be better? Salesman Dale is very friendly and flexible as well, driving thru raging rains to meet me to close the sale. Whether you decide the price tag is worth it for non hard water is worth it or not is up to you, Depends on your needs as a family, your economic situation etc. But if you decide you do want a water treatment system, a Lifesource system is the way to go!

I was seeking a quality water filter system for our full house and sales rep Roger was able to provide us with great customer service. He explained everything very thoroughly. Our install technicians Sam and Jesus were extremely professional. They provided us a call prior arrived on time and had to install drainage on the side of my house. When they left it looked like they weren't even there. I'm super excited on the value it's going to add to our family. Huge thank you to the Life Source team.

Rodrigo and Cody did an excellent job installing our new LifeSource water system. Everything was explained in detail and answered all the questions I had. Truly appreciate these gentlemen.

Installed into the storage cabinet inside of garage. Not seen and not in the sun.

We are very pleased with our LifeSource Water system. The installation was very clean and exactly where I requested, no mess to clean up, the instructions were concise and the water is exactly what is advertised. And No More Salt nor need for an RO unit!! Our Coffee is better too. BTW, yes, there will be a bit of white looking residue is water is allowed to air dry. This is easily removed with any soft cloth, it does NOT stick like the hard water from the municipality. Lastly, Adam and Elijah were early for my scheduled appointment. Both were very professional. I would give them a negative number if I could. Avoid purchasing or buying from Puragain. I…read morepurchased their whole house system & reverse osmosis in March, 2024. This system is $5,999. After my 1yr follow up in 3/2025, on 8/29/25, I had water coming out from the reverse osmosis under my sink. This was due to a faulty part from Puragain that they knew they had issues with, but did not check with their current customers who may have the faulty part and fix the problem. Although they sent a technician out right away to fix the faulty part and replace with a newer part that won't crack, they did not follow up with repairing the inside of my kitchen cabinet that had major water damage even though they took pictures. I continually followed up with them to see when they would fix it, I asked for their insurance info & I just kept getting the run-around or partial information. It is now end of December and no word from them at all to repair the water damage. A vendor who doesn't acknowledge their fault or repair what their system caused & they knowingly knew about this faulty part I do not recommend. Save your money, research diligently - there are better systems out there with a lower cost. Run from vendors that don't have integrity.

He came to my home to give me a quote, and the thing I appreciated the most was that I never felt like he was trying to oversell me. He provided me with education, walked me through all my options, and gave me his honest opinion about what I truly needed versus what would be "nice to have." In an industry where most consultants are concerned about their commissions, Curtis made me feel like he was genuinely concerned about my needs, my pocketbook, and my satisfaction with my purchase. This is how you secure a customer for life. I was also extremely pleased with my installation team. I would like to give special thanks to Angel and Evan. These two were warm, respectful, and professional. They were sensitive to the fact I was working from home during the install, and they made every effort to allow me to do my thing while they did theirs. Angel did an awesome job correcting some issues he found in my attic. He shared pictures of his work and the quality really shone through. I feel confident that my system will live through many scorching AZ summers. In addition to the care I received from these hardworking techs, I was also super pleased that American offers interest-free financing for qualified customers. Obviously a new system is a huge investment. Having the option to make payments helps me balance this major purchase with my other priorities. Buyer beware. Do not use this company…read more Benjamin Franklin Plumbing acted in a predatory and misleading way toward my parents. They were quoted around $1,100 for a water heater, but after it was installed, the company suddenly claimed the cost was $11,000--a figure that was never clearly disclosed or agreed to. Once the work was done, they pressured my parents to either pay the $11,000 or set up a payment plan. After firm pushback, my parents ultimately paid $2,000, which only highlights how inflated and unreasonable the $11,000 demand was. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic used on vulnerable customers. Get everything in writing and look elsewhere.

They need to change their slogan. Technician missed his appointment window, calling 30 minutes…read moreafter the window ended saying he could be at my house in another 45 minutes which would be past 7pm. The delay was partially due to him needing a special solution for my tankless water heater which they made note of when I scheduled. We agreed upon him arriving first thing the next morning. Again he left to get this special solution meaning he never bothered to get it the day before. They had me sign up for the membership plan which 2 different customer service reps told me included in house water pressure check as well as a bag of salt for my water softener. All the tech did was the flush of the water heater. I told him I was part of the membership plan and that was a part of it. He called his supervisor who said that was in fact the case and that he would reach out to me on Tuesday to finish the job and bring a bag of salt. I am writing this on the weekend following that Tuesday and there has been no communication or completion of the job. Only reason I called them is that was the number on my water heater. I wish I could be this bad at my job.
