I could tell he really cares about his customers and wants to provide the best solutions to fix things the right way to save me money in the long run. Not just a bandaid fix but fixing it the right way the first time. I was really impressed with the level of care, knowledge and integrity Jay operates his business with. I was also really impressed with the whole crew that worked on my house over the course of a few days. Damien, Patrick, and two other guys (I forget names, I'm so sorry) - were so wonderful to work with! They did a great job and made it easy for me to navigate with my pets while I worked from home. They arrived on time, were super friendly and professional and treated my home with care and respect. There was a bit of a mishap where some drywall was damaged unintentionally but they made sure to send a drywall guy to repair it the next day at no cost to me. I'm very pleased with how that oopsie was handled so I didn't have to stress! Above and beyond and it speaks to the level of quality of this company and level of service they provide. Overall, I would totally hire The Cooling & Plumbing Co again. They are now my go to for HVAC and plumbing if I ever have an issue. I'm planning on using for future home improvement projects like a water filtration system and tankless water heater. This review is based solely on my phone calls and service call to my house. They did not actually fix my plumbing problem. I have Old Republic Home Warranty and this is the company that was assigned from my home owners insurance.   I made arrangements to work from home and set up an appointment for Monday, to which they cancelled, last minute, saying that the home warranty company cancelled the work order.  When I called the home warranty  company they told me King's Plumbing canceled the call because they were to busy to take it. I called the company back and reported this to which they denied it being true and rescheduled.  I then planned a second day to work from home to have them come out again. We were set for an afternoon appointment block to which they showed up in the morning unscheduled.  The plumber looked at my issue and told me they can fix it the following week.  Never, mentioning they were not willing to fix my issue bc they were to busy.   After they left, I then received a call from the home warranty company telling me that Kings Plumbing denied service because they were to busy. When I called Kings, the gentlemen on the phone, did in fact confirm,  they are not accepting the job because they are to busy and short staffed.  The entire interaction was just weird.  I felt like they were not honest with their intentions and wasted my time, forcing me to work from home on two different days when they were not in a position to take the job to start with as they are over worked and short staffed. I know have to stay at home a 3rd day for a new company to come out and give me an estimate.

But my garbage disposal died, so I started looking at prices, reading reviews on different brands, and ended up buying one at Costco. Delusional me thought, maybe I can learn from YouTube how to install this myself and save money. (I have been burned by 2 other plumbers who didn't fix things and still charged me) I decided to try one more time and found Flo Pros. Nic called me immediately, and let me know he understood about wanting to stay in a budget, but the model I got at Costco wouldn't last and I wouldn't be happy in the long run. Nic was able to fit me into the schedule today. He walked me through every step of the way, let me know what he was finding, asked me what I'd like to do - options for short term vs long term. Without my knowledge, she put vinegar down the toilet. So he said it would be a $175 service call for just saying we need another toilet. He had a camera and because the pipes were old, I wanted to make sure the pipes didn't collapse. He said it would cost $260 to put the camera down the pipe. Since he was going to charge me $175 anyway, I said to go ahead and use the camera. I feel better that at least my pipes are ok but why wasn't I told that I had to pay $175 just for someone to come to my home. I had no idea until after he left the house. I truly don't understand how you can do business this way. I will make a complaint thru Angi. If I had known that it would cost $175 for someone to just come to my house, I may have called someone else. I called other plumbers and they said they charge $75-$89 to go to a house. That is more reasonable.

As of…read moreright now I will use them again because their main plumber, Rob, is excellent, and also bc they have lots of mobile home experience. If you know of others that are great I'd like to know them. My bathroom needed a rebuild and they contracted the work to their own sister company, owned by the same owner. Turns out that sister company barely runs and they didn't have a real crew when they took my job. They sent 2 barely adult kids to rebuild my sub floor. One kid cut up all the flooring wood with curving edges in several small pieces so it would fit in his car to get it to me. I came home to find a jigsaw puzzle of a sub floor that bounced and sunk when I walked on it. When I complained they sent out someone else who was excellently skilled but expressed a lot of negativity about all the other workers and about the job and ended up having too much back pain to finish. No one showed up while i missed client appointments and lost money waiting for workers who were schedule. Finally they sent out 2 more guys who said they felt thrown into the middle of a job (as they were) that they didn't quite understand. I had to ask them to redo several things that looked awful (and Rob the plumber expressed to me his disappointment at their work even after that). The two guys admitted they'd never worked on a mobile home bathroom before. After 3 months with no bathroom and WEEKS when no work was being done, the bill for part of it was double what was quoted by the plumber. Katie, who handles the logistics, insisted this was their discounted rate and has stuck to it. So I am stuck with a high bill for a nightmare where only Rob the plumber was competent. Be sure you get all quotes in writing and maybe have them contract with someone else to do any rebuilding for you. Their plumber Rob will work his butt off for you and do a damn good job though.

Technician showed up within 2 hours and gave me an estimate that I considered very reasonable. Asked "when can you do the work", he said "Right Now". He removed the heater and returned it to Home Depot since it was still under warranty, was back within an hour with a new heater and completed the installation promptly. The technician, Gannon, was great. He handled the warranty exchange, did a top-notch installation (even corrected a gas line run that was not up to current code), left the work site perfectly clean, and the final bill was exactly the estimate.
