After a free plumbing inspection from my HVAC company that also does plumbing, they suggested about $2300 in work related to my 2 water heaters. They made sense but I thought the pricing was way more than I would expect. I then called EZ Flow Plumbing who originally installed the water heaters for comparison. They needed to come out before quoting but there was no charge. Spencer came out and looked over the equipment and agreed with the suggestions but the cost was $1000 less. He would be able to return the next day, Saturday, to do the work at no additional weekend charge. I got discounts because I was a senior citizen and for the multiple items I needed. He showed up right about the time he had estimated the day before and got right to work. He was able to get everything done without completely shutting off our water. Spencer has a great personality, was efficient and the work looked great. Now I remember why I used them initially to install the water heaters. read more

This used to be my go-to for plumbing emergencies, until today. I called because my toilet needed a new overflow/tank gasket. The tech came out, gave me a free estimate, and told me I needed a "minor toilet rebuild" for the low, low price of $450. $450! For that price, I expect my toilet to flush itself, sing me a song, and maybe even make me breakfast. So, I took myself to Home Depot, bought every part (and then some) needed for a full-on toilet makeover (yes, including the gasket), spent $35, and fixed it all in about an hour. Turns out, I'm handier than I thought...and a lot richer for it. Thanks for the memories, EZ Flow, but please lose my number. I'll find a plumber who doesn't think a toilet rebuild should cost more than $200, tops. My wallet (and my sense of humor) thank you! read more

Our whole house filtration system was 20 years old, and suddenly failed, flowing water all over our garage floor. We turned off the water at the unit and called EZ Flow. EZ Flow Plumbing was 1 of 6 plumbers I called to give me an estimate for a soft water install. I have no soft water loop so I was prepared for quite a bit of plumbing work just to get me to the point I could install a whole home soft water system. EZ Flow sent out Michael Kempton the day after I called them for the estimate. Michael called half hour before our appointment time, then showed up right when he said he would. He looked at my existing plumbing, crawled throughout my attic and then gave me his written estimate. He thoroughly explained everything included in the estimate along with how long he thought it'd take. EZ Flow wasn't my lowest estimate, but it was Michael's professionalism, expertise and personality that sealed the deal. On the day of the work, he showed up on time, kept me abreast of his progress and explained what he was doing. At the end of the day, I've got an excellent soft water system (with carbon filter for chlorine) and am very pleased. On Monday, we experienced a serious stoppage in one of the toilets, which eventually caused it to overflow into both our showers. Needless to say, when the wife cannot use the restroom or take a shower, it becomes a serious emergency. They came out the first time and did an excellent job in clearing the stoppage. However, while scoping the pipes with a camera, they indicated that the pipes needed to be hydrojetted to thoroughly clean out the built-up materials, which would cost more money. After shopping their prices with three other companies, I hired them to do so and they provided a 1-year guarantee. Their techs were professional and cleaned up after they completed their work. Hiring an honest contractor is always a challenge. If & when I ever experience a plumbing issue, the only company I will hire is Ez Flow Plumbing and I highly recommend them. read more

We decided to do an annual membership with EZ flow and I'm so thankful that we did because we had an emergency situation this week where there was a flood of water in our guest bedroom. I had the plumbing from the house to the street replaced. Recently, where EZ Flow Plumbing dug to do the work, the dirt collapsed. I sent an email to have someone come correct the issue "due to the warranty" I was told the work would have. I sent an email on the January 15th and someone finally called me back on the 18th and assured they'll get it fixed. The person they put me in contact with to fix it was the person that ran the job. When I talked to him, he tried to say that it's not under warranty if there's landscaping. Lucky for me there's no landscaping. First he told me he'd come look at it, but then I offered to text him a picture. He said it'd be taken care of. On January 28th, I texted him again to see when someone would be out to fix it "I'll get someone out first of the week to scrap the dirt and level it out ." I've used EZ Flow for a few years now and they have always offered nothing but top-notch service and expertise. Recently I heard a hissing in my walls and called out EZ Flow to check it out, thinking it was a pipe leak. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a major issue and I decided a re-pipe would be the best route as my house is very old and I didn't want to start jack hammering into my foundation. Brad and Jose both did outstanding work on the re-pipe and in some areas, they went the extra mile to make things look better than they were. Cleaning up the way they did and making things look nice was not something I would have expected. After the job was completed the drywaller needed some small adjustments made and Brad came out and took care of them, lickety-split. I had used Ez Flow a few years ago and had good and no hassle service from them. Decided to use them again for a slow drain service of $69. Appointment was easy and tech showed up exactly on time. The assessed the problem and said yes this qualifies for the $69 drain cleaning service. However, 2 mins in, I was told that I needed a turbo drain flush and that would cost either a $700 for one time or $1200 for a year service. What?!! I asked that they just perform the $69 drain cleaning only. They also pushed and sold me some Bio-One maintenance product for an additional $69. I didn't like the hard sell and the outrageous of additional services after being told I was only interested in a drain flush. read more

Lots of techs available. Had an emergency leak and of all the places I contacted, EZ flow was the quickest one to respond. Helped me fix the leak and call any additional contractors that were needed as it was a bigger mysterious project than original thought. When the EZ flow plumber fixed the leak however, he didn't seal up the room and all the dry wall dust invaded my room. EZ Flow was great in resolving that issue by sending out cleaners to clean the room in question. It did take a few days since the cleaners were booked but they were great in helping fix issues I had. read more
