But to be this condescending to your customers is no bloody wonder why this place is bombarded with terrible reviews. Besides the terrible service there isn't anything there worth buying not mentioning the ridiculous prices. Take my word for it, you have more luck buying off Amazon than this depressing store. So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

He was very thorough and explained things to me multiple times as the plumbing world is very foreign to me. I felt he was very honest with what exactly needed to be done in order to fix the pipes that were leaking in the attic. During this time, I also had received other quotes that were astronomically high for the same amount of work that Stephen was going to be doing for me. He sent me the quote promptly the next day and answered additional questions I had before we agreed to the contract. Stephen and his dad got the new pipe installed within just a few hours, they got everything back up and running same day. We opted to wait til the next morning and Rene showed up at 6:30AM, replaced our AC unit's motor (quicker than expected), hosed down our unit, and offered great advice for maintenance and what to expect moving forward. Last time (a couple years ago), Flores also showed up quickly and repaired our unit, was so helpful and did a great job accommodating our budget as best as he could. Both experts felt safe and professional. With unbearable summer heat causing so many AC issues around the Valley, it can be hard to get someone to fix AC units to the house quickly, and they haven't disappointed yet. Fortunately, Jeff was very knowledgeable about RING installations and understood what complications might arise and how to remedy them. Jeff's original estimate for the job was less than half of what Turn It On Electric quoted me. It seemed like the latter wanted to fix things that weren't broken. When it was time to pay for Jeff's work, there were no additional charges; the bill was the exact amount he originally quoted me. It seemed reasonable. The job was completed in a timely manner, and I approved of his work.
