In the end, I waited 7 hours and felt I'd been misled simply to get the gig; with more information, I'd have shopped around and found someone who could keep their word. But at least the guy who did the work was responsible and professional. There is that.

He had told me that he would start work the day after signing the contract and he kept his word even though the 4 ton unit was not available. He and his staff are technically competent and ethical. I called Mark he states it must be a bad valve. I paid 375 for the cartridge and now he says the valve is a 1700 dollar job. I let home know that if the valve was bad he should've seen that earlier when he swapped the cartridge out. I let him know I didn't have confidence in them to properly fix the leak. I called a new plumber out. Mark installed the cartridge wrong, he damaged the seal when he put the new cartridge in. I called the company and they still have not returned my call. I feel robbed now. I paid 375 for their guy to damage the cartridge while he's installing it. Maybe they did that on purpose. They knew I would call them with the leak again. Then to hit me with 1700 to change valve out that takes 10 mins to do is crazy! New cartridge correctly installed was 200 bucks from the guy who fixed Master rooters work.

The team members we worked with deserve individual recognition: Brandan came out first to rule out any active plumbing leaks. Once he confirmed the mold wasn't plumbing-related, he kindly offered to inspect the rest of our new home's plumbing. After talking to four or five firms, Milton from Izzy's insulation reached out to me and made the most practical recommendation based on my unique situation. We ended up going with a blown in fiberglass insulation of R 38 and 13 inches. His price was the best by a few bucks, but I particularly liked his practical recommendations, and so ended up using him. He booked me out a week later and showed up exactly on time and had the job done in just a couple hours. He even provided me with before and after pictures that I can use when I submit my taxes for an energy tax credit. Very straightforward and honest service I recommend if you're looking for installation to talk to him at least. As it ended up the insulation did basically nothing to help with the temperature in my garage. If others are looking to do the same thing, I tell you to look at a combination of insulation for your ceiling, walls if needed, and the inside of your garage door these metal garage doors really radiate a lot of heat into the garage.

Greg and Joe came out and replaced 2 toilets and my washing machine hoses. They are very clean workers and explain fully what they are doing. I may have had a bit of sticker shock at the final price but am over it and moved on. This type of expense is something you are never prepared for, so you just bite the bullet. We called them again Nov 2023 for shower filter cartridge replacement. Two people came, 1 male and 1 female, and they said they have to buy the parts. They came back and replaced the cartridge for less than 1 hour and charged us $275 without any details on the receipt except shower cartridge replacement. We thought the charge was very high especially since they didn't explain what was wrong, what they replaced, and the cartridge is 40$ on amazon. We paid didn't have the chance to ask the details about labor cost and materials. I called and left a voice mail and requested a call back for breakdown of the charge. They didn't call me back. The shower was fixed but I had a feeling of not fair trade after they left. The most important thing is that trust feeling as a customer that a fair trade of payment and services occurred, as an example, the people we like to work with again would explain what they did, will have an itemized listing of what was done, would explain what will happen and roughly how much it would cost before they start the work, so there is transparency in everything but sadly, none of those happened and I didn't feel the trust and fairness after the service.

The inspection was scheduled in a few days and I had three MINOR plumbing issues which needed to be addressed. But for lack of the proper tools I could have done it myself. Two service men arrived, I showed them the work and the supplies I had in place. The apparent supervisor had an agitated look on his face and I can only speculate that he was frustrated a few opportunities to pad the bill so when I asked for the estimate he gave me what I considered a wildly unreasonable quote for labor of $230 and a few parts. When I questioned his bid pointing out it was pretty easy work that wouldn't take long he became aggressive and loud. As I was kinda in a spot, I told him to go ahead with the work and that for the remainder of his time on my property I expected to be spoken to in a professional manner. I allowed the second tech into the house to do the work needed, wanting Mr. Smart Mouth to remain outside. The conversation with the second tech was pleasant. The work was done to my satisfaction and took about 30 minutes. Now the average rate for a plumber is about $65/hour. How was it that for one hour of labor I had to pay $230? Is this reasonable? In my opinion, it isn't. The topper was after paying Mr. Smart Mouth (outdoors) and the work was done I was in my house feeling gouged but glad it was over. I turn a corner and there is Mr. Smart Mouth in my hallway. No ringing of the bell, no permission to enter... He said he wanted to make amends and to be honest I was not interested in the least. He said he had called my real estate agent and was offering me $21 back. WHAT? You called my real estate agent to tattle? You 5'5" (ish) little bundle of aggression, act all dominant and at the end of the day you are about as tough as little girl. Amends were not made. It isn't just about money. I don't take being spoken down to by anyone let alone a humonculus that I am paying. My suggestion, learn some ethics and when being a bully doesn't pan out for you try some manners.

Diego showed up on time, knew exactly what the issue was and had the problem fixed in under 20 minutes. Just talking with them you can tell the experience they have with these common problems. Simple fix, even reinstalled all of the pieces he didn't need to since he was in the area. Cleaned up afterwards and we couldn't be happier. Few weeks later we found out that our water valve was leaking in the shower as well. Called Scott back and he had Diego scheduled right away. Had the valve swapped out in no time.
