I would like to highly recognize and acknowledge Marshal Sooter of JB water & air for recent service and repair to my sewer line for a rental property I own there in Mesa Ariz. Being long distance can certainly pose challenges. Marshal was excellent at staying in communication and taking the time to insure I understood every aspect of the problem and the repair options. He saw to that the city performed their necessary pre-inspection and was ready with a crew for immediate repair with minimal delays. The work performed was excellent and everything went perfectly! Thank you, Marshal and crew! MS read more

FINAL UPDATE! Shout out to "DAVE" once again for the AMAZING JOB he did at my rental! I now have a kitchen faucet that doesn't leak and looks great in the kitchen! My corroded shower head is gone and I have a shiny new one that sprays on ME only and no more ceiling getting 1/2 of my water! :) Esperanza was right when she sent Dave out to me and if you are lucky you will get him too! I will say from the lovely lady Esperanza who called me to set up my service, to Dave the amazing plumber who was not only efficient but friendly too and Mosaic jumping on my issue so quickly this has truly been one of the easiest start to finish issues I have dealt with in my years of rentals! Great job and happy yelper here! Off to "wash that man right outta my hair" with my new shower head! ((YEP! Horrible online date last night but that is for ANOTHER time! tee-hee!) read more

This morning i watched an employee buy 3 mini bottles of watermelon smirnoff vodka at 8:20am from a QT gas station. He then walked outside and put them in the cooler in the rear of his work van. Imagine this guy showing up intoxicated to work on your home or business.... Update 11/29/23: this guy is still working for this company, i just watched him buy redbull's, and cigarettes. Shows you how seriously JB Water and Air take their techs drinking on the job. read more

JB Water and Air is a very reputable and honest company to work with. Had a plumbing problem this past weekend that needed fixing. Took a couple days to resolve it as it was a weekend. Was going to get a second opinion but the owner (Dalen) came out Monday AM and recommend solving the issue by installing a clean out valve. Tuesday AM a crew came out that included Angel and Mario. Spent about 6 hours installing the clean out system. Once installed they were able to snake through the system and locate the stoppage . Much to my wife's relief . Can't say enough about Angle/Mario just total professionals that were fun to work with. Company is lucky to have them. read more

Terrible price gouging company. Charged me $65 for nothing. All I had was a broken stopper assembly for my sink and they wanted to charged me $325 to fix it. In the end, they did nothing. They also broke and repaired one of my other stoppers in the process of trouble shooting. Overall Useless Money Hogs and terrible customer service. I already knew what the problem was. I just wanted them to atleast pop out the stopper. But they couldn't even do that. read more

JB Water just replaced 2 of my HVAC units. Yes, HVAC! They just added this service to their family of services they provide and my experience was amazing. On time, fair price, great service, very communicative, helped me with financing - overall just an amazing experience! Do yourself a favor, make sure to call this company when things go wrong in your home. Jermaine, Jesus and Jeff were professional, knowledgeable and helped me get the best solution for my needs. A+++++ thank you JB Water!! I will be using your services in the future as needs arise! read more

Thank you to Jake, he came a few weeks back to fix a leaky sink and toilet issue, he is very friendly and thorough. He caught another issue during his visit, our main water shut off valve was not working correctly. He said he would get on it and fix it and he did! Came back today and it's all taken care of. Doubled checked for leaks and everything. Friendly, fast and reliable service. Look no further because JB water is the way to go! read more

Always a pleasure working with this company. Quick repsonse time and fair pricing. We wil use again

I have an issue with a 2 year old Rheem. No hot water. Rheem said I need a new gas control unit and it would take 1-2 days to get. And if I needed more parts, it would take another 1-2 days (after I paid to expedite shipment). Calib and David came out to look at what I needed and they were terrific! They listened to my issue checked it out closely, connected with one of their experts to be sure they knew what the problem is and I need more than the new gas control. I needed the connections as well and went to their truck, connected with Rheem (on hold for half hour) and came back and said they ordered the other parts. These guys were sensitive to what we are going through and because part of the solution vs try to get as much money out of me as they could. Nice people. So was the person who took my call at JB water and air who got Caleb and David to come out today! Thanks guys and let's hope these parts come tomorrow!! As for Rheem, don't ever buy one. They are a disaster to deal with, on hold for extraordinary long times and will ship your part for free with 2-4 day delivery!! Rheem could care less if I had hot water. read more

First, JB Water and Air was recommended by another plumber who did not have the opening on his schedule to do a quick repair (always very positive to be recommended by another plumber!) and I called them at noon and they had a wonderful tech (Owen) who came out within a few hours and he was able to fix the issue (pin hole water leak just past the water meter) and restore water to my home in a few hours. Owen will be who I ask for when I need help in the future because I'll definitely call JB again. And there was another company who wanted to rework the entire line for the low, low price of $7500. JB is an exceptional value and does not jump to the most expensive repair when the situation does not warrant it. This company and tech are who you want at your house. read more

I have had great experiences with JB Water from my initial phone call to the prompt response from service technician. JD was early to appointment which was great and got the job completed quickly. He was great at explaining what happen and my next steps. He arranged for EcoDry to give me an estimate in a very timely manner. This was a great stress reducer for me. Thank you. read more

They were hired to fix one of our properties. They scammed us! They told us if we didn't pay their bill they would send us to collections, but the work they put in wasn't properly done. They charged extra fees for multiple things they didn't fix. They made an invoice with fees of things that didn't pertain to what they fixed, they submitted only a few pictures but added thousands of dollars worth of fix. Tried to talk to the plumber and they said they'd talk to billing to fix the billing issue. Dropped maybe $$500 off but I calculated with the pictures they sent the invoice should've only been around $4-5k . Then left our bathroom still unable to be used. Didn't even send anyone or a third party to fix the broken ground, that they broke, in the invoice it said they were going to make sure it was able to be used. How is the shower going to be able to be used with holes on the ground? Broken cement all over? Yes the pipe was fixed but who can shower without a leveled ground to stand on? And guess what? The water will still spill over to the bathroom floor. This company isn't good at all, our property management uses them and i hate it. Please don't use them! We can't even talk to someone that'll help us in that company and they all act like they're such a big company that doesn't communicate with each other. I will be reporting them to the BBB read more

Everyone has been helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The plumber was on time, helpful, knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest. Because of our experience, we are leaving a plumbing company that has been upselling and price gouging us, and are happy to be joining JB Water company as new premium members! read more

Rob came to our house today to test our water and service our Reverse Osmosis system. He was very professional, answered our questions completely, and he did a very prompt and thorough service of our system. I have already put JB Water in my calendar for our next service of our RO system. Thanks Rob! read more

Growing up in the Midwest, I found AZ {Phoenix} water to be less than desirable, even after water softener treatments, so I began to research Water Distillers, and JB Water is one of the few in Phoenix to sell most of the top rated brands. They were very quick to respond, were extremely polite and considerate and matched some various competitive pricing. Dallan was both the salesman as well as installer, a nice touch. I had them install a Durastill water distiller, and hook it up to my existing Refrigerator water line, and now I am very happily drinking extremely tasty and safe water. He did an excellent job at both installation, explanation, and clean up and would highly recommend them. read more

This company did some work on my house while it was occupied by some renters. 8 months later, the tenants are gone and I find they did a poor job sealing the tub against the floor, leaving a gap wide enough that there's an actual draft! All this time water could've been seeping in there and causing damage and now I need to deal with it. When called to ask if they can correct their mistake they said "it's out of warranty and there will be an extra charge". read more

John has been here several times for our plumbing needs. He is thorough, friendly, and does quality work. He always explains everything to your understanding. He also has made himself available for follow up questions. He has helped us out with a new dishwasher being installed by the 3rd party installer that we bought from Home Depot. The install work was less than satisfactory. When I had questions about the work that someone else did, John - who had just done some work in our bathrooms that morning- swung by to take a look in the afternoon. We are planning to have John from JB Water come later this week to fix the install. I would highly recommend JB Water and John to my network!!! read more

They are superb and great. I had an issue with toilet not properly filling up. I explained what was going on and I think it maybe the unit inside, be it the pump or flap. I provided my availability and they were able to work with it. I later received a call from Carlos (absolutely great guy, friendly and personable), I explained I was at work but that I'd leave early at 1pm and be home within 20-30min. I called to let them know that I was headed home. I got home earlier around 1:15pm, and Carlos arrived within 10-15min after. Very friendly, helpful, understanding. I showed what was going on, he was able to assess it. Didn't take long, he had the parts already with him and performed a replacement. After replacing, the issue was done. I also asked about the tub and if there was a way to help with keeping it clear of hair. He shared his knowledge and even helped to clear what was there. He was also helpful to provide advice about the cleaning tablets, I had used one and he didn't recommend it due to the fact it could clog the area where the water flushes down in the toilet. He saved a lot of future headaches and concerns. Overall, very professional, helpful, great customer service, prompt, resourceful, friendly and willing to share advise / suggestions to avoid potential problems down the road. If I can give 10 stars I WOULD!! Thank you Carlos and thank you, JP Water. You all are awesome!!! PS.. I'd definitely work with Carlos again. read more

We bought our house with a water softener system already installed, so we didn't know much about the history of it. It went on the fritz and would not stop running and was discouraged when the company it came from and a few other places recommended a complete replacement, which wasn't in our budget at the time. I was referred to JB by the company who serviced our water heater recently, also fantastic, (American Plumbing and Rooter). Both Rebecca and Rob were great to work with. Rebecca was so professional and kind and made the whole process a breeze. As far as the work we had done, Rob was fantastic! Very kind and courteous company to work with. It is so appreciated that this company took the time to come out and figure out the problem and then fix that problem at a really reasonable price instead of going the quick and easy route of just recommending a whole new system. It is because of that that when we do decide to replace or upgrade our water softener system we will be going with JB read more

Great company.. great workers. Loving the treated water and will be using J B Water to install either RO or distiller very soon!

JD was extremely kind and helpful. He looked thoroughly and was honest. Spent some time teaching me about what he found

Super nice! They arrived thinking it would be an hour long appointment. It was obvious to them right away that this was going to be an all day deal. Instead of rescheduling me they hunkered down and got to work. So nice, so professional, and fun guys. I plan to have them back soon to finish up at the end of my remodel. I cannot thank the JB Water company enough for coming to my rescue in an extreme crisis of aged and disintegrating pipes which began leaking two to three gallons a minute! Not only were you able to do the job immediately, coming up from Phoenix to Sedona, you were also able to do it for about half the cost of a local plumbing company! I was amazed and thrilled at the difference. I also want to compliment every single workman on the job. Everyone was friendly and positive and competent. I knew things were going to turn out well in spite of my initial panic. I very much appreciate how Jerry and Mario handled the work from start to finish. I wish I could name all the others as well because everyone was helpful to me. Again, my deepest thanks to the entire team. It will be my privilege to recommend you to others. read more

We relocated from CA to AZ in 2009. We wanted to install a Whole House Water System and were referred to JB Water to help us. We enjoy and are thankful for this whole house system as it helps remove so many impurities which you can visibly see when the Big Blue filter is changed each year. And we enjoy great tasting water with our R/O system which is also hooked into our fridge, so our Ice/Water is R/O. Only JB Water has serviced our filters and are we very satisfied with the company and service. I highly recommend JB Water for your household water needs. read more

What dare are JB send us the bill. This is a shame!!! Today they sent me a bill for level 1 diagnostic & service call in which I knew I exactly what need to be done in advance. We were asking for quote. We gave them the new buyer inspection report with picture. I called my realtor and told her how unhappy I am with JB Water. We both agreed JB Water don't know what they doing. My Realtor is going to pick up that $85 tap to say sorry to us.(I am really please she is doing that for us) She is very disappointed at them. Guess what. We are not going to use JB Water ever. As a matter fact, I will make sure all my friend and family know if they ever have plumbing need, they will not call JB Water. read more

Excellent service and customer service from Jerry! Jerry had great communication with me before and during the sink installation. He did a very nice job and was sure to give me valuable information before he left. I'm so glad he did because I would have had a big problem on my hands otherwise. So many people just do their job and leave as fast as possible. He wanted me to be happy and gladly moved my sink several times until i was happy.
