We also got the reverse osmosis system. It is so nice to have drinking water and knowing we do not need to buy bottled water anymore. The way employees conduct themselves really reflects how the Owner treats them & Dan must really be great to work for. And he also used a TDS meter to show how many particulates there are in our drinking water out of our fridge. And said that that number would be below 100 just like it is in the bottled water that he brought us to test. When they came to follow up, they did not use the TDS meter. Only tested to make sure that the chlorine was out of the water. so I bought my own TDS meter and it is still exactly the same in the fridge as it was before I got the system and the ice is just as murky. And the free soap they give you is not worth anything cause it sucks I highly recommend you look elsewhere

I hired Monte/Monkey Wrench Plumbing to install a Pfister Framework Model 8P8-WS2-FWKK tub and…read moreshower trim kit in a hall bathroom. There were communication issues from the beginning. A service date that had been confirmed by text was later disputed. When I referenced that a mutual acquaintance had also been told the same date by him, I was told that his wife had advised him not to work for me because I was "difficult." I found that comment unrelated and unprofessional during a service visit inside my home. During both visits, there was extensive personal conversation unrelated to the job, including discussions about his wife, family, and past construction projects, along with repeated viewing of photos on his phone. The focus did not consistently remain on the installation. At completion, he did not have a written invoice available and stated he could send one later. Only a handwritten total was provided at that time. The shower system was not tested before departure. When I later turned on the shower, the tub diverter spout flew out of the wall. I hired a second licensed plumber to inspect and correct the installation. The diverter spout had not been properly secured and there were leaks at the shower arm connection that required correction. I had also specifically requested that the tub drain stopper/strainer assembly included in the trim kit be replaced. I was told it could not be removed due to risk of cracking the tub. The second plumber removed and replaced it without issue using the proper tool and found the existing flange cracked. During the installation, both the shower head included in the Pfister trim kit and my previously installed shower head were removed. Neither was returned. Two different shower heads were later left at my door by Monte that did not match the trim kit model or my original shower head. Based on my experience, I had to retain another licensed plumber to complete and correct the installation. I would not use this company again.

I was left without air conditioning for four days during the extreme Arizona summer, and Ian showed no sense of urgency or concern for the situation. His communication was consistently unprofessional--even speaking disrespectfully to my son, who is a licensed contractor. What's worse, Ian was more concerned with getting paid upfront than actually doing the work properly. I'm currently pursuing legal action due to the negligence and poor service I experienced.
