Several years ago we remodeled our kitchen after water damage and AmeriFlow was recommended by our contractor. We are so pleased! Yesterday their extremely pleasant and competent technicians replaced our cartridge filters. That they were very dog friendly was an added wonderful bonus! They also showed up early after calling to confirm this was okay- of course it was. During renovations we ran a copper line from the filter system to our refrigerator ice maker and dispenser. The company accommodated this somewhat unusual configuration and we are so happy (a contributor to our damage was old plastic lines that became faulty). We noticed while adding salt to our water softener that they was a leak on top. Not good. We took photos and then called Ameriflow. The scheduler was very nice. We told her the predicament and that we had photos. She asked us to text the photos and she would give us a proposal. We heard back from her within 30 minutes. She told us the problem, gave us an estimate and scheduled an appointment. Pedro from Ameriflow called and showed up on a timely basis. He explained what he was going to do and gave us some suggestions on care of the softener. He was able to answer all our questions. He was polite and nice. The tank is working fine now. read more

Warning: In my experience, this company does not stand behind its long-term customers. I was an AmeriFlow customer for approximately 15 years. During that time I purchased two reverse osmosis systems from them and paid for annual service every year. Recently, my refrigerator--which is supplied by my AmeriFlow reverse osmosis system--stopped producing ice and filling the water pitcher. While troubleshooting, I disconnected the refrigerator water supply line and a large amount of slimy biofilm discharged from the tubing. I contacted AmeriFlow hoping they would help me understand what happened and work with me toward a solution. Instead, the customer "service" representative I spoke with, Jake, smugly told me the refrigerator supply line is not disinfected as part of their service. When I asked to speak with a manager, he refused to transfer or escalate my concerns. I wasn't expecting them to automatically pay for my refrigerator repair. I was looking for a manager to review the situation, discuss whether this should have been addressed during years of annual maintenance, and try to keep a customer who had spent thousands of dollars with their company over 15 years. Unfortunately, I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed and that my loyalty as a long-time customer meant very little. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend AmeriFlow. read more

Jake has Terrible customer service and a snotty attitude. He also told me I can't fix my issue but then offered to send a manual. We bought the whole house water filter from them. They installed it in 2021. The installer told us it must dump its water every night to be effective so he set it to dump all the water every night and refill. Today in 2026 we discovered that it should be dumping every seven days. We called Ameriflow, who told us they could set it correctly if we pay an $89 service fee. I said 'to correct YOUR mistake???' And asked to have the fee waived. They gave us huge attitude. Lied to us on the phone about several things. On whether or not i could just do it myself. The fact that they had no manager until they did Steven Bittorf. (I had to find out using AI who this persons manager was because they refused to give us his direct contact information in order to waive the fee to correct their setup mistake.) One of the other workers said I have till 12/2026 to have a warranty on all the electronics if its that.Think of all the water they wasted and our water bill for the whole time because of their setup! I should small claims them into oblivion. All they had to do is waive the fee and fix the setup problem. read more

STAY AWAY!! I ordered new filters and membrane from this company for my RO system that I purchased from them. They sent the filters but didn't send the membrane. When I contacted them about the shipping discrepancy, they ignored me. I have since tried placing orders to get the membrane, however, the company continues to cancel the order and they will not return my inquiries as to why. DO NOT do business with this company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I had them come out and service my RO filter system. Before it was serviced the tank would hold a little over 2 gals of water, now it holds barely 1 gal. I did not figure it out right away because I don't always pour 2 gals of water. I figured it out about 6 wks after it was serviced. I called them and explained the situation and they would come back out if it PAID them more money to fix what they BROKE since it was 2 wks past the 30 no charge period. The system is good but the customer service worst if have seen in awhile. When we installed the system there was no communication and the tech was several hours late and no one bothered to let us know. I thought one off let's give them a chance. Took the day off appt was between 8am and noon. At 1pm I decided to call to see where the tech was mind you I had to call them instead of them communicating with the customer. Then I was told oh tech called in sorry he won't be coming. Spoke with Steve the manager. Same thing sorry tech called in what do you want me to do? How about communicate to your customer so they don't wait half the day waiting for someone that isn't coming when the tech let you know before the day started. If you don't care about your time or communication skills call Ameriflow for an appointment. I am sure they will be happy to assist even if they don't tell you. They may or may not show you won't ever know unless you call them first. If I didn't call I may still be waiting until the earth stands still.....SMH read more

Ameri Flow in Mesa is contracted with Spencer's TV and Appliance. I purchased a new water heater at the Spencer's Arrowhead location on Saturday November 29, 2025. I asked for the water heater to be delivered and installed. Ameri Flow called me on December 1, 2025 and set up a time frame for the water heater installation. Pedro, the technician, arrived at the scheduled time. There's not enough good things I can say about Pedro. He was genuinely polite. He knew what he was doing and installed my water heater without any issues. He did a great job on the overflow valve piping. It was very refreshing to see this young lad take pride in his work. Ameri Flow would be wise to keep this professional installer forever. read more

This is the first, and likely only, time I've ever felt compelled to leave a review, but do yourself a favor and avoid Ameriflow for your RO system. We had our system installed in 2023. Three years later, we were finally contacted (for the first time) by their office to schedule a routine filter service. I booked the appointment within two days and was quoted $181, which seemed reasonable. However, when the technician (Anthony) arrived, he informed me that the membrane had failed and would need to be replaced for an additional $100. He mentioned he'd try to get it covered under warranty, but... conveniently... the warranty had expired just three months prior. I contacted customer service to see if they could offer any flexibility, especially considering this was the first time they had ever reached out to us for maintenance. I spoke with two different people and was told, flatly, that there was nothing they could do. No explanation, no attempt to make it right. One representative, Lori, even suggested this was somehow my fault; claiming their postcards are often thrown away and text messages ignored. That assumption is both incorrect and frustrating. This was the first and only communication we've received. To be clear, Anthony the technician was excellent! He was professional, courteous, and very easy to work with. Unfortunately, he's the exception. The customer service experience was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly disappointing. In fact, on our third call to the support line, Jake actually hung up on my wife as she was trying to contact the manager. Between the lack of proactive communication, the conveniently timed warranty lapse, and the unwillingness to stand behind their product or service, I can't recommend this company. AVOID!!!! Customer service with this company is TERRIBLE. We have had problem after problem with a simple task of getting the filters changed with three rentals. They are a nightmare and do not care to help. They have made up pricing and each person we've talked to has quoted us a different price. Reverse Osmosis system. After 11 months the system developed a massive leak while no one was home, destroying cabinetry and flooding hardwood kitchen floor, several thousand dollar repair. Ameriflow Water Systems blamed high water pressure and yet they were prepared to install a new system (i.e. would have happened again, if the issue indeed was the high water pressure). The explanation doesn't hold because the system was working for 11 months without issue. Company provides no compensation for damages, no remorse. Asked me to call insurance. I have had an RO system installed through Costco's service provider for 3 years without issue. read more

My plumber contacted the Ameriflow office and they said to have the insurance company sue them for a refund. My insurance company is State Farm and they refused to cover the thousands of dollars in damage ( They do not cover leaks). I am paying for everything out of my pocket. Absolutely Terrible Experience with Amerflow - Stay Away! If I could give zero stars, I would. I contacted Amerflow to check on a simple "maintenance required" message for my water softener -- something that should have been routine and minor. Instead, their technician ended up doing serious damage: he broke the bypass valve and stripped the motor gears. Before this technician touched anything, my water softener was working just fine -- tests showed it was functioning perfectly. After the damage was done, I immediately called the manager expecting some level of accountability or at least a plan to fix their mistake. Nothing was done. Zero responsibility. They left me with a broken system and no support. Now I'm forced to replace the entire water softener out of my own pocket -- all because of their technician's incompetence.
