I've had our Ameriflow system about a year. It's the second system I've had from Ameriflow. We have a large softener system, a whole house filter and an under sink RO . I recently contacted them to understand how to remove the resin units as our garage floor is being epoxied. Their helpful service manager called me back within 15 mins, looked up our system and walked me through step by step on how to disconnect the system safely. I feel like many companies won't empower their customers to do things like this so they can make an extra dime. Ameriflow are not. Super helpful and got me out of a bind moving my units. read more

Julian did a wonderful job working with us on our whole house water filtering system and found some stress cracking in our RO.

Checked around the Phoenix area. Called a couple different plumbing companies. One company told me that they installed the Ameriflow product. I decided to call Ameriflow directly. They are not only a manufacturer, but they also install. The price I received from them was $900 less than the plumbing company, and it was for a larger unit. They came out in one week versus 6 weeks. I am very satisfied with Ameriflow and would highly recommend them. read more

We had Victor and Pedro out this morning from AmeriFlow and they were amazing. We thought we had a Water Softner problem and with a few short minutes they discovered the culprit was the salt tank was leaking and replaced it immediately. They swept up the salt that leaked and water on the floor like it never happened. They were kind and polite and fun. This isn't the first time we've had AmeriFlow out. when our new Softner was put in a couple of years ago the guys were great. Thank you AmeriFlow. read more

Our Ameriflow Reverse Osmosis system was installed in 2005 and, 14 years later, it died. We mourned our loss for a couple of days and pretended that our unfiltered tap water tasted good. That effort failed leaving us with parched mouths and the feeling we were living in a desert. So I picked up the phone and called Ameriflow. The customer service rep was courteous and we talked through options. The typical life of a system is about 7 years she explained. We agreed that I could either replace the filters (which is supposed to be done annually) or we could replace the system. Given that I had never replaced the filters in the three years we've lived in the house (a thought that would make my wife cringe), the upgrade option seemed to be the one that would keep me out of hot water. The initial date offered for the install was five days out but when I explained our parched condition the customer service rep arranged next day service at no additional cost. The technician showed up before noon, removed the old system, and installed the latest model (SPRO5). The technician was quiet but courteous and got the job done in about an hour. He instructed me to leave the ice machine off until morning and to flush the system twice (at 2:30 p.m. and at 5:30 p.m.) to remove any free carbon particles in the filter. I signed a contract indicating that I had understood the instructions. As he left, he told me they would be contacting me in a year to replace the filters. All in all, I was pleased with the quality of service and the quality of the product. The cost of the system was $425 + tax. read more

We recently had our soft water system service by Tim Michael, and he finally figured out what was going on with our soft water system. He was very solution oriented and was a great problem solver to find out why salt was being dumped into our water and we could taste it. Thank you so much to Tim Michael. Ameriflow was contracted by Spencers Phoenix to supply and install a whole house water softening system and 2 RO water filtering systems which we purchased from Spensers for our new build. Julian was the tech Ameriflow sent to do the job. From the very moment he arrived until he left, Julian kept me informed on what he was doing. He encountered some roadblocks during the install which led to the water softener not being installed and returned to the warehouse. He explained thoroughly the critical reason behind this and even offered up some suggestions for our contractor on how to fix the situation. The 2 RO water filtration systems were installed successfully and both are working beautifully. Julian was on-time, knowledgeable, and had professional demeanor and I hope Ameriflow sends him again to finally install the water softener once our contractor gets the problem fixed. read more

Did not install the hot water heater with the necessary gas line sediment trap and specs to pass time inspection. Reached out two times to have the water heater serviced and constantly meant with poor customer service and failure to take any sort of accountability. They want to charge me to fix their error. Kristie Kaye is a top notch associate at Ameriflow Water Systems. She is very customer service oriented and works tirelessly at her craft. There have been many customers she has interacted with as we have teamed together over the past several years and all have been very satisfied. I recently had a customer needing a Water Heater. She jumped right on things late on a Sunday afternoon and by the next morning, the customer had new Water Heater installed at their residence. Built new home 2014, installed new Amerflow RO and soft water system. Had yearly service and filter replacement like clockwork. TI day, I was informed after being a loyal customer for 10 consecutive years, even though there are no issues with either system, they can no longer replace my annual filters or a yearly service because the unit is now 10 years old. However, they can sell me a new system for $599. This company has lost site of customer service, of loyal customers, and are only interested in increasing revenues by making customers buy a new unit. How despicable. read more

Ameriflow is a quality company. Accommodating & prompt service. They're always very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Bought water heater at Spencers. I was told that they own Ameriflow. Used them for new water heater install. Anthony did a great job making the larger water heater fit in the small space that he had to work with. These new GE heaters are not an easy or quick job (they're huge!), but Anthony efficiently followed through and made it work. He is great at his job and, even though it was late in the day, he graciously put up with us watching the installation and asking lots of questions. Would definitely recommend him. read more

Avoid this company at all costs! They sell and install products with limited lifetime warranties; however, will only service those products for a short period of time. Basically, rendering the lifetime warranty useless. My 12 year old water softener has a lifetime warranty on the resin, which needs to be replaced. Ameriflow refused to service it but the lady I spoke with said I could come by and pick up the replacement resin and do it myself. When I went to pick it up, the gentleman at the counter said unless I brought back the old resin, I would have to pay for the new resin. Sure, let me load up the dirty, wet resin in some buckets and bring it back. Truly awful customer service! read more

We just had George from AmeriFlow change the filters in our RO system. If I could, I would give him 10 stars, and not only to him but to the company as well, which employs, trains and manages to keep employees like George. He was simply outstanding - arriving on time, scrupulously doing his job, checking everything that needs to be checked, very neat, highly professional and friendly. We asked him for the explanation of a couple of things and he did it eagerly and with the great deal of knowledge. When the time comes to replace our RO, we'll go directly to AmeriFlow, because we want to make sure that it will be serviced by AmeriFlow and George. I respectfully ask AmeriFlow to give George as generous bonus as you can. He truly deserves it! Thank you, George and AmeriFlow, for exceptional service! read more

Nothing makes me angrier than when a company forces you to accept a 4-hour service window. Oh yes... when they can't even meet that window and you continue to wait 5+ hours with... no call from the technician, no apology from the company... just "what would you like us to do sir?" I have an idea. I'll do it myself from now on and NEVER recommend anyone use Ameriflow Water systems and go somewhere else to get a water softener and RO system in the Phoenix area. This is absolutely a joke! I spend an entire day wasting my time, meeting my commitment, while the company just could care less. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE for this service. read more

The ONLY areas I am giving a four out of five stars is because I think the office needs to call customers the day before the set appointment not me calling to ensure the tech would be at my house! HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE: I bought a house with an Ameriflow RO system so I called the company to make an appointment to get the RO system checked and filters changed. My appointment was booked two weeks out which I gladly waited for and was told to be home between the hours of 9am-1pm. I scheduled all appointments around my RO system appointment and waited. I had no communication with the company or technician until the technician called me one hour PAST the four hour time frame I was waiting to tell me that he was still 20 minutes out. He explained he had seven customers that day and it seems as if the company irresponsibly schedules appointments causing their technicians to be late. I told the technician I would reschedule and called the main number. A receptionist picked up and I started to explain the situation and need for reschedule when she rudely interrupted me, not letting me finish, and asked for my address. I gave her my address and continued to explain the situation which she didn't listen to and asked questions that would have been answered if she didn't repeatedly cut me off. She offered an appointment two weeks out and I explained my frustration politely about really needing this appointment, waiting all day at home only to be contacted an hour past my four hour time frame, and having to reschedule because the technician would have been way too late which would conflict with other important appointment. The receptionist was unapologetic, making excuses, and again offered the appointment two weeks out. I even expressed frustration over the situation and she sat in silence saying nothing. Absolutely unapologetic as if she couldn't care less. I will never use this company due to their horrific customer service. read more

Be forewarned that this company will recommend that you replace your water system even if it is not broken. I called for service and because my system was over 10 yrs old, they quoted service to repair at over 80% of the replacement cost. The service quote was for a valve and broken resin bed. I got a second opinion and was able to repair for less than $300; the resin bed was not broken after all! read more

Have used this company for years for my annual water filter change and was considering using them for a new R/O system, however, after i referred them to the new home owner of my prior house, I called them to come service my new home. I realized that, given the cost of simple water filter changes, i called to request a referral discount and was immediately told "No, we never give those" and the phone person would not even ask an owner or manager if referral discount is possible. This hadn't set well with me. They don't appreciate my business, nor appear to care if they ever receive my business in the future. Well they're getting just that, no more business from me. read more

I called them to get a replacement part for a water softener . They originally installed it somebody else's house. The watered softener was gifted to me and so I decided to install it by myself at my house. I called the Mesa location and they recommended I come in to verify the correct piece. I came in the next opportunity I had, they helped me out right away and I was out the door with a brand new set of quick disconnect fittings, in hand in only two short minutes. The part was so small and insignificant the guys there decided to let me have it free of charge. there was a really great atmosphere and incredible service that you don't see every day. I'll definitely be using them for all my future projects. read more

I had a Ameriflow water softener that went bad. The tech told me it needed new resin. The resin was under warranty but they wanted about $500 for the labor. I decided to replace it with a new one. It is less than a year old and is a lemon. It does not regen often enough to keep our water soft. I have to regen it manually. I have called for service several times. They tell me when they checked it the water was soft. It was because I manually regened it. They refuse to acknowledge it has an issue and just give me the run around I have a new unit that doesn't work properly and can't get any help. This company is not credible. Great Service. Purchased a water softener from Home Depot and after getting quotes from their install companies $700 to over $1000 for a $500 softener. Thanks Ameriflow Great Service, Installation and Pricing. read more

This company is a joke. We got soft water installed over a year ago, as well as an RO system. For the most part everything went well until I recently found out that they did not properly install the soft water to the sewage drain. It was against code as they did not install an air gap, nor did they even tell/ask me that they were not going to do it. When I called in they said they didn't do it because it takes extra time.... Then, my other negative experience with them actually started off well when the tech came to replace the filter for the RO system after a year of use, and he was a pleasant guy to work with. We then discovered that there was a leak in the system and there was water all over the bottom of our cabinets underneath the sink. The tech came back, fixed the leak, and apologized for the error. He took photos and said that his manager will be in touch to get some sort of damage reimbursement or something. I heard nothing. I even called a couple times, left messages with reception to have management give me a call back regarding the damage, and still nothing. I'll never use or recommend Ameriflow again. read more

We purchased our water softener and RO system from Spencers and Ameriflow were the folks who installed them. Had the RO system checked after a year and paid for new filters, back in October. The RO system started making a lot of noise recently, where it had always run silently before. Called and made an appointment to have it checked. We were given a window of when the Tech would be here, and he even called 20 minutes before he got here. Christian has just been and fixed the RO system. Turns out it's not a good idea to put food down the sink that doesn't have the waste disposal attached! A piece of food had become stuck in the drain hole and was reducing the water flow and also meant the water wasn't just flowing smoothly down the side of the pipe as it had before. It's all fixed now, at no charge. Thanks, Ameriflow! Excellent customer service! read more

I'm going to preface this by saying that there was a hiccup at the beginning of my purchase and installation of the Krystal Pure filtration system that I ordered from Lowe's. I was frustrated because I wasn't contacted to set up installation of the system and I had to contact Lowe's and the manufacturer to get things moving. In the end, Nick from Ameriflow is making things right and that's really what matters here. I do not know where the ball was dropped, but after dealing with four separate people between Lowe's, Ameriflow and the installer, I now have a good idea of what happened. The main thing here is that Ameriflow stepped up to make things right because they care about their customers and stand behind their product. In particular, once Nick knew about my problem, he immediately took action and took responsibility to make things right, on a Saturday no less. I am looking forward to getting my system installed. The Lowe's worker spoke highly of their product and I needed to replace my ailing system right away. I had various options between stores (Lowe's and Home Depot) and other manufacturers that advertise in the local home improvement magazine that shows up in my mailbox. I was actually just going to purchase a different product but the Lowe's workers sold me on the features and benefits of the Krystal Pure and I am looking forward to getting it installed. I have an appointment scheduled for this week and am hopeful that it runs smoothly. I will say that I was ready to pull the plug on this order and move on based on the lack of communication from the installer, but again, Nick from Ameriflow worked hard to make it right. If there's another problem, I will update this review, but I feel confident that it's on the right track now and I am really looking forward to using the Krystal Pure system. read more

I have nothing but praise for AmeriFlow Water Systems here in the SE Valley. We have had their RO system under our kitchen sink for 2+ years and we remain very pleased with the entire RO process.
