We purchased a new home in the Central Phoenix area, the house is completely remodeled with new plumbing, fixtures and appliances, two of the three showers have glass enclosure and all three have a very glossy grey tile walls, both are a hard water nightmare so a water softner and filtration system was a priority for us. I researched a handful of companies but settled on Integrity based on the great Yelp reviews and the friendliness/communication during their consultation at my home, they did not try to upsell me, instead they listened to my concerns and proposed a solution to address them. I ended up going with a water softener and whole home filtration system, the price was competitive, even though it was a little more than I originally planned to spend, the water filtration was important to me so I added that on. I'm picky about clean water and had a water cooler in my previous home but there was no place for it in the new home so tacking on filtration was a big plus for me. My only complaint, and it's not enough for a four star rating but the communication was SLOW via email and I had to push a couple times to get a response to questions and so forth to move the project forward. Being that we were in the process of moving and coordinating all sorts of things for the new place I tried to use email as much as possible to communicate and coordinate. At the end of the day though the system was installed with care and respect for my new home, they handled everything just like they said, it looks good, and better yet a couple days out from install the soft/clean water is flowing and feels and tastes great. So my tip would be if you can just call the office number and speak with Michelle, she was great rather than use email, things may move faster for you. Once I got a quote they were quick to install though. I should not forget to mention the whole system comes with a worry free 15 YEAR warranty, the guys said if anything at all goes wrong at all just call them up and they will take care of it, and I could tell they meant it and it wasn't just an empty promise. I appreciate you attempting to call me out by name as it shows your complete lack of professionalism, and you will lose much more business from sharing personal customer information than anything I could have ever wrote about you. To be clear for the reviewers of your company and anyone who knows anything about water softeners, I asked for the (1) hardness level that was previously used on my system and (2) the frequency for regeneration. That is not a set up and there is no need for a technician to come out and do that. It is a push of a button. Had I looked at it prior to getting the new system at your recommendation, there would be no need to contact you. If you think paying $90 twice to get this information that you already paid for, then this is the company for you. To further assist your company, I would like you to know that if you are getting 20-30 hang up calls a day for Michelle, then she can proudly own them from the other reviewers and customers, as I don't have time in my day to call you that much. As I stated, 3 phones calls is what you received from me, the others are from different customers probably trying to avoid Michelle.
