I had the main and the smaller filter changed September 2025 on my RO system by this company. The main filter should have lasted 3-5 years. I had another company come out because the TDS has never been under 500. They had to replace both filters because the main filter was incorrectly installed which ruined both filters. I just had to pay another $600 less than a year later. I would not use the company. I do not trust them to do basic work. read more

I'm a first time home buyer and just moved to AZ from CA. My first couple showers here I could really tell the difference in the water and it felt so much more hard. We also have a 3 moth old baby and it made me sad that just after one bath his skin already didn't feel as soft. I don't really know anything about water treatments but I do know my parents have a water softener so I decided to look into it. I started to do my research and after another company came out and gave me a super expensive quote, I turned to Yelp and decided to call Integrity Water Solutions because of all the good reviews. I am soooo thankful I found them!!!! Michelle is seriously one of the nicest people ever. She walked me through everything they offer and what would be best for my family and our home. She wasn't salesy at all and gave us options to pick from and sent everything over email for us to review without demanding someone come to the house to give us a quote like the first company we called. She answered all my questions and was very quick to respond and get someone out to the house for the install. Jeremy came to install our water softener and RO system. Let me just start by saying off the bat he was someone we definitely felt comfortable having in our home. He was timely, efficient, explained everything he was doing, and was thorough in explaining how to upkeep our new water softener. We are so glad we found Integrity Water Solutions and now our baby can enjoy bath time without me having to worry about the hard water drying out his skin! Thank you! read more

My wife are from WA state and purchased a home in lovely AZ, we had some friends who are also recent transplants and they started to alert us of needing a softener and all the issues with tap water quality and "hard" water. I called numerous vendors and got quotes all over the place when it comes to manufacturers to labor. All the way up to 12K!!! I think some vendors are taking advantage of out of town transplants. It was refreshing to work with Integrity the owner and his staff take great care from quote to install. They are all very knowledgeable and make all the disruption and work "painless" and as non-disruptive as possible. I highly recommend them for your water softener needs. read more

We moved into a home that had this company's filtration system in it, so I called to see if we needed maintenance. Let me start by saying how amazing Bryan was. He was knowledgable, explained everything about how our system worked, and walked me through what he was doing. Timing was a bit off but the wait was worth it considering how thorough Bryan was. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and that he takes pride in his work. This is not a "I'm going to sell you something just because" vibe . I would recommend this company to any of my friends and family. read more

Waited a week to have the owner come to quote for a new filtration and softening system and he did not show up for the appointment and did not let me know ahead of time. After waiting 20 min past my appointment window, I called and left a message (because no one picks up the phone and they only return the call if you leave a voicemail) and was told he was supposed to contact me to let me know that he is now too busy for my business and wouldn't be honoring the appointment. Thanks for wasting a week waiting for the appointment date and my time waiting for you to show up to the appointment. read more

I'm so delighted to have found this amazing company. Michelle in the office was able to set up my install of a salt-free house filtration system for the day after I called Jeremy was the installer. He's very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. This unit is far superior to what I had before I highly recommend Integrity Water Solutions read more

We are in the process of finishing a gut and remodel of our home and it has been, to a great extent, a miserable process. There have been very bright spots though and the installation and servicing of our water softener by Integrity has been superb. They come when they say they're going to come, do exactly what they are supposed to do (with no drama), and charge exactly as estimated. The short way to put it is they treat their customers as they would want to be treated. Everything about this company deserves 5 stars and deserves your business. Thank you Bryan and Michelle. read more

Requested three quotes and they were the best bang for the buck. They showed up on-time, were professional, and completed the job by the EOD. They showed me how the system works and to contact them with any questions or if any concerns arise. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a good soft-water and reverse osmosis system. My house wasn't pre-plumbed and it looks amazing in the garage. A+ read more

We purchased a new home in the Central Phoenix area, the house is completely remodeled with new plumbing, fixtures and appliances, two of the three showers have glass enclosure and all three have a very glossy grey tile walls, both are a hard water nightmare so a water softner and filtration system was a priority for us. I researched a handful of companies but settled on Integrity based on the great Yelp reviews and the friendliness/communication during their consultation at my home, they did not try to upsell me, instead they listened to my concerns and proposed a solution to address them. I ended up going with a water softener and whole home filtration system, the price was competitive, even though it was a little more than I originally planned to spend, the water filtration was important to me so I added that on. I'm picky about clean water and had a water cooler in my previous home but there was no place for it in the new home so tacking on filtration was a big plus for me. My only complaint, and it's not enough for a four star rating but the communication was SLOW via email and I had to push a couple times to get a response to questions and so forth to move the project forward. Being that we were in the process of moving and coordinating all sorts of things for the new place I tried to use email as much as possible to communicate and coordinate. At the end of the day though the system was installed with care and respect for my new home, they handled everything just like they said, it looks good, and better yet a couple days out from install the soft/clean water is flowing and feels and tastes great. So my tip would be if you can just call the office number and speak with Michelle, she was great rather than use email, things may move faster for you. Once I got a quote they were quick to install though. I should not forget to mention the whole system comes with a worry free 15 YEAR warranty, the guys said if anything at all goes wrong at all just call them up and they will take care of it, and I could tell they meant it and it wasn't just an empty promise. They also don't lock you down with a contract prior to purchase, that alone is reason enough to pick Integrity. Thanks to Bryan and his polite and very competent crew!! read more

Integrity Water Solutions - We didn't have room inside our home or garage so they installed he gear outside tucked nicely in an unseen corner behind the wall. - Water Purification Services Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Integrity Water Solution (IWS) provides excellent customer service and a great product. Our old filtration/softener needed replacing. From start to finish, Michelle went over and beyond what I expected. The installer was knowledgeable and friendly as well. My family is very satisfied with the clean, soft water and safe water we now have again. You can't live in AZ without a great filtration/softener and IWS is who you want on the job. read more

We needed to repair or replace our water softener. Integrity was quick to respond and squeeze us in to their schedule. Michelle, the business manager, was so friendly and helpful. We ended up needing a new system. Brian, the owner, actually came on the call with the technician and helped with installation. These guys know their business and the issues with Arizona water quality. They also caught an issue with water pressure and came back another day to install a regulator. When I needed a plumber for a separate issue, the referred me to Zzyzx Plumbing. Thumbs up all around. read more

Kyle showed up right on the scheduled time. Did the work for the agreed on price AND answered all my questions. I was very happy with the service and his level of expertise about my water softener system. I will use Integrity again if needed read more

Bryan And Michelle are great. Solved a problem that everyone else either could not diagnose or misdiagnosed. Showed up at my house at 9 Pm to solve my problem after he already had worked a long day. When we also realized my water softener wasn't working he actually tried to down sell me into repairing rather than buying new. He also fixed a disaster caused by my plumber at the same time. Can't speak highly enough of their service and dedication Probably knows more about water conditioning than any other person around and honest as they come read more

We had an excellent experience with the people at Integrity and our water tastes 100% better. Here's how it went...After researching what was important to us for a reverse osmosis drinking water system and calling a few places I was lucky enough to connect with Brian at Integrity. He was great on the phone, offered a fair price for a great product with a 5 year warranty, and put me in touch with Michelle right away. She was actually able to have Marco come by the same day to do the install. Marco was very careful in our kitchen and did a great job installing the new system. He checked everything before leaving and we couldn't be more satisfied. If anything does go wrong I know for a fact that these folks will not waste any time taking care of us! Thanks to everyone at Integrity Water! read more

No, Michelle thank you for your reply. I appreciate you attempting to call me out by name as it shows your complete lack of professionalism, and you will lose much more business from sharing personal customer information than anything I could have ever wrote about you. I could take it down, but I will gladly leave it up for you reviewers. To be clear for the reviewers of your company and anyone who knows anything about water softeners, I asked for the (1) hardness level that was previously used on my system and (2) the frequency for regeneration. That is not a set up and there is no need for a technician to come out and do that. It is a push of a button. Had I looked at it prior to getting the new system at your recommendation, there would be no need to contact you. If you think paying $90 twice to get this information that you already paid for, then this is the company for you. To further assist your company, I would like you to know that if you are getting 20-30 hang up calls a day for Michelle, then she can proudly own them from the other reviewers and customers, as I don't have time in my day to call you that much. As I stated, 3 phones calls is what you received from me, the others are from different customers probably trying to avoid Michelle. As I told you when we last spoke, I would rather give my business to another company, and would be providing your company with the reviews it deserves. read more

I contacted Bryan at Integrity Water Solutions to install a water softener and RO system at my home based on the overwhelmingly positive Yelp reviews (under their Gilbert location). The 5 star ratings on Yelp were well deserved. Everything about the experience was excellent: Bryan was knowledgeable, responsive, very helpful, and just a great guy to work with. He and his team did the installation while I was at work, then Bryan came back after I got home to go over the system and patiently answer my questions. It is clear that Bryan goes above and beyond for his customers, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone. read more

My first impression of this company is that the young lady that I spoke to was very pleasant on the phone. She answered all my questions and and scheduled my appointment for a new system. If your customer service is an indication of how your company runs and how my installation will go I'm already a happy customer. Thank you read more

We purchased a softener with whole house filtration and RO system. They answered all my questions and were prompt with the quote and the install -- and very responsive after the fact with our questions (which related to user error). We also felt everything was priced fairly. We are happy with our system and the service received. read more

Contacted these guys due to great Yelp reviews. All I can say is WOW...not only did they install an RO system but they fixed existing plumbing problems as they were working that were unrelated to their visit. So great! They also brought in salt to restart a softener system that hadn't been used in a year and repaired the system. Great job, very professional, fair price...didn't even charge us for some things. read more

I cross shopped a few companies and Integrity stood out. It started with me requesting information via Yelp on Sunday and getting a call from the owner Bryan in under an hour. We did RO, water softener and misters. Pricing was great, installation was on time and the work is beautiful. Integrity takes pride in their installs. read more

My Realtor recommended Bryan when we bought our house in North Phoenix, in Oct 2014. We had never owned a home with a water softener and R/O system, so we wanted someone to come out and tell us how to maintain it. Bryan was fantastic! He took his time explaining how to use and maintain the systems. He answered all of our questions, and after he left, I remembered a question, I called him, and he answered his phone! I actually called him with a potential problem with my system, and he asked questions and helped me over the phone! Bryan is a great guy, very professional, and very knowledgeable! I have recommended him to quite a few people. His team is great and professional as well! Do not hesitate in calling Bryan! A+++++ company!! read more

We recently purchased an RO system (including installation) from Integrity Water Solutions and they were great. Excellent communication, follow-up, quality, and a great overall experience. As was flagged in previous reviews, we too feel lucky we connected with Integrity Water Solutions given this installation was a gift for our daughter and son-in-law. read more

Bryan at Integrity Water Solutions was recommended to us by our realtor and we were beyond impressed. From the first phone interaction with his office to the actual installation, we couldn't be more pleased. Having recently relocated to Arizona, the need for a whole house water system was foreign to us. Bryan did an excellent job of explaining the systems and gave us several options to best suit our needs. His price was fantastic, the work was done quickly and his installers were extremely professional. We would highly recommend Integrity Water Solutions and look forward to partnering with them in the future. read more
